I had an unexpected flat tire yesterday after business hours. Called Mid-City Tire for replacement today and they were able to order the same day. Within a few hours I got a call that the tires arrived I asked who they recommend for towing service and they said South Philly Towing. I called them right away and they were readily available and came sooner than expected to meet me at my house. Josiah S. was professional and careful towing my car and respectfully asked if I need a ride. He was king and pleasant to drive with to Mid-City. I would highly recommend South Philly Towing for any emergency services. Thank you!
Hollywood was AWESOME! He came over super fast. Had the car hooked up before I even knew it. Gave me a ride in his nice clean truck over to my mechanic’s. Laid back, and easy going to put me at ease. If I ever need a tow again I will definitely call South Philly! Thanks youse guys ?
Recently received a complementary tow from 8th and Rockland to 9th and Rockland. However they towed it on a lock where street cleaning was being done the following day. No ticket but I have a boot on my vehicle.
Just letting you guys know I’m not sure what kind of scam or fraudulent play you or your staff is trying to run, but I will be filing charges. I spoke with the construction company and they use a different tow truck company. I will also be filing a complaint with police. Put my vehicle back where you found it or get ready for court, simple.

They got my car out from being stuck in the snow and the guy was really patient and kind. The price was somewhat predatory because they knew how desperate people were with the snow, but it is what it is.
These guys are the best my car was not starting and it was stuck on the 5th level of a garage with no clearance I called these guys up and not only did they tow my car these gentlemen helped me push the car down 5 levels to get to the street... Highly recommend these gentlemen worth the time and money ?
South Philly Towing saved me! AAA couldn't figure out how to tow my car from our garage, located on a small side street. Ben came, pushed the car out of the garage, loaded it onto the flat bed truck, and towed to the auto shop of our choice. Ben arrived within a half hour of my call, and was extremely pleasant to work with. The nicest guy! Thank you!

Miguel showed up on time, greeted me with a warm handshake, and confidently assured me he’d get my car out of the garage—no matter what. And he did. Despite tight spaces and real challenges, he handled everything with skill, calm, and professionalism.

This was the least painful towing experience I've ever had in my life. They were recommended by my mechanic who is himself a five star reviewed so no big surprise that the tow company he recommends would end up being a good option.
I think I may have spoken with the owner when I called and he was very friendly and polite which is not always the case in my experience with tow companies.
The tow truck operator goes by the name Donnie Hollywood- super nice guy and extremely proficient.
He was able to grab it with precision and an incredibly difficult spot.
The entire experience probably didn't take me half an hour from the point I called to getting it where I needed to go.
Broke down and and needed a tow so I checked out South Philly Towing and Miguel pulled up in less than 20 minutes. Even was helpful with advice towards to wrecked car. Salute Miguel and the guys over at South Philly Towing !

South Philly Towing is the absolute best! Michael, the owner, was so knowledgeable and friendly! He took care of everything from start to finish, and made the whole process so seamless. They were so fast and so reliable! I can not recommend them enough!!

Rude and bad at their job. Wouldn’t recommend. They can attempt to do their job without mocking the people who may have emergencies. I guess in modern times that is lost.
I needed a tow so I called South Philly towing. I was in the middle of the intersection broken down. I was pretty distraught but their driver Ben came to my rescue. He was professional got my car hooked up quickly and he got me to the shop. I also noticed that the inside of the truck was really clean, I felt comfortable.

I do utility work in the city and use South Philly towing almost daily. They are always very professional and arrive in a timely matter so my guys have no down time. All the employees are always respectful of the vehicles they tow and take their time to make sure nothing is damaged. We have used other towing companies in the past and none of them compare to South Philly towing.
