I had the pleasure of having Andre as my tow truck driver. He had amazing communication, arrived at the time he advised, and just provided all around amazing service. My insurance covered the tow so I’m unsure of pricing but if you want a driver that won’t have you sitting around wondering where he is and gets the job done Andre is your guy! Thanks again for your help!

I flew in to visit my sister for one day. Neither of our parents are in the states, and she had worked night shift as a nurse for thanksgiving. Stopped by so she could celebrate at least for one night (day after Thanksgiving) before she had to leave for another shift. Left a rental in front of my sister’s complex (in the complex’s lot) only to find it gone within hours. I get it that they’re doing their job and people need the money, but wow. What a way to end the holiday…

Christina at Hitched Towing & Recovery is the best! She was so kind even stayed past closing to accommodate me w/ a late pick up. I can’t thank her enough! This is the best company is the best! ~ Amin

This place was absolutely amazing they had me in and out the lady that took care of me was also very polite! If your car gets towed here just know they will work with you to get it out :)

They are literally scam artists, they towed my mothers rental car from a “illegal parking spot “ when she had authorization from her air bnb she rented the towed the car on 3/26/25 and went to get in the same day the told his the rental people was coming to get which was a lie because we was still under contract, we went up the next day and was met by a rude white lady who called the rental company and lied and said the car was in a accident so they can try and get more money from them we finally went back up there on 3/29/25 to get the car with the police and was met at the gate buy a homeless man who claimed to work there who made up a number that claim to be a person who runs “all the enterprises in the city “ which was also a lie , we was met by 39th districts officers who was wonderful with helping us and got the rental car back for us , we than proceeded to ask for the bill which we didn’t have a problem with paying she demanded 328.65$ cash , I asked can I see the breakdown she says “why “? I asked why can’t I she said I have to write it down how are you giving me sum without a break down !!! THE SCAM ARTIST AND I WOULD BE SCARED IF YOU GET TOWED BY THESE GUYS

Bottom barrel towing company. They hold your car hostage and charged my card twice and refused to provide a receipt. The white lady that answers the phone is very unprofessional. Whoever the owner is I urge you to hire new staff. Ridiculous

The person that answer he phone is rude and states she can only give out information during business hours so why are you answering the phone? A simple search could’ve alleviated all this but yet we’re here! The police even said this is a terrible tow company….

This Place is crazy bro. I called the lady asked what time they open she said “ 9am but I’m at the bank right now”. She’s stating she’s at the bank at 9:30am but they open at 9am while I wait for my car that they’ve towed over three times already from my apartment building.They’re just unprofessional and should be closed down, if you’re going to take people’s cars at least have the decency to pick up the phone when they call or bare minimum have the gate open on time. Do better. ( Had to edit, just look at the their reply to my review lol, my Point you guys are not professional.)

My car battery (Lexus RX 350 2007 car) died in my drive way despite jumping it, so I had to get it towed to Auto Advance for a new battery and installation. I called two other towing companies (Mike's Towing and Philadelphia Towing Pros) but got no call back, both of whom told me I would get a call in ONE HOUR from SOMEBODY. I called them both at 9 and 10, respectively, when I got no call-backs from one (Mike's, whose voicemail inbox was full) and I called the other... I highly recommend everyone do NOT use those two services. I am in a hurry because I have to study for exams... It was now 12 PM. I then called Hooked Inc, I got a professional dispatcher who took down my information, told me I would get a call within 45 minutes, and within 30 minutes I got a call from Moe (Hi Moe!) saying he will be 15 minutes away. He was true to his word. He was professional, cordial, offered to help install my battery as well with his tools. My new car battery worked and the car was running. I will highly recommend Hooked Inc to everybody I know and honestly believe that Moe deserves a raise for all the trouble. Edit in the year 2025: I didn’t know I could edit reviews. This Moe kid stole my debit card information because the next day I saw my account had some suspicious activities on it - namely card purchases for shoes in multiple department stores near Philadelphia. You know they’re low class thieves when the first thing they do with a stolen card is going into shoe stores. No wonder he was so nice, he was trying to steal my things while working on my car.

