Gross negligence resulted in thousands of dollars of damages to Porsche. Did not use flatbed, and carelessly scraped car when unloading. Despite actions of tow truck driver being witnessed close up at time by experienced professional Porsche mechanic, driver denied causing damage.

Wonderful company, absolutely amazing how fast and efficient it was less than two hours to get my car, where it needed to be and it needed a special kind of 2 truck that required a dally. My car would not move at all. We never thought we would need the services of a tow, but our dead vehicle was unable to change out of park and we needed it moved into our garage. It was late on Sunday, we called around many services around the area and we could not get a good price for what we were asking for. Luckily my wife came across North Central and had Dante on the line. We told him our situation and he quite easily understood us. He quoted us a very manageable fee and was in our neighborhood. He looked at it, knew exactly what he needed to do and talked us through the fact he had to pull the vehicle around because it is a rear wheel drive. So I'll let the video speak for itself, once I can upload it, but the dragging had to be done to get the other end and let it move freely. And before we knew it, he did his process and the vehicle was moved into our garage seamlessly. In the end, we were very satisfied with Dante's services and highly recommend his company if you need your vehicle towed.

True professionals. Everyone was very kind. They protected my wife when she was in a car accident and they were not pushy whatsoever. They blocked off the road with their trucks and towed our car to their facility and kept it safe and they billed our insurance directly. The owner was there as well and he was very genuine and most of his employees were family members.

I was in a car crash and my car got t-boned and was totaled in the middle of an intersection. North Central showed up within moments of the accident, and Eric was the kindest most genuine service provider I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in such a crisis situation. His knowledge, customer service, and all around kindness made such a scary and hard situation so easy to handle! Not only did Eric tow my car, but he also went above and beyond to bring the car to my house so I could empty my belongings from it before he took it to their tow lot. Thank you again, Eric!! I went back a few days later to get my license plate off the car, and the gentlewoman in the front office was so helpful, and Sam was kind enough to drive me all the way back to my house after I got what I needed from the car so I wouldn't have to walk! I was in an accident and my car was destroyed. North Central arrived very quickly to take my car away. Once they arrived, Stevie made sure I was safe, waited for an hour or more for the scene to be cleared, and then took me home after everything was said and done. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I'll never use a different towing service in Philadelphia again.

I had a fantastic experience using North Central Towing and Recovery. I was in an accident late on a Sunday night and they came to the rescue within 5 minutes. They calmed everyone down at the scene and followed up multiple times after the accident to offer assistance in any way they could. These men truly care and I highly recommend their services!
