What clients say about DW3 Auto Tags in Philadelphia (PA)
I recently moved to PA and felt completely overwhelmed by the title, tag, and registration process. DW3 Auto Tags was an absolute lifesaver! The service was fast, professional, and far more efficient than I expected. I had my car registered quicker than anticipated. I can’t recommend them enough!
I was referred to DW3 Auto Tags and can see why Danny comes highly recommended. He was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions without rushing me. The pricing was fair and even less than other places I checked. Great customer service and a smooth experience. I highly recommend him for any auto tag needs.
Can’t recommend DW3 enough for all of your tag and title needs. They were professional, kind, and efficient. I needed a replacement license plate and I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Even put the plate on for me! Thrilled to have such a reliable and friendly business in the neighborhood!
I had a great experience here. The title transfer process was quick and easy.
I went in not knowing much about registrations, titles, or car paperwork, and Danny was incredibly polite and helpful the whole time.
He explained everything clearly, was very patient with my questions, and made me feel comfortable asking about what I didn’t understand. I never felt rushed.
Wonderful service. Clerk was very pleasant. He handle my title paper work bin a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place.
Great job from Mama J.
As a local Realtor, I value efficiency and professionalism above all else. DW3 Auto Tags has completely streamlined car ownership formalities for me. Their process is seamless, and their smart, thoughtful approach added immense value to my entire interaction.
Whether you are managing a personal vehicle or a high-volume dealership inventory, their expertise is unmatched. I only wish every administrative process were this painless. If you want premier service for tags and titling, check out DW3. You’ll be glad you did!
We had a real cluster with our registration. After 2 years (2024 Volvo) the registration still said Volvo owned the car.
I knew it would be an issue but they were very professional, courteous, patient, and through in resolving the issue. They explained the process and the options. Although I was unhappy that taxes were not paid before this that was not their fault.
A special shout out to Michaella for all the work she did to assist my wife and me. She was absolutely outstanding! Michaella was both professional and personable. It’s very rare to find someone with such customer service skills.
I just had such a great experience with this tag agency. Danny handled my out of state car purchase quickly and very efficiently. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to do the job. Thanks so much!
Great experience at DW3! The owner was professional, honest and easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress free.
Thankful to have this AMAZING Auto Tags location! I couldn’t have asked for a better more clear professional experience! They are knowledgeable, kind, professional and efficient. It’s hard enough having to do adult things so when a business can make it seamless I appreciate it more than words can express! Danny went above and beyond making sure everything was smooth and even assisted in replacing license plates that were tricky to get off in freezing cold weather. I had my little girl with me so the effort went a long way and saved my nails. Highly recommend them for all your auto business needs! Thank you again DW3 Auto Tags and Danny! Happy to have you in the community!
Excellent service and super quick! Danny was very kind and made the whole registration process the smoothest and easiest experience I have ever had! Highly recommend to skip the DMV lines.
If you’re looking for auto tag services, title transfers, registration, renewals, or anything in between, look no further. DW3 is the place to go!
Being new residents of Pennsylvania we had no idea how the auto registration process here worked. But from the moment I called DW3, their staff was incredibly helpful, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent customer service.
From walking in to walking out with our new PA plates, we were really impressed by the overall experience. They even recommended an auto shop for our inspection.
Fast, friendly, and competent-everything I needed in a process that seemed overly complicated before coming in to DW3. I was doing an out-of-state transfer, and they explained every step clearly. Pricing was very transparent, and I was in and out with my plates really quickly. Thanks!
Had my plate stolen and first reported to police. Danny made my visit nearly painless and put me at ease with his communication skills, transparency, and general kindness when handling the situation. Had no issues getting a replacement plate and I wish him the success he deserves
I registered my car here. Daniel was very helpful and did the job swiftly.
His fee for out of state car title change and registration was slightly better than other nearby agencies.
Danny’s service was exceptional—truly some of the best I’ve encountered since moving to Pennsylvania. The entire process of transferring my tags and title was incredibly quick, taking less than a week. Danny’s positive and upbeat attitude really stood out, and I believe he deserves recognition for his generosity and kindness. I’ll definitely continue to use their services. Thank you DW3 Auto Tags for everything!
I was in and out of DW3 Auto Tags with my registration handled and plates issued quickly. The office was clean and everything felt organized.
