I hate having to leave reviews. I was referred to this shop and cannot get through. I’ve literally been calling for days and have yet to get an answer or call back.
I guess if your a friend or family member you'll get better service. "Come Back in a few or 2 " is what was told to me for about a month n a 1/2 now. Its sad for people to just be in positions just for money, because with now passion or fulfillment you just get a bunch of people your trying to do business with that can care less about what they doing. I can't stand the " its not what you know its who you know" culture in society. Bring back passionate people, you can have the selfish and careless folk, sad in society we have people like this in abundance.
Guess I gotta give a star so I can comment they very unprofessional I've been calling for 3 days (not Sunday) leaving messages someone called me on Saturday 3/28 left a message and got a call back displayed as "(SPAM CALLER) but I answered and the guy said(DID YOI CALL ME) didn't introduce himself or the company and hung up on my since then (WEDNESDAY) the scamming company haven't called back
Owner was very arrogant and ignorant business was very unorganized I was referred here to get an inspection done when I came in nobody acknowledged me and I was lost and confused on who to talk to then I saw a guy painting a car and he told me to just wait out front and somebody would come so I sat parked out front for about 15 mins then some tall guy came out and told me “YOU HAVE TO MOVE” so immediately I was disturbed on why he was talking to a new customer this way so then I asked him do you work here he said yea and turned his head so then I said I need help with inspection so he said park somewhere else and come in and talk so I parked across the street and came in and talked so as I’m walking in I called the tag place who referred me there to ask who I should be talking to and she said “Gary” so I walked up and asked the tall ignorant guy could I speak with Gary and he said “that’s me” so now I’m disturbed because I was hoping I didn’t have to deal with him at all so I said I wanted to get an inspection done and he said “I got u” and I said well am I next and he said he got 2 cars in front of me so I sat in my car for about 20 mins but as I was waiting I asked someone outside who was the owner and he described Gary and at this point I knew I didn’t want to spent my money with him so i googled other salvage inspection shops in the area and went to United Auto center which was 3 mins from sb automotive and im so happy I did it was like night and day he was so polite and helpful I would never come back to the shop again im very big on customer service and i refuse to give my hard earned money to someone who can’t even talk to me with respect
Very informative and helpful! I also receive a little motivational speech to keep me going on the right track toward passing my inspection. They also referred me to a shop to help with my journey. Super personable and thoughtful. Highly recommended I will be back.
Great business fast and respectful prices are perfect I recommend anybody to go to him he get the job done can’t find a better shop I’m telling yall get wit him he the best
