I've never written an online review before, but I wanted to go out of my way to publicly commend the store manager Sydney for the service I received last week. Without me even asking, she walked outside in the freezing cold three times to help me replace a wiper blade--once to check if the first blade we found had the right attachment, a second time (with the correct blade) to attach it for me while her employee rang up my purchase, and a third time to watch me turn on the windshield wipers just to ensure that everything was working correctly. Honestly I wasn't expecting this level of customer service at a big chain store--I really appreciated it!

I had to replace the rear wiper on my Honda CRV today, as the rubber came off it. I went into Auto Zone on Ridge Ave., near me. I tried to find what I needed and couldn’t figure it out. I asked one the gentleman behind the counter for help. He was friendly and helpful. Once I purchased the wiper I asked if someone could put it on. I was told the person going out the door would help me after he helped someone else. Lee put on the wiper and I asked him to check the other blades. Turns out they needed replacing too, which I was already thinking. Those wipers were then put on. When I tried to tip him, he told me he was the manager. Wow, this is what I call service. The store is clean and well stocked. I have been there several times before over the years and have always had the same outcome: product in hand and friendly staff. The manager’s name Lee. This trip was on 2/6/26 at about 2:45 pm. I definitely would recommend this Auto Zone.

So grateful they replaced my car battery in the bitter cold! Fast, efficient work. Car working great on the new battery!

Last night one of my wiper blades started falling apart so I went to AutoZone today to get replacements. I asked the guy who checked me out if someone could help install them, and he came out and did them himself. I really appreciated it because I haven't been able to figure out how to change them. 5/5 would get wiper blades from this AutoZone again.

Just went in to get wipers. I asked the salesman who was very rude. He gave me the sizes and said isle 3. I’m like ok-can you please take me to them. He grunts and says customers like to pick them out themselves. I’m like ok, I don’t know which to get what would you suggest? He picks the most expensive option $54 per blade x2. I go up to the counter to pay, ask if he can help me put them on and he said no. So I left and went to Advanced Auto Parts got both wipers put on for $45. I’d get rid of that employee if I owned this place. I would have paid that crazy amount too but he couldn’t even help me put wipers on. WILD!!! Tues, 12/30 sometime between 2:30pm-3pm EST.

Went in to get my daughter a battery. The service was amazing, I think the gentleman that helped us was Ed. He was beyond helpful!

Best service in town the tech helped me install a headlight in the pouring rain free of charge!

Went to AutoZone on Ridge Avenue in Roxborough for a burnt out headlight. I was greeted the moment I walked in. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly I needed help to change the bulb and the new store manager was happy to help.

I recently visited Auto Zone and was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service I received. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. A big shout-out to Maurice and Malac for being exceptionally helpful. They assisted me in selecting a new battery and ensured I got exactly what I needed. They faced a challenge when removing my old battery, but their persistence paid off. They worked hard and stayed with it even after I started to feel a bit discouraged. I offered to tip them because of their dedication and hard work, but Maurice politely declined. This kind of humility and focus on providing great service rather than personal gain is the hallmark of true customer service. Overall, a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for knowledgeable staff and reliable, friendly service, this Auto Zone is a great place to go.

Went to AutoZone today because my windshield wiper was broken. I just want to say thank you to Maurice for helping me out. He helped me purchased the best wiper for my car and installed it for me and everything. He made sure it was working properly before I left. Thanks again for all your help!!!

This store is either out of stock or the sales person is clueless!! Today I went in the guy working the counter was rude and annoying. This will be the last time for this lam store. Advanced Auto or Bobs Automotive. Going forward.

I wanted to have my normal experience at Autozone. Came in during the afternoon hours and had went to the self checkout area - thinking I’m not going to bother these folks. I bought a paint spray can, and needed authorization from the person across the counter who was sitting, Eddie. Upon letting him know, he put out a huge sigh - OK cool - I thanked him. Then, I tried to pay, and use my gift card. He said with an attitude, “you know you can’t use that, you know that.” I said, I’ve never used this before here, ever. Then he had to walk me to the register with another sigh. He told me I couldn’t put in my account number because I have to take that up with corporate in Tennessee. Again, just wanted to have a normal transaction - not be met with an attitude. I get it - you’re tired but I didn’t deserve that. Thanks Eddie.

