I find them to be honest and pricing very fair I have two vehicles that take there for oil changes brakes rotors shocks all basic repairs and have had some body work recently. Been sending friends for brakes a minor repairs for a couple years .The workmanship never a problem. Customer service could use improvement but you save so much money there it is worth the some times rude customer service. Get an estimate from mienike then go there to get work done you will save significant money with Elmwood
Same day major repairs and extremely reasonable price! Works good as new and was recommended for work that still needed to be done and was giving recommendations on wheelre the parts are cheapest . Very professional

When I say I have never been disrespected As much as I was today. I am a pregnant woman. Previously I got my car fixed here, After getting my car fixed I noticed there were electrical issues with my car. I thought it would get better .. nothing changed and the issues escalated to the point where I was unable to sleep because of my car alarm going off all night. I came back today to let the owner know what was going on. He literally raised his voice at me getting smart and even saying if there was an issue I should’ve came back. he claimed he would not be able to check my car till another FIVE days. Due to personal reasons/work schedule I was not able to come back right away . Again as a man why are you yelling at a female? Let alone a loyal customer that’s been coming to you for years. I was Nothing but respectful, My good morning/greeting was ignored. When I say I will NEVER get service from here again. The actual owner is very nasty and disrespectful to people. But I will add the brother is a cool guy. Overall, do not spend your money here. They are in our communities to further their own agenda/pocket. They don’t care when they mess up your vehicles. I should’ve known not to come back when he tried to charge me $60 for a diagnostic fee. Despicable service/attitude. If you mess up something you SHOULD FIX. DONT COME HERE.
Love my mechanics! I will not allow any other mechanic touch my car other than the dealer. The twin brothers have been my mechanics since 2009. Great pricing. Very professional, polite and efficient with the work they do. Check them out!
Worst service I have ever received the owner payed no me mind. It’s first come first serve and he told me to wait to the side while taking other clients right in front of me. When I told him the things that need to be looked at he responded to each thing with “what do you want me to do” or “I don’t know what that is”, you don’t know what an automatic transmission is? Aren’t you a mechanic?? If I cloud rate it 0 stars I would. Definitely do not recommend, there are plenty mechanics around the city with more professionalism

My brother told me to come to this location because I needed a GREAT Mechanic that was available at anytime and I always need vehicles inspected at the last moment. They are the BEST, as long as they are here my family will be there to support. I was there yesterday, my mother needed a vehicle inspected. My car is next. Great workers that do great work. Bring your parts for your repair, it makes everything go faster.
Repair person had an attitude, didn't give many details, acted as if I was bothering him. This place was recommended by a family member and I wish I had a better experience ?
They fix ur car right the first time. When U leave U don't have a new problem, u know what I mean? They will inspect ur car's issues & give u any info u need. Been going there for over 20 years! My trust don't come easy bc my pockets aren't deep & I like feeling safe.
The body repair shop was reasonable at first. Then on frequent visits I noticed total rude behavior and lack of respect. Their charges went out of roof and poor service attention resulted in my Mazda 2011 CX 9 engine to knock. They destroyed that car for me.
I've been using this service station for a year now and have been very happy with the work preformed on now 2 of my vehocles. Technician is always polite and helpful and makes recommendations without being pushy about the work. Safety is key with him. I appreciate that.
This place is fantastic! They're very efficient and proficient! They're prices are reasonable and you don't have to take your vehicle back for the same thing! The Owner Tom is always professional and nice!

Absolutely horrible customer service, I told them what was wrong with my car and they wouldn’t even take a chance and look at it. They just turned me away. If you need real work done I don’t recommend them they’re a lazy shop . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP IT’S A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME !!

This used to be MY preferred mechanic. I recommended several ppl here because of the service. But, recently after waiting over an hour for them to be opened (which they open later in the summer), and being the 2nd customer in line, I received the worst treatment. They MUST improve their customer service. When you send a customer to the store to get parts that you don't have, that customer should NOT lose their spot. After returning, they took EVERY customer before me. I left, never to return!
This is hands down the best Autoshop I've ever went to. It's hard to find a honest shop to have your vehicles worked on. I have been a customer for almost 15 years. Even before they moved to the current location. My Mom, Dad, brother, sister, and a few friends go here.
This auto repair shop is seriously lacking customer service. The owner speaks to the customers in a very rude and condescending manner. I prefer to pay more money and have better customer service experience than to pay cheap prices for lack lustering work and terrible customer service. I took my vehicle to this shop so they could diagnose a rattling sound coming from the rear of my vehicle. After purchasing the parts I was told I needed and having them installed the rattling noise did not change or go away. I was then told to bring my car back 2 days later so it could be re-examined at which point I was greeted with very poor customer service and told that if I was going to be a problem I could take my car somewhere else. Without any hesitation or argument I ask for my keys back and I took my car somewhere else.
INSPECTIONS- I have been coming to get my car inspected here for YEARS (about 12). Best place to get your stickers. Gentlemen are busy but efficient. Provides good customer service. I live close to Cheltenham PA and drive here yearly so that should speak volumes of their ethics. Peace of mind and comfort will keep anyone coming! See you guys soon!
I took my car to this shop they did a superb job and the price was right up my alley they are honest and won't tell you that something needs to be done when in doesn't. I need a radiator and I will be going back
