A-1 service ! First time customer came in to get a flowmaster fx installed on my GMC Sierra . They were quick , wasn’t to pleased with the sound after leaving the resonator on , they offered to cut the resonator off . It sounds soooo good ! Price was more than reasonable , customer service great ! Will be a returning customer for sure , thanks again !

I just referred a friend to this establishment. I came here about 9 years ago and was serviced. They took care of me shockingly fast and for a great price. Took me nearly a decade to leave a review, but the good impression lasts a lifetime. It’s appreciated.

My son took my Durango down to them and it was done within a hour very nice work I had deleted muffler done, and my truck sounds like a beast I will be referring anyone that ask me to you guys!!!!!

Horrible, shady, unprofessional experience. I brought my 2004 Honda Accord in for a simple exhaust leak and paid $180. My car had zero issues beforehand. The moment I drove off, my check engine light came on. I literally made it a few feet before turning back around.

They reset the code, acted like it was nothing, and the light came back immediately. Suddenly they tell me my O2 sensor is “bad.” I NEVER had an issue with that sensor before bringing my car here. They even tried to throw in an old, used O2 sensor from the shop — which tells me they knew they messed something up.

Then once they realized the proper sensor for my car costs $200, their whole attitude changed. They backed out completely and told me to just take a refund for the exhaust job instead of fixing what they broke. I DID get my $180 refund, and I told the manager I’d buy the part myself. I even asked, “How much would you charge to replace the O2 sensor?” and he said:

“We’re not going to do it for you.”

So now I’m left with a broken O2 sensor — something that happened ONLY after they touched my car — and a shop that refuses to take responsibility or make it right.

Not everyone on the staff is bad, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable, lazy, and unprofessional. I will never be coming back here, and I wouldn’t trust them with ANYTHING

"I had the muffler on my Toyota Sienna replaced at this shop. The facility is clean, and they operate on a first-come, first-served basis. When I arrived, they promptly inspected my car, put it on the lift, and clearly explained the issue along with the replacement cost—which was very reasonable. They completed the job efficiently, and the team was both professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place for any muffler work!

Showed up there with 15 cars ahead of me, I waited about 1.5 hrs. That is not bad at all for 15 cars ahead! I went to another shop before I came here and they told me that my custom exhaust will not fit my car but I called BS because I’ve seen the same valved axle back system fitted to other cars like mine. The guys here hooked me up! Very professional and they gave me exactly what I asked for with a great price! Will definitely be coming back here for any future work!

They did both my 2008 crown Victoria mufflers my police interceptor and my regular one coming back to get my Yukon denali xl done great work fast and car comes out sound good?

Went here twice to get my car checked for intermittent check engine light. First time, the light wasn’t on, but they put the car up on the lift, did a careful examination of the whole exhaust system, and even went over it with me, showing that everything looked fine. Recommended some service I could do myself (filters, etc.) and didn’t charge one cent.

Next time, light was on, and the code suggested the catalytic converter was operating below full efficiency. Most shops would say, “Time for a new cat.” Instead, they discussed my maintenance history, and the fact that old spark plugs could cause incomplete combustion and cause this error, and suggested I get them changed at my regular shop. Again, no charge for this assessment and recommendation, which seems to be working so far, and was worth having done regardless.

If the light does come back on and I do end up replacing the cat, I know I’ll come here to get it done. From the waiting room, you can see the work they’re doing, and it looks to be across the board careful, skillful, and quick. The guys employees are friendly and seem very trustworthy, and the prices I heard quoted for other customers seemed extremely reasonable. Grateful to have this shop in town and will continue recommending it.

Recommend arriving a bit before they open. Turn onto the street that has multiple garage doors and park up against the big wall across the street. Cash

I called the day before about my car and explained that my car was giving off a bad odor and that the check engine light kept coming on and off, and that I was told it was the catalytic converter, I asked if I could bring my car in to be looked at and they stated yes and that it was first come first serve. I go to the shop and they told me they couldn’t look at my car because the check engine light wasn’t on and that they didn’t want to waste there time or my time or unnecessary money.

Awesome and speedy service. Prices were affordable and my new muffler is great. Thank you Joel’s, I’ll definitely be back.

They’ve replaced the part shown in the pictures in under 10 minutes my old one was ripped up and rusted and now I Don’t hear the exhaust leak at all . I couldn’t been more pleased with the results .

great spot. good people. good prices but wait time is long. not their fault, they don’t take too long on cars but they are very busy. i came 10am it took me 4 hours cause they were busy. they have a drop off car thing too but i waited. come early like 7-8am. its first come first serve.

I brought my own Flowmaster muffler for my RAM truck, they installed it in 30 minutes or less! They also sell these type of performance mufflers in their shop which I didn’t know about. The shop gets extremely busy so get their as early as possible. They saved me the time which a different shop wanted me to wait all day to get it done. Highly recommend