Car was towed from an establishment parking lot, the number isn’t answering and the location listed to retrieve my vehicle is not an active location it states permanently closed down! I made a police report and at this point my car is stolen.

This place deserves less than one star. They towed from my apartment complex despite the car having a valid temporary parking pass and when discussing this with my landlord I was informed that the towing company made up a rule about the pass being invalid due to a change in color after October 1st. They claimed the parking pass was invalid due to a change in color which was simply not true. When trying to retrieve the car, they would not return it to us due to the car being registered under a parent’s name and not the driver’s and refused to return it to anyone except the person the car was registered under (who was 6+ hours away with no intention of coming to retrieve the car). This was not the case less than 2 months ago, with them returning the car to us with email confirmation from the person the car was registered under. The woman handling this was rude and dismissive claiming this new policy was enforced by a manager and when I asked when this policy changed given I had been there so recently and she claimed it had happened since I was last there (within the last month, month and a half, no real answer). The manager was also said to “be on vacation” during this whole ordeal, so the rude employee was rendered useless and seemed to have no intention of helping us. In order to retrieve the car, we had to get a form notarized confirming legally we can take the car from the lot, forcing us to leave the car there and pay the excessive overnight fees which the rude employee told us would be $5.63 a night but when looking at the receipt, the 2 nights stayed at the lot added up to an extra $90 on top of the $175 towing expense. Now that we finally have the car, the brakes are making a clanging sound every time they are used and the ABS and traction lights have lit up which were not happening before the car getting towed which is causing some concern that now they have damaged the car in some way. I can confidently say I have never interacted with a more shady business and worse customer service. This place needs to be investigated.

Called for pricing information on getting my key out of my car. I was merely surprised by the price they gave me and was quiet on the phone for a moment to think. The woman on the phone developed a nasty attitude and literally told me “if you don’t like it, call someone else” I was only thinking for a moment on whether or not to use their services but that statement was uncalled for and I immediately hung up the phone and called another company. A good guest service person can really make or break the business.

They took my car from the parking lot of the apartments that I live in. I didn't have this car registered with the apartment because it's new to me and the apartment complex is closed on the weekend so I couldn't get my parking sticker, so they were unfortunately in their right to tow it. But I've lived here for 7 years and multiple times they have towed every vehicle not registered out of the lot. They have a roving watch on the lots they "own" and when they are money hungry they strike all the lots they are in charge of. They legally steal your car from your home and charge you because you didn't follow the sign posted on the wall. This place is everything wrong with the world. I can say with guarantee that no one called on me for parking in the lot. Also I parked nose in with a front wheel drive car, that means that the tow truck driver had to pull my car from the rear wheels almost certainly causing damage to the drive train.

I have their signage posted at my house above my garage so I’m contracted with them. I have called seven times this morning to have a car that has been ticketed towed from in front of my driveway because I have to go to work. No answer. Straight to voicemail. And the mailbox is full! Definitely not 24 hours. I’m getting a new tow company.

Had my nissan rogue and towed by this co. They used no dollies when towing it now rear differential is messed up. Didn't know any better even though I signed the receipt they lied how it was towed beware using this co and know before hand how your car is suppose to be towed . And even if your frustrated about your car being towed WATCH THE RECEIPT YOUR SINGNING!!!!! They offer no help to right there wrong.????? I give them no stars.but it won't let me

I was able to pick my vehicle up the very next morning after having it towed with no issues. They were quick, professional and friendly. Grateful that my car was safe throughout the night at their establishment.

