This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Volky Auto Dismantlers in Philadelphia, PA scores 97/100: sentiment is strongly positive. Reviewers highlight professional, knowledgeable staff (often Tito), fair-to-best pricing, and a deep VW/Audi inventory (engines, transmissions, and hard-to-find pieces). Parts are pulled carefully, well packed, and ship fast, often same or next day; pickups and paperwork are smooth. Customer service stands out with honored warranties, helpful guidance, and occasional install help. A rare complaint cites a missed appointment and slow communication. Overall, service and speed lead the pack.
What clients say about Volky Auto Dismantlers in Philadelphia (PA)
Company lacks communication skills. They informed me they will meet me at my location at 2pm. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I had to reach out and then they tell me no one will be in my area until tomorrow. Very unprofessional establishment.
Called inquiring about their services after 10:30. Tito (pick up tech) was at location of the car at about 11:40. Handled the business of title and cash. Walking away at about 11:50.
Tito was customer friendly. People oriented. Patient. Called when he was at the location. The experience was hassle free. Recommend their service most definitely and would definitely use them again if need be.
I will buy all my products from Volky auto dismantlers they have good quality and fast shipping. They meet all deadline and promises are kept!! If you are in need of part for your VW rest asure the my will find it!
Tito Rocks. I call an asked him do you have any used Vw 1.8t motors In stock he said yes I have 6 to choose from. I also need a used part for my Vw Jetta and he had it stock. His prices can’t be beat.
Bought a 6sp trans for my 03 GTi 20th anniversary. Flawless !!!! I must say the service was quick and easy. No bs. Definitely going to them again for other parts thanks guys.
Tito and the Volky crew are hands down , 100% the BEST in the game/industry. Their prices are best in the country, coast to coast. It is apparent they truly care about their customers as their parts always arrive wrapped , protected, and secured very nicely, you can tell they take the extra steps. I have bought many parts over the years for my mkiv 2003 VW jetta 1.8t that I have kept going w many replacment parts I've sourced from Tito. Most recently, I was involved in small accident, insurance totaled it, but i knew it was mainly cosmetic. First thing I did was hit up Tito ....and he hooked me up with a hood, fender, rad support, fender mount bracket all in pristine condition, and threw in bumper mount guides on the house. Bought the car back, did the work myself, and pocketed a nice chunk of change....all thanks to Volky! The entire enterprise is just a real class act, great to work with, excellent customer service, and prices that simply can't be beat. Do yourself a favor, make sure you hit up Tito for any recycled VW parts you need, you will not be disappointed!!
Tito and the crew are some of the best people in the game. Quality parts, Good people and great prices. Even as a VW employee if we can not take care of a customer on a specific budget we will get parts from VKY
These guys are so awesome to work with. I did a 1.8T turbo swap on a 1984 mk1 rabbit they provided me with all the parts I needed for the swap. Months after ordering I finally finished my build only to find out the alternator I purchased was toast. I contacted Jesus and they sent me a new alternator the following day. Thank you so much to everyone at Volky you guys are awesome!
I work for an auto parts place and when i needed parts for my 2003 vw jetta sw, I would always go to Volky auto dismantlers because his prices and parts were and are A1, and he would even install the part for a very nominal fee, if he had the time. I even send customers to Volky because I know he will treat them well. Sorry I took so long to write a review Tito. Joe
I have gone to Tito for most of my VW parts. I basically rebuilt my car on a budget and he was there when I needed him most. One of the original dismantlers in the area with a strong reputation. He is honest and doesn't sell junk. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for used affordable aftermarket and OEM parts.
Just made my second visit to Tito, this time for a motor. He makes everything simple and quick and he's extremely friendly. Will definitely continue to do business with him in the future.
Hands down the best place to buy oem parts at great prices. Tito is always willing to help and is very knowledgeable with Volkswagens. Recommend everyone to Volky first when looking for parts.
Great customer service! fast shipping! stands behind his warrantee! Been dealing with this company over five years with many transactions both in person and over the Internet! Tito is a solid guy with quality parts and outstanding prices!!

So I’ve been into vws pretty heavily for I’d say about 6 years now and that’s when I met Tito at volky auto dismantlers. I’ve bought many parts from him over the years and every single time I am not disappointed. Very friendly, great pricing and also always has the hard to find parts I need. Prompt service as well. Has warranties on engines and always stands behind his products. Whenever my buds or I need a part we call volky!
Always a great experience when dealing with Volky, great parts and always fair pricing. Parts are pulled by people who care when dismantling the cars, never broken parts because someone was in too much of a rush to get it apart. Can not recommend them more.
My mk4 GLI seats arrived today and i am impressed! These are in great condition, packaged securely, and properly. My first experience with Volky Auto Dismantleers has been amazing from the first phone call, updates, and delivery. Great service and I will definitely be contacting you for more great parts. Keep up the great work!
Volky Auto always comes to the rescue when I am in need of parts FAST! They got the best prices and super fast shipping. This is my go to place for used VW and Audi parts.
Nothing but good experiences doing business with Volky. Always there to help, and unbeatable prices on Volkswagen and Audi parts. Purchased engines and transmissions with no issues at all. If your looking for parts for your Volkswagen in the philly/jersey area look no further!
Once again, Volky Auto came in clutch! Brake calipers shipped out immediately and arrived on my door step the next day! You guys will always have my business!
This place is great! They truly care about the buyer/car community and treat everyone with the utmost respect unlike other VW Audi specifics yards out there.. You wont be let down buying from here.
VolkyAutoDismantlers in N.E.Philadelphia are a top-notch supporter of VW enthusiasts and offer great alternatives for VW owners with excellent condition used parts. Owner TitoTorres is very fair and knowledgeable re:particularly Mk4 chassis cars.
These guys know their stuff when it comes to anything VW. If they don’t have it, they will even guide you in the right direction to get you what you’re looking for. Knowledgeable staff and quality parts (pick up or get it shipped to your door), they even sell cars! Tito is that guy. Definitely check them out first before you even think about going somewhere else.
Best shop you will ever find for your vws any issue they got a solution, best mechanics and they are very professional, great prices, guaranteed satisfaction every time you go. Fixed my salvaged mk4 and they had all the parts I needed!
Wow, What a great find. Best place to find used VW parts. Tito has all the used Volkswagen motors you need. I brought a my used Volkswagen transmission from him 7 months and its perfect. I just came to see if he had a used VW R32 part that i needed and like clockwork he did.
I want to personally thank Jesus over at Volky auto dismantlers for painlessly helping me get my totaled R32 back on the road again. Anytime one of their provided parts did not work or fit correctly they swapped it out with another part no questions asked. Highly recommended for anyone in need of Volkswagen parts.
