I am an older woman who knows almost nothing about cars. Dean and Bob are good, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics. I trust them completely. As a woman I feel that is very important. I would highly recommend Comly Automotive. Also a shout out to Frank who is very helpful and kind.
Everytime I have trouble with my car(Iv e had a few )I take it to Dean and Frank .a few times I didn't go to them and I wound up going there to get what last mechanic did and didn't do . They are super nice .they explain everything in detail and absolutely trustworthy and honest . It's not all about the almighty dollar ,it's about the great service they perform . Thank you guys ! Dean and his mechanics best hands down in area. Been going here for many years , come from Levittown to use Comly . Great work , won't rip you off. Won't bend you over like most mechanics do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Update: Came back here a few days after my initial review for an oil change and again it was great! I called and was told I could come in same day. Dean had me in & out within an hour despite being a bit busy and it was much appreciated. Topped off all my fluids & also fixed a screw I had in my tire that I didn’t know about. That would not have been fun to discover later. Thanks so much!!!
Wonderful service!! I called this morning needing to get my splash guard reattached after it got ripped off and was dragging underneath my car. I was told I could come in around 3pm, I showed up and everything was reattached and I was out within 10 minutes! They were so nice, very helpful, and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back if and when anything else happens. Thanks again guys!
To say this hurts my heart is an understatement! My father has been going here for a very long time. He referred me there for my brake pads replacement on a 2017 Benz. I went there to get a quote for it and I was told we do not operate on Mercedes Benz like this due to the newer electronics in these vehicles. This is totally understandable! I went down the road to lubemaster and both front brake pads (which the on board system indicated needed replacement) were done in 4 hours, this was back in June. Now I needed inspection stickers and I had my father take it there. To my surprise I was informed that I needed rear brakes, new sensors and then the stickers. Total price $400! I said absolutely not! I had my father bring my car back and I retrieved it after work. I felt that somthing was off as I was there in June being told WE DONT operate on these specific vehicles but now all the sudden I need brakes, sensors and all of this is not showing on my on board dash display. I’m not a mechanic but there’s no way this could be true. I went back to lubemaster today and I passed the inspection flying colors! My brakes are completely fine and sensors are wonderful! I just don’t understand WHY this place was inclined to charge $400 for inspection. My gut feeling was correct and I waited for the FACTS to write this post. Please hear me out. IF YOUR GETTING WORK DONE HERE PLEASE JUST GET A SECOND OPINION, IT COULD SAVE YOU 100s or thousands! Again this hurts my heart to post a negative statement because this place is a GO-to in our neighborhood and it’s disgusting they are overcharging or just flat out lacking the knowledge of certain cars. Either way it’s unacceptable. ??
This place is always great and fast. They do great work and you never have to worry about your vehicle. These guys stand behind their work. Always nice and easy to do business with.
Comly Auto is the only place I will take my vehicles when they need attention. I travel a lot for work, and my vehicles take a beating from the road conditions alone, but I trust Dean, Frank and Al to get it done right. But, if I don't need something done, they will also let me know that and NOT do the work just to make the money. Comly is all integrity, and I will continue to bring my vehicles here even after we move to NJ in the near future.

The only place to take your car in the Northeast. Started going there after I took my car to a national chain, they said my car needed this this this and this, almost a thousand dollars. My buddy suggested to go see Dean and Frank, so I did. I told Dean what the car needed and and he called me back and said the car only need this and that. The bill was about 300. I was so impressed with their honesty. Dean told me yes I could have told you you need everything and charged you a 150 less, but I want to be honest and tell you exactly what it needs so you will come back next time. And I haven't stopped going there. Great honest service and great guys on top of it

Been going to Comly Auto for 17 years. They has the same mechanic there. Honest and great friendly service. If I go anywhere else I have to go back to Comly so they can fix what wasnt done right.

Guys are a joke. Just paid 1100 for work last week. I take it back bc it needs to be diagnosed why it runs rough sometimes and they have it all day just to tell me take it somewhere else. U call yourself a pro...Dean is another wrench turner. Not a technician. If you need an oil change or brakes. Here's your guy. I'm not impressed. Period.

They are centrally located and I know they do minor mechanical work there but when my transmission went out my husband visited their business and they were nice enough to recommend another location that dealt with major mechanical issues. That in itself make me believe their very honest with their customers.
Called on a Thursday to make a appointment for Monday. I asked for the van to be done ASAP cause I need it for work. Woman on the phone said it would be done by 12 with a 8am drop-off. Well they didn't look at it until 1130am. So I loose a days pay and a pissed off boss. Then Dean says my engine light is burned out. So when they proceed to replace the bulb they break the gear indicator on the column. When confronted about it, they acted like little kids and said 'WE didn't do that, it was already broken' What really upsets me is this was a referral and I wanted to avoid all the nonsense. Plus I don't have enough room to write all the problems that went on with the place. So if you know something about mechanics and work on your own car, they treat you like a idiot, like you have know idea what your talking about. If you value your car, and want the work done right and treated fairly without a GOD COMPLEX. DON'T TAKE IT TO DEAN At COMLY!!
