Jason and his staff are excellent. they explain all work that is needed. it is a very pliant environment. we trust all our cars to their expert abilities. we have been customers for many years.
Man I tell you, the guys over at Firestone #10499. I came in no appointment. I asked them for oil change, tire check and brake check. From the jump they let me know it would be a couple hours specially since I am with a fleet and they have to approve it. I said okay and I went to the movies and came back and it wasn’t done but they was busy at work. They even went to back for me with the fleet company and let them know we can’t just put any old tires and oil in here. This guy ( referring me) drives this car heavily. When I heard I was amazed. I am a customer service guy and I love good customer service. I will be back and when I start my rental company I will be back to this location for all my cars.
John was friendly and kept me informed about the progress. He did not perform unnecessary replacements and the charge was better than I expected. The only "complaint" I have is that it took so long when it seemed so easy and straightforward, but what do I know? I sat in a comfortable area and was undisturbed.
Store Manager Jason and Service Manager John are incredible! I’ve been taking my car to this Firestone for over 4 years and every time I have my car serviced I’ve been treated with the highest customer service making you feel welcomed and valued. Jason always explains options for repairs with the priority need for the car in a way that I can understand with the price that I can work with. Their work reflects honesty and integrity as my repairs have kept my older car running for years. I would not go to any other business for my repairs. They are the best at what they do!!
Workmanship is exceptional and I also appreciate they look over my car and if there is something that needs attention they will advise me and allow me to make the decision when I get the repair done.
Starting with the customer service, they were fantastic. The team called went over everything. The one team member John was very nice went over things I needed on the phone. Overall this location for me has been the best. I went to a different Firestone location before and they took forever this location got it done quick ! Definitely recommend them !

Always get good service. All staff members are friendly and kind. Very upfront about wait times. The waiting area is neat and tidy, but I prefer to leave vehicle and come back. Never been dissatisfied here.
Any recommended services prints out on the receipt, so I remember what to do in the future in case I’m unable to add the service same day.
I give this firestone location a 5/5 star rating. I came here to get my vehicle inspection updated. The expected wait time was 2 hrs and only took 40 mins. (I was told that newer model cars sometimes are quicker) Front desk representative was polite and respectful. I left personal belongings in my vehicle along with money and nothing was missing. Overall my car was treated with care The service was fast and efficient. I will return again in the future.
I am never disappointed when I take my car to Firestone. The manager Jason is always friendly and listens to my concerns. John who is a mechanic there is very thoughtful. I appreciated how he explained the repair process. The price of the repair was lower than I expected and the car was repaired in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Firestone on Bustleton Avenue.
The staff were professional, clear, and helpful. The routine maintenance I got today was oil change and tire rotation and I was happy it was done quickly and done well. I'll use this location again.

I really like this Firestone store on the 9600 block of Bustleton Ave. You’re greeted by Jason who works the front desk. His demeanor is always pleasant and he’s very professional. He takes his time explaining all you need to know about the work that is being done or that has already been done. He gives you options on how to pay for those who need it. I’m always recommending my friends and family to come here. Give them a try!!!!
We've been getting our vehicles diagnosed and repaired at Firestone Bustleton for many years. The technicians there are friendly and knowledgeable which is somewhat hard to come by these days and the pricing is not outrageous like the dealer can be
They did a great job with the alignment of my model y. I had an alignment done at the Firestone in Abington which had great customer service but gave me an awful alignment. See the picture, the before section was caused by Abington.
The folks here, Jason and John, listened to my concerns and didn’t gaslight me. I really appreciate that they took the time to communicate and fixed the issue quickly.
I came in after replacing several steering and suspension components and needed an alignment. I called ahead and spoke with John, who was friendly and straightforward about the wait. Even though they had a couple cars ahead of me, they got me in and out quickly—done in about an hour! John explained the alignment results clearly and made sure I knew what to look out for. Everyone was polite, professional, and efficient. In a world where good customer service feels rare, this Firestone made me feel genuinely welcome and appreciated. Highly recommend.
Because my tire pressure is low, I need to search for this car repair shop nearby to replace my tires. The price is not cheap. A few hours later, when I went to pick up the car, I found out that they had actually replaced my tire incorrectly! What's even more frustrating is that there is a scratch on the rear door, which I swear I didn't have before handing over the car to them!But they don't admit it and try to argue and excuse their mistakes.They even scratched my wheel hub,Violent treatment towards my tires!Then they promied to replace me with the right tires. The next day, when I thought everything would get a little better, I realized that the tire they had replaced me with before had already been damaged by them，Please see picture one, there is a very obvious crack on the tire. This was originally a good tire, but due to their mistake, it damaged my tire! But they refuse to admit that they broke it, and for the second time, they attribute all the mistakes to me! I even took out my monitoring records to prove that there was no such crack on my tire before it came, and they are still trying to justify themselves.I hope everyone doesn't become the next victim, they won't be the car repair shop you want~
Great service, Jason took care of our car. Got 4 new tires, oil, cabin filter, wheel alignment and state inspection. It was all done in a timely and professional manner great price. They didn't over sell. Thought I might need brakes, but didn't. Appreciate the honesty.
Brought my car here in the winter time and the staff was so cool. They let me see what was going on my car and explained it. It's not a lot of shops. Allow you to go look at your car while it's in the air
My pipes were full of soot. The engine on my 2014 Kia Soul burns oil like nobodies business and clogged them thicker than my aunt gemma’s home style gravy. The boys at Firestone cleaned me out and laid the ol gal with some fresh pipe. She whines and purrs just like my old lady too, ha what a bonus! Hope it doesn’t start nagging me now… LOL. A+ for service, although the exhaust is zip tied to my rear bumper, who woulda thought! Zip ties are the poor man’s screw!
They didn’t discriminate when I brought my kart here, needed oil and filter change. Got it ready to go for my race in wissahickon, I guess you can call them my pit crew. Thanks guys!

I had a flat that totally destroyed the tire. Firestone replaced the tire at a good price within two hours. They also replaced the hubcap I purchased from Amazon at no charge. The staff is accommodating and friendly. I also have my annual inspection done here.
Just needed a tire mounted and balanced. Called on a Saturday and the got me right in. Great customer service with a smile and pleasantries! I live within a block of this location but even if I didn’t I’d still bring my car here!

I waited for more than 4 hours, and when they finally brought my car out, it couldn't turn left at all, and I almost crashed when I left their service center.
I came back immediately so that they could redo it, but their manager, who had been very friendly before, changed a lot and became incredibly rude!!!
