Dealer stated the repair for damage to the door for the vehicle I purchased from him would only cost about $200. Estimated quote from a certified auto body shop was $18,000. Steer clear, DO NOT conduct business with this guy at any cost!!!!
Bryan is extremely dishonest. I live in Texas and was purchasing a 2013 Subaru Outback from him in June 2022 and asked a lot of detailed questions. Mainly, does the vehicle have any excessive rust or any major issues. He stated that it did not but I did not ask for any pictures under the vehicle. I even told him, " Never have I bought a car sight unseen...so trusting others to do what I would do is definitely taking a leap of faith."
When the vehicle arrived, my son and I started to inspect it and it was not at all what Bryan stated. Tons of rust underneath, missing one of two catalytic converters, noxious fumes when ran, and numerous other problems. Bought for $7,500, paid about $1,200 in shipping, put almost $2,000 in repairs that were unexpected based on his condition of the vehicle and this car burns about 1.5 quarts every 300 miles. The local dealership stated it needed about $10,000 worth of work to be a decent car. I can maybe get $4,000-$5,000 out of it as it needs a new engine or for the piston rings to be replaced and engine rebuilt.
As a single parent, this is a HUGE loss for me. Bryan is extremely dishonest and only looking out for his own benefit.
Don't buy from these crooks. I was about to buy a vehicle they have listed on eBay with the words "no accidents" and clean title, until I googled the VIN and found that it has been in an accident, and should have a salvage title. Too bad someone is going to fall for these unethical tactics. Sadly some people have no morals.
Agreed to purchase a truck from these guys on eBay. It was an 07 with 170k so I knew it wasn’t a new or even close to new truck. They had over 70 pictures and it looked clean so I drove 6 hours to go get it. Upon looking at it I found some areas of rust that weren’t disclosed. The dashboard was completely broken in 4-5 places causing it to rattle all over the place. Neither of these items were disclosed or pictured. Every time you started from a stop it clunked and felt like one wheel was going over a rock. The differential was whining. The tires were all mismatched and bald. This truck was not even close to as described by Bryan, who assured me it was great. They kept my $500 deposit and I’m out another $400 in rental, gas and tolls. Buyer beware.
I bought a 4runner from these guys on Ebay. I had never bought a rig out of state before and was honestly a little sketched out about the whole process. But these guys were legit. The rig they sold me is excellent and they were 100% honest with me. Bryan was friendly and reassuring and worked with me throughout the whole process.
A few days later, I decided to write my own review for those who choose an inexpensive car. Quite recently, I decided to change my old vehicle to something newer and in the Internet browser I came across this car service. The service has a fairly high-quality and understandable website, they consulted by phone in choosing an inexpensive car and my choice fell on an inexpensive silver pickup Ford Ranger XLT produced in 2004. It cost me a completely democratic price of $ 5,500, taking into account the average prices in the market. This unit was bought for the purpose of transporting various things and driving mainly along a country road. Despite the fact that this vehicle was previously used, I can say the following that the condition of the vehicle was in very good condition. Also a plus exclusively for me is the automatic transmission of this unit. I am satisfied with the purchase, excellent service, I recommend it to everyone.

This dealer sold us a Hyundai Kona that had been in an accident that was not disclosed to us. The condenser was not working to run the ac come June. We took it in for warranty repair only to learn it would not be covered because the vehicle had been in a front end collision. Avoid this place if you do not want to be stuck paying for repairs after you have signed his affidavit!
I had a very bad experience with this dealer, I bought a car from them and after a week I had to change the engine, when I told them to just help me get another engine they said we are not responsible for that, could you guys imagine that! I don't recomend them to anybody especially the guy named ALEX, he's a big liar, I'm telling you guys don't trust them, they care just for money and they don't give a warranty on their cars.
Buy a car anywhere else. I bought a car advertised as “no rust” it’s full of cancer. Even the firewall is rusted through and rain leaks in. There was fresh tape over the rust on the firewall... Very dishonest and pathetic. “Professionals”
Drove 3.5 hours one way to buy a truck that was very dishonestly advertised. The salesman was an hour late to our agreed upon meeting location. He pulled in with coolant spewing from the truck, and when I asked for my deposit back, I was met with lies and vulgarity. It was only when I called the Philadelphia police department that my deposit was refunded and I was able to go on my way. Buyer beware, these people are scammers
We all remember our first car... it is a special event in our lives that we never forget. We just purchased a Infiniti FX35 for my son as his first car and Alex was the sales associate and words can’t explain how fantastic he was to make this experience something he will always remember. Not only did he take the time to explain the car (inside and out) to him but he explained to him the importance of driving safely and taking care of the vehicle.
Since I purchased the car last week I have received multiple follow up calls from Alex to see how things were going and to make sure everything was ok with the vehicle!
I also want to mention that we were rushing to get to see the car before the shop closed (my son had a hockey game) but we were an hour late and Alex stayed after closing to show us the car. Throughout the process he never rushed us and allowed us to take our time in making the big decision!
I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Alex as he is the definition of customer service!

Alex was my salesman. I highly recommend him. He wasn't pushy like the majority are. He answered all of my questions. If he didn't know the answer, he would seek it out. I found him to be honest and helpful. He made a usual stressful experience less stressful. He made the purchase faster by taking care of things before I arrived. I would purchase from him again.

Do not buy a car from this dealership. They sold me a car that is undrivable and my car has been sitting at the mechanic for a month. When I try to call they hangup on me.

I bought a car for waaaay more than the asking price because I was scammed, it broke down less than 200 miles later. He said he would help with fixing it and that didn't happen. Drove it another 200 miles and had to replace the entire engine and now I live in that car with my son and dog because I payed $15,000 for a $7,000 car... CROOKS
this man are scammers I sold a jet ski that only lacked the key and something else and the engine I want to charge to fix it more than it is worth a new are a complete scammers
Bought a car from these guys online. It has been nothing but misery I found stuff broken on it and it was shoved up under it so it couldn’t be easily seen had it for two months it’s been in the shop over and over again. The first day I got it it made it less that 40 miles and died. Immediately $1200 in repairs. These guys are scammers here to take your money. They were very helpful until I transferred them the money.
Funny i had the same experience. bought a car here transmission grinds into third gear. needs synchro replaced. check engine light came on within the first 50-70 miles. i got it fixed but cost me over 1000$. over 30% what i paid for the car. they never responded and when i went there i was told the car was sold as is with no warranties and they don’t know what i could have done to the car since ownership. hard to do a lot of damage to a car i’ve owned for a week and couldn’t even get a sticker for it. steer clear. i wish i looked i to this place beforehand. CROOKS
