???Nice, friendly and professional! Greatest and most helpful experience I've ever had at an auto inspection shop.

On 6/6/25 came to this shop for inspection. Guy said the computer shows it’s not ready for testing. Since I got the test done I paid $75 cash for a failed inspection result. He told me drive at 60mph for 30miles and that should reset my cars computer. Well I came back on 6/16/25 he hooked the machine back up and the result came back the same not ready for testing. He tells me give him 4-5 days come back and he can give me the inspection stickers for an extra $50 which in total would be $125. I was fine with that. I come today 6/25 waited over an hour he hooks the machine back up, same result not ready for testing. He says oh it’s not 50 there’s no getting around it the price is gonna be an extra $100 not 50 in order for you to get inspection stickers. Today’s visit was a total waste of time and he’s speaking as of I pulled the 50 out of the air when in fact he told me that price during my last visit. I will not be going back this Friday as he suggested because I now know he just wants to waste my time. When I went to him last year he did my inspection but only gave me one sticker saying he ran out of the other one. I drove around two weeks with one sticker on my car then he called and said to come get the other sticker. I won’t be going back to this shop. Total waste of time and unnecessary attitude like I asked for free service or a discount. If I was told on 6/6 hey you failed inspection so the price is $175 and you can drive outta here with the inspection stickers that would have been fine. I wasted time coming back twice for no reason at all.

Save your money and frustration. Came in for brakes and the owner started working before I completely approved the job and reviewed the rate. One upcharge led to another. I asked for them to stop working on my car and they took another 1.5 hours to "reverse" what they started. $125 later (diagnosis and "lift" fee), my brakes are worse than when i came in. Only good thing about this experience was the kind female mechanic that tried to take up for the owner's behavior and the kind front desk lady. If you're a woman, this is a place you just come to for an inspection (if that) but NOTHING else.

Came here after moving back to the Philly area. I brought my car in for an inspection, they said a lower control arm was needed. Now, I’m not so sure… they offered me a 20% discount for labor as a first time customer. Now I have two tickets I need to fight because they parked my car on the street while repairing it and a car that clunks when I turn the steering wheel. I was also only given 20% off the service fee, which equates to ten or twenty bucks. Was told about the tickets only AFTER I paid the full price for (my apparently shoddy) repair. I would never use these guys ever again.

Recently moved to Philadelphia and TNT is nearby. We were able to get an appointment the same day. When we arrived they took the car immediately and my wife and I waited in the office. We were told the inspection would take about 30 minutes and that was accurate. The folks at TNT were professional and personable. I would certainly recommend TNT .

UPDATE: I hit something and my car started rattling so of course I brought it here. Again such incredible service every time and Ted even found me some discounts AND they all invited me to a cookout (June 3rd in case y’all wanna know lol). This business is such a wonderful part of the community and I can’t wait to see their expansion! 3/1/23 My services here were wonderful! The staff was so helpful and great to talk to. I will definitely be coming back here for my car services moving forward. Only thing I would recommend is to have some social media pages to market your services like car detailing.

They were EXCELLENT! The staff, especially Ted who took care of me and my car, we're very friendly and efficient. This was the most affordable place I called out of 6 others in the area and they could get me in within 2 days. Ted also went above and beyond to recommend Uncle Bobbie's coffee shop around the corner which is a great place to wait while your car is being serviced. Will definitely come back next year! Thanks to the whole team!

T&T auto inspection put 4 new tire’s on my car. The car is driving wonderfully and I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend this business to everyone for their car needs. I will differently be using again in the future. THANK YOU T&T AUTO!!!!

DO NOT USE I brought my car here for an inspections after I purchased it used. All good. Nice guys. They told me that my car had a great engine and lots of new parts. BUT THEN THIS HAPPENED: About a year later brought my car in for a transmission repair and they quoted me 2000$. Annoying but I decided to go for it, the car was worth about 5k. It took them two weeks to “fix” it. When I drove the car off the lot, there were noises. For a day or two, I listened. Then the check engine light went on so I immediately called T&T to make an appointment. But before I even got back to the repair shop, the car died - more engine problems. These guys then quoted another 3000$ and wouldn’t budge with their price, regardless of the fact that they were just days earlier tinkering inside my engine! So not cool. I am now carless, and down 2000$. Just: DO NOT USE They act all it, but they’re not.

I am pretty choosy with my mechanics. We've all had or heard horror stories from either corporate chains or dealerships, who overcharge and underperform. And when I find a place I like, I want to stay with them for a while. I have definitely found my new mechanic. They beat the prices of three different estimates for what I needed. They fixed my car in like, 2 hours, and its been running great since. Honest, speedy, competent and affordable. What more can you ask for? 5 stars, well deserved.

Back at T&T for an oil change and check up of my truck. Service was quick and Ted got me out quick. This young man is truly building a great business, that is built on great service and great relationships. Thank you

Been taking my 2012 prius and wife’s 2010 kia to Ted for 2 years now. Always respects time and budget, calls with helpful updates so there’s no surprises on the bill.

Recently a friend referred me to T&T to get work done on my car. Pulling up I was a little skeptical but Ted really impressed. Service was fast and easy and Ted seems like a stand up guy. Will absolutely be returning to get some worn out suspension parts swapped out in the near future and my future inspections and oil changes.

Service was courteous, professional, and trustworthy. My car was also detailed inside and out after the inspection! The pricing is fair. I'm happy to have found this business in the neighborhood.

I’ve been coming to T&T Auto since September 2021 and I have no intention of entrusting another mechanic with my vehicle’s maintenance. I’ve had an inspection, rotors replaced, tires replaced, and most recently a tire pressure sensor replaced. During each visit, all necessary work and costs are thoroughly explained to me upfront. For instance, I got to see and feel my worn out rotors compared to new ones. For someone like myself who knows nothing about cars, this kind of information puts me at ease. If you’re looking for a friendly, honest, competent mechanic, come to T&T Auto.

Highly recommend. Inspection was fast, honest and easy. In and out in 30 minutes, and on time from when he scheduled it. Super nice, and gave me a fair quote for brake/rotor replacement. Place looks a mechanic shop, but don't let that stop you he does a good thorough job.

The customer service was wonderful. Very professional. The owner/mechanic Ted was very informative. He explained the whole process before going further. This was my first time coming and I will recommend this place 100%.

It is hard to find places like T & T anymore. I found my experience with T & T to be refreshing when so many places are out to scam you. Ted runs his business on integrity and he knows how to treat customers right. From showing me exactly what repairs were needed for inspection to the Netflix a Hulu in the waiting room, it is clear he cares about his business and customers. I highly recommend T & T Auto Inspections to anyone looking to support a small local trustworthy business.

Incredibly pleased with my experience at T & T auto inspection. I initially called the day before about if they had time for inspection the following day and the gentleman I spoke to had thought they were closed that day(due to holiday), but offered to come in for me. I said not to worry about it! Not too long after the gentleman texted me apologizing saying they were open that day(he had the day wrong)and I could bring the car. The service was top notch, yet a personal feel. I got a oil change and an inspection for a great price. Thanks guys!
