If you are using peddle and get assigned this company for pick up CALL AND ASK TO GET THEM SWITCHED!
They no call no showed 3 times in one week! When I called them to ask why no one showed up the first time they said “the guy who was supposed to pick up your car called out” ok fine, things happen. I rescheduled for 3 days later (earliest availability) then they didn’t show up again. Then rescheduled again, and again no showed. No courtesy call to say they can’t make it. No apology for inconvenience when I called both time. They just brushed me off like my call was inconvenient to them. I finally called peddle to get my company switched because I can’t stand the thought of wasting another day away waiting for them to not show up again. Don’t waste your time waiting for them because they obviously just don’t care.

Tremendous service from the guys at Titan Auto Recycling. Had a car that was recently in a car accident, they were able to provide all the parts for a great price and recommend me a mechanic. These guys know what they're doing !

This junkyard is a hidden gem! I had an absolute fantastic experience! Hom one of the staff member in particular is very friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The yard is well-organized, making it easy to navigate, and the prices are unbeatable. Great selection of quality used parts. Oh and not to mention a very welcoming atmosphere. Ali is a very respectful and great person to work with there. Make sure you get to talk to him. Ali is great at finding the right parts that you need for your car. They were contracted by peddle to come and get my car between 11am and 3pm. I called two different numbers they had listed and both went to voicemail. I called peddle and they called and emailed them with no response. If I was peddle I would drop this client. I wasted 4 hours sitting in a car dealership parking lot waiting for people who never called or responded to my voicemails. Stay away I mean far away from this garbage company.

This company claims the pay Top Dollars but really practice a "Bate and Switch" tactic.
I stop by their office to talk to them about a vehicle that was still in driving condition. I was ask if it still had its Catalystic converter? I told them yes it did and that someone did try to cut it off. I was told they were very interested and they would give me $650. The day the finally came to pick it up the their tow truck driver looked under the car for 2 seconds, and took a photo. The tow truck driver said "he would only give me $300., because the Catalystic converter was not original. He could tell because he saw where it was wielded".

I call Titan office and spoke to the person in I was in contact from day one and asked about this. He said the reason for the $300 and not the $650 is the converter was not original and he sent me the photo the tow truck driver took. I asked "looking at the photo" what tell you its not original. His response was is was shiny, but that didn't make sense. I ask is there a some marking from the manufacturer that tells you its original. His response was it was wielded on that's how they know its not original. I told him one of the mechanics at the company I work at did me the favor and wield it where someone tried to cut it off to steel it while I was at work this is why it had some wielding on it as I originally told him the very first time I went to their office.

I was in a bind today, I was on my way to sell my older vehicle to a dealership when my clutch went on me. 3 nice men helped me get my car out of the intersection, but I found myself stuck on an incline in the entrance to a restaurant in a car that could no longer mover forward on its own. I was able to use the peddle service to sell my car and get connected to Titan. Todd was super friendly and understanding about my situation. He told me that even though I was out of their range, he would send a driver over because he understood I was in a bad situation on a very hot day, in a car with no AC. Nole the driver arrived quicker than anticipated, transferred the title over, loaded up my car and paid me before he left. If you’re looking to get rid of an old vehicle, checkout Titan. The guys were super nice and understanding.

terrible customer service. was assigned this company through peddle. They have no intentions of sticking to the time window peddle gives and had no intention of calling and letting me know that they werent coming that day. i left work early and wasted my time waiting for this sham company. i had to call them to find out they werent coming. my peddle window was 3pm - 8pm quote from their dispatcher "thats what peddle gives you not us" i tell tehm i only have after 3pm available another quote "you are 45 minutes away and we dont send drivers out after 4pm" if thats how you want to run your company fine, but maybe you should not be a contractor for peddle and accept jobs you cannot honor.

Let me tell you, if you get Titan Auto Recycling as your towing company through Peddle- you’re in good hands. The driver showed up on time, was professional, respectful and great at his job. I will use them again whenever needed!

This place was very friendly unlike Cash car King guy who was very rude and likes to hang up on people. They were very professional they gave me the highest quote out of every place I call which was about 6:00. Their quote was 150 more than the next highest quote I got. They told me that they would be here on Saturday morning and they showed up Saturday morning. If you're looking at junk your car in the Philadelphia area I was strongly to just giving these guys a call

Great service payment was good next day service with tow. Very professional, polite and considerate to my property where the vehicle was located. If I can give Titan Auto Recycling 100 stars I would. Very good company to do business with.
