We had a real cluster with our registration. After 2 years (2024 Volvo) the registration still said Volvo owned the car. I knew it would be an issue but they were very professional, courteous, patient, and through in resolving the issue. They explained the process and the options. Although I was unhappy that taxes were not paid before this that was not their fault. A special shout out to Michaella for all the work she did to assist my wife and me. She was absolutely outstanding! Michaella was both professional and personable. It’s very rare to find someone with such customer service skills.

I went to another place first that didn’t have clear pricing and didn’t have much patience for my name-change paperwork (which is… kind of the whole job). That wasn’t an issue here, so it was an easy decision to use DW3. The staff knew exactly what needed to be done and handled it efficiently. No back and forth. I was honestly surprised at the efficency — I’ve never dealt with a registration in an easier way. Pricing was straightforward, the process moved fast, and nothing felt confusing. She even called the bank to make sure she got the right one before she transferred everything to here. I am deaf by the way. She made my day much easier but she was doing all the work for me. I’m from New York and recently moved to Philly. I look up on line auto tag spots and DW3 Auto tags popped up. I’m glad it was them because I heard some stories about some these Auto tag places. However soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with professionalism and smiles. I think because it a family own business that why you get the welcome in feeling. My process was smooth and good price. I would have paid almost 100 dollars more if I would have went to the other Auto tag spots. And they stay open until 6 most of them was closing at 5 that was in the city. if you need car registration and plates I definitely recommend this location.

Although they could not accommodate same day title service, they assisted in finding an additional service with providing price comparison. Eventually decided to use their service and extremely pleased. Will be my go to for all needs!

The staff at DW3 were incredibly friendly and efficient fulfilling my request for a title transfer and a new license plate. Their rates were lower than several other places I checked out in Germantown. I ordinarily hate dealing with vehicle paperwork, but the staff here made this experience as pleasant as possible!