My daughter had an accident in Philly. We found Hooked Inc via Google. The dispatcher was very nice. Doug the tow truck driver introduced himself via text when he was on his way and as he reached us . He arrived with his tow truck very quickly. He took her car all the way back to the suburbs (about an hour) out 422West directly to the garage. Doug dropped it off and put the key in the night drop off by himself. Doug was very professional and a great guy. He texted pictures of the car at the garage to let us know it was dropped off and secure.. We felt lucky to have Doug. He made us both comfortable and at ease. The receipt showed up on Square with no problems. I highly recommend Hooked Inc. and especially Doug.

Tony was my driver. By far the best experience I've had with a towing company. He was an extremely professional, helpful, and pleasant person to be around! Really went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and got my car to my destination without any hassle. His skill and handle of the tow truck was extremely impressive. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

It was Fourth of July weekend & here I was broken down in the middle of traffic for 2 hours.. I had called 3 other towing companies who's prices was almost $200 before contacting Hooked Inc.. The price I was given was very reasonable and affordable. Doug gave me a 30 min wait time but he arrived even before that, he was very professional and quick. I think the entire towing process& driving to my front door was 30 mins & Doug was gone in the wind! Thank you again for all your help

The female operator who worked on May 16,2019, was extremely friendly, polite, considerate and helpful. My tow truck driver, Doug, went above and beyond his capabilities to locate my vehicle while keeping me updated throughout the process. The staff was hospitable, fast, efficient and actually value their customers. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you Hooked Inc. for all of your help..you guys (and girls) deserve 10 stars...keep up the good work. I'm glad some people still realize word of mouth is the best way to promote business.

Despite the fact I was getting my car towed on a rainy day, I had a great experience with Hooked. The operator, Andre, was very professional and nice. He explained everything and made the process run smoothly from the time he arrived until he got me to my destination.

5 star service no questions asked. I had to get my car towed to the dealership after waiting hours for another tow company and when I reached out to hooked Inc they were there very quickly Doug even called to make sure I wasn't waiting long and to guarantee his quick arrival. He was very professional and knowledgable of what he was doing. My brakes went out and he was able to hook my car right up and was on his way within minutes.I even left my phone in the car and he was willing to go back to get it out for me without a problem I can definitely appreciate the customer service Doug provided. Hooked Inc will definitely be my call in the future if I need assistance. Thank you Doug

They are life savers .. i was stranded on 95 for almost 2 hrs waiting on another company and i contacted them and they came right out, hooked me up and had me home within minutes. The Driver Matt was awesome! Price was reasonable! Will definitely use again if needed!

Having car trouble is the worst! Hooked made it all easier. Ruth in the office is fantastic. She confirmed our tow and called us back to made sure we were in a safe area. Doug was our tow guy. He called with an ETA when he was leaving the office. He called from around the corner and started on the phone with me until he arrived. It was POURING! He said to stay on the car while he took photos and filled out paperwork. Doug knew where the car was going and had no problem with a 27 mile ride. He called me when he arrived at our mechanic to let us know that the truck was safe and the keys were in the night drop with my name, number and make and model. You cannot get better service than Hooked, Doug and Ruth. Thank you!!

If you ever need your vehicle towed, I highly recommend this business!! I called them when my car broke down. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and professional she helped to ease the situation which was horrible. She kept me updated with the status of the driver's location and estimated time he should arrive. When Doug arrived he helped to eased the situation as well. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was and he even looked up parts for my car so I won't overpay for the repairs. He took me to the shop and did his job to very end and made sure I was ok. I will definitely call or recommend them for towing services. The cost was very reasonable might I add!!!!

All I Can say is the staff, especially Ruth made the best out of a very bad situation. Of course your car being towed is such a horrible and frustrating time, but the help and service was fantastic which made it easier. The speed of service and assistance with my car was awesome. Sorry my car was towed but the help and staff were so great and I cant say thank you enough.

Best experience ever. I was hit by an 18 wheeler while in my little Saturn. No sooner did I look up and the tow truck guy was there helping me out of the car. He kept me calm and stayed by me the whole time always making sure I was O.K. I strongly believe they are more concerned that the people are O.K. than just looking for business . They are great!