AutoZone experiences vary by location We bought an alternator from AutoZone with a lifetime warranty. My brother, a commercial mechanic, installed it, but it turned out to be faulty. Around 8:30 PM (the store closes at 10), we went to swap it, and the manager repeatedly and condescendingly said, “commercial … closes … at 5,” even though my brother handles commercial accounts at multiple AutoZones, at all hours, with no issues. We tried another location a few miles away, and they swapped it with no problem. Clearly, your experience depends on the store — this location was unhelpful, the other made it easy.

Had a great experience today where the team went above and beyond to help me resolve issues with replacing my car battery. Thank you very much to Maurice and Kyree!

Excellent customer service here from the entire team! Came in with an old key fob that wasn’t working anymore and they went above and beyond to help me out. Definitely will come back to this location when I need anything else!

Great experience today. I purchased wiper blades last week and had trouble getting them on my car. I went back to exchange them while explaining the situtation to the sales associate he asked if he could try and put them on my car. He said they should fit. He installed them on my car and was super nice in 99 degree weather! I appreciate them listening to me, helping me and also not pushing any products on me. Also i was greeted as soon as i walked in..great customer service!!

Just as we were leaving home to go to a party, our coolant light went on, first time ever. Where do you go on a Sunday? We first went to Stanley's on Ridge, but they had only one kind of coolant and actually recommended we go to Autozone. They waited on us immediately, and recommended the specific coolant for our VW. When we asked if it was hard add to the receptacle, the salesperson said he would help us! As we were all dressed up, we were incredibly impressed and grateful. I wish we'd taken his name so we could give him an extra special commendation. The light went out and we were only a few minutes late. So appreciate Autozone, especially in these days of customer service becoming so rare.

Learned the hard way my car was burning through oil too quickly when my light came on Saturday nigh 2,000 miles sooner than expected. I needed to add oil to even get to the mechanic on Monday. Tony was a huge help in picking out the right oil for my high mileage car and putting it in so I could get my car safely to the mechanic on Monday, which I did. Thank you!

I’ve had a few bad experiences at this location, so I felt like I had to say something. A few days ago, I had a run-in with a cashier who was pretty rude, and it turned into an argument. Things cooled down eventually, but the way it was handled didn’t feel right. Then today, I showed up at 7:36 AM and the store was still locked—even though it’s supposed to open at 7:30. This happens to be the closest store to me, so it’s disappointing. I hope someone from corporate checks in on what’s going on here.

Tony went way above and beyond in helping me out on Sunday. I desperately needed air in my tire and he sold me a handy tool to add air. But the great thing was that he personally spent time to show me how to use it and personally went outside and added the air not only to the tire that I thought was the problem, but then checked all my tires and corrected them as well! I am very impressed with his dedication to customer service. After he helped me outside, I noticed he went to another customer that was struggling with a different issue and helped them as well! He deserves an award!

Patricia Gee is the WORST Autozone employee, or MANAGER, for that matter I have ever come across in my 20 years of being a loyal Autozone customer. I have never come across such lack of customer service or just complete disrespect from someone that works at any of the dozens of locations nationwide I have HAPPILY SPENT MY MONEY AT. When I went in to buy all of my items, he rudely told me I was not allowed to use their tools, an Autozone staple service. And the second time I went to the store today, she also denied any help in replacing my oil filter wrench cap that has printed on it clearly “LIFETIME WARRANTY”. Pictures below for reference. She should be fired or removed from management immediately.

Woman leaning on counter asked where wipes that was on store window was at and was told she didn’t know. Also asked for rugs for car and she pointed and gave aisles. It’s obvious she doesn’t want to work. Ordering online again bc people don’t understand how being a little attentive goes a long way.

Never thought I’d review a car parts store but the folks at this Autozone are phenomenal. I bought a transmission fluid and brought my battery to be charged. They gave water to my dog and even charged my phone. Really went above and beyond to help. Really good people!
