I highly recommend this company. My total experience with this company was top notch. They did an excellent job on my Honda CRV and in a timely manner. And it was so nice of them to wash and clean my car. With all the salt on the roads from the recent snow storm, my car needed a real good cleaning. I chose DeGovanni simply because it’s close to me, and I’m glad I did. My car needed a new side window after it shattered right before January’s huge snowstorm. They kept my car safe during the storm, were prompt in their maintenance when I checked on it afterwards, and I never lost peace of mind. Shoutout to Judy for being thorough and honest in her updates and to the mechanics who not only cleaned out the broken glass, but the entire floor, including multiple pounds of spilled cat litter that I was procrastinating on cleaning.
They performed a somewhat minor repair but did so perfectly and even cleaned inside my vehicle when finished. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle after a snow storm, they were clearing the snow off. Very professional and courteous. Thank you!
This has been hands down one of the best experiences at a collision center.I've ever had Judy office management is the most organized kindest person.I've ever dealt with.She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.And to handle everything for you, the customer, they one hundred percent make you feel like they are on your side.I felt like I was a part of their family. Junior son of the owner is a sweetheart and a very hard worker.They were willing to go above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.And some this place is one hundred percent recommended to anyone out there.Looking for a place that is trustworthy.All about the client all about your needs.I will not cut corners and will give you one hundred percent and some. They also will not let an insurance company. Low volume and cut corners will fight for you at every angle.

We use DeGovanni's for all of our car repair needs. They are great at communicating during the service and do their best to get the work done in a timely manner. The team is pleasant to talk to and the work is top notch. There was one time I took my car to another repair shop and regretted the decision - from now on, it is only DeGovanni's! You can trust that they will do what is needed with the correct parts. Added bonus - they detailed my car before returning it to me and found a pair of sunglasses I thought I had lost a year ago in the car.

I was very pleased with the customer service of the shop as well. They were very friendly and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Bonus - they left my car very clean.

My experience using DeGovanni was awesome. From the time I dropped off my car to the time I received it, the communication and customer service was first class. They worked with my insurance company to cover most of the charges, and even dropped off my rental for me. They even detailed my car to make it look brand new! Great experience would recommend to anyone.
The appointments manager, Judy, is kind and accommodating. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you can't use your car because of a crash it is a BIG stress. So appreciate Judy's voice of calm and can-do attitude
Did a tremendously awesome job on my car and brought my car from dead to life. It was a very big job they had to get it done on my car and did an awesome job. Car runs like new and I was well informed on the process and updates.
I'm very satisfied by the customer service they gave to me. I was nervous taking my car for repairs to a shop i never used before. Degovanni eased my anxiety the first conversation we had. They made it easy and walked me through every step. Kept me posted on any changes in the process. I had a delay due to waiting on special parts they called the day they knew about the delay. They fought my insurance company with an issue that popped up and fixed it right away. They truly stand with the customer not the insurance. My car came back cleaner than expected.

My 7 year old Honda was showing its age with an old dent in the rear & loose frame around one tire well. I didn’t want to submit an insurance claim & would be self pay . I received a very fair estimate ( lower than a few other places) & decided to have the work done at DeGiovanni’s. I was not disappointed. The shop not only repaired the dent & frame but returned the car immaculately cleaned on the inside & sparkling on the outside. I feel like I’m driving a new car ! Thank you paulo & junior

Being a bit upset, had not been involved in a accident in over 10 years. DeGovanni Collision shop definitely went above and beyond. Both Paulo and his son Junior definitely made the process of handling the insurance company and paperwork their goal. The repair process was quicker than expected, I definitely would recommend to anyone their staff is very efficient and helpful and accommodated the rental process.. They fixed my car window within two weeks, and even had it tinted to match the other windows of my car! Communication was effective and clear. They also cleaned the glass that was shattered in my car. My car looked much better coming out than it did going in. I have never had a separate appointment to photograph my car, which was slightly inconvenient, however everything else went smoothly.
They finished work on my car a week earlier, just at the perfect time. They went above and beyond, fixing some other damage that was there before. Consistent communication and very friendly. They even recognize who you are. If I ever need body damage repairs again, I know where to go.

I had a big accident while backing up into a pole =[ , degiovannis went over and beyond to fix my van In a timely fashion. It was done a week before it’s due date, which helped me out a lot, and on top of that I can’t even tell where the accident was. You Can tell from the pictures they did. I had a wonderful experience with this company. I used the old owner for years and was worried at first about the change. They were extremely helpful from the very start and updated me weekly with their estimated time frame. It turned out that my truck was done 3+ weeks early than the date that they quoted me. I will 100% go back there and recommend them to all of my family and friends. My truck looked perfect when completed . They are a great bunch of people. Thanks again!

I chose this auto body shop in good faith due to the 5 star reviews on the website in addition to the 35+ years of experience listed. Unfortunately, after payment of services rendered, I was directed to my vehicle parked behind a work van towards a fenced lot. My vehicle was completely dirty and riddled with bird droppings. Upon examination of my recently painted vehicle, I noticed a cracked front grill, additional scratches and scuff marks to the driver and passenger side doors. There was old caked up rubbing compound all over the seemingly repaired back bumper, back lights were loose, bumper was loose and gapped in the seems and missing paint on the passenger side of my supposedly repaired and painted bumper. After opening my car and examining the interior, I found rodent droppings and shredded napkins inside my glove compartment. Seemed like a rodent nest. I decided to check my engine area and also found nesting in my engine. I proceeded to address the incident to the shop owner and was treated with complete disregard of the issues and damages found. The shop owner ignored my concerns and after 30+ minutes of waiting a response, the owner told me the only thing he could do is maybe order me another grill. He followed by saying he would call me for any repairs and failed to do so. They charged over $3,000 and gave me the treatment of a pan handler. To whomever decides to bring their vehicle to DiGiovannis for service, think again. This auto body shop does sub par work and dares to exhibit arrogance and standoffish behavior.
After reading lots of reviews of local body shops I decided DeGovanni was who I wanted to handle our accident and I am very happy I did. The associates were super communicative and empathetic with us. We got weekly updates via text and/or call. They were transparent and helpful every step of the way. The car looks as good, if not better, than before. The paint is a perfect match too. I would not hesitate to go anywhere but DeGovanni if I ever needed body work done. Great workmanship and customer service.