I went to another place first that didn’t have clear pricing and didn’t have much patience for my name-change paperwork (which is… kind of the whole job). That wasn’t an issue here, so it was an easy decision to use DW3.
The staff knew exactly what needed to be done and handled it efficiently. No back and forth. I was honestly surprised at the efficency — I’ve never dealt with a registration in an easier way.
Pricing was straightforward, the process moved fast, and nothing felt confusing. Easily the fastest tag and title experince I’ve had. I honestly wish I had another reason to come back — customer service like this isn’t that common anymore.
Would recommend DW3 to anyone who just wants things done quickly and correctly.
I called DW3 Auto Tags completely toasted and emotionally defeated by the **out-of-state transfer (Texas to Pennsylvania) car registration system**. I was confused, overwhelmed, and running on fumes. Danny somehow made it feel like I was nearing the finish line instead of wandering in paperwork purgatory.
His levity was perfectly matched with real knowledge and professionalism. He explained everything clearly, repeated himself without judgment, and never once sounded annoyed — even with my million questions.
Communication was fast and flexible (text, email, or call — whatever I needed). He even reminded me to follow up with my out-of-state loan company because my brain was done. DW3 was lightning fast — I had my plates days before my loan company even confirmed the title request **by mail**.
I walked out with new plates and ordered vanity plates for the first time in my life because the process was so easy. My fiancé will be using DW3 next. Highly recommend if bureaucracy has brought you to the brink. Thanks, Danny & team!
GREAT SERVICES PROVIDED; the best in the business and they JUST OPENED and is already considered TOP TIER in my book.
They is great, up front and professional, check them out for your tags and registration I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! - LOVE ALWAYS ??
The process was super smooth, I was able to ask questions before I arrived. They were answered thoroughly and I was able to be prepared. Very welcoming awesome customer service. I was able to transfer a title and registration all on my lunch break !!
After I got my Pennsylvania license, I stopped by DW3 Auto Tags since it was conveniently on my way home. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Danny was amazing. He walked me through everything step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the whole process. He was professional and friendly. Highly recommend DW3 Auto Tags!
I moved back to PA from Rochester ny for almost 13 years. At front table, a woman named Donna who stayed with me through the whole thing. She even called the bank to make sure she got the right one before she transferred everything to here. I am deaf by the way. She made my day much easier but she was doing all the work for me. For good 40-45 mins.
Her attitude was a top notch!!! Thank you Donna ❤️
Quick, efficient, and honest; DW3 helped make my experience transferring a title and new tags a breeze and I would recommend them to anyone needing their services. Their attitude and experience is worth driving an extra 30 minutes, and I thoroughly believe there are few stores in Philly that can match their professionalism and honesty. 10/10
Came here after going to another tag location and they were confused at my paperwork. I showed it to Danny and he immediately was confident to get my vehicle registered for me. He even helped by putting my plate on for me. 10/10 customer service will be recommending this place to everyone. Great location right on the bus line
I’m from New York and recently moved to Philly. I look up on line auto tag spots and DW3 Auto tags popped up. I’m glad it was them because I heard some stories about some these Auto tag places. However soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with professionalism and smiles. I think because it a family own business that why you get the welcome in feeling. My process was smooth and good price. I would have paid almost 100 dollars more if I would have went to the other Auto tag spots. And they stay open until 6 most of them was closing at 5 that was in the city. if you need car registration and plates I definitely recommend this location.
Called in search of same day title replacement for my car and received top level service. Although they could not accommodate same day title service, they assisted in finding an additional service with providing price comparison. Eventually decided to use their service and extremely pleased. Will be my go to for all needs!
The staff at DW3 were incredibly friendly and efficient fulfilling my request for a title transfer and a new license plate. Their rates were lower than several other places I checked out in Germantown. I ordinarily hate dealing with vehicle paperwork, but the staff here made this experience as pleasant as possible! I highly recommend their services!!
In getting a duplicate car title, Danny was super friendly, convenient and efficient.
Many other services we'll need over time.
What a great addition to Germantown! Thanks!
I needed new tags for my car and decided to try out DW3 Auto Tags, I’m glad I did! The staff were kind and knowledgeable. The inside was clean and I was able to get everything I needed quickly. I will be back for future needs!
