Fast, easy drop off for a big cabinet TV. Staff was friendly and helpful and best of all for a center city no place to park person, I could park directly in front of the business and walk right in!!!

I had a TV, numerous cell phones, cable wires, old tape and CD players, etc. The staff helped me carry my items to the building, they were friendly and courteous, I will gladyl recycle with them again.

I needed to dispose of 2 old laptop computers. The process was quick and easy due to the friendly staff both by phone and in person. I was also able to dispose of used batteries at the same time, what a bonus! Thanks so much. Hard drives shredded and peace of mind.

I lived in California where battery disposal facilities were plentiful. Since moving to Philadelphia I have had little luck in finding a place that will take used batteries (AAA, D, C, etc) despite the fact that throwing them in the trash is harmful to the environment. When I found Elemental Inc, on line and saw that they take batteries, I was delighted. Upon arriving, the door was closed, so I called their number. I was first asked if I could come the next day, however, when I stated I was outside their front door, I was told that someone would be there shortly. I did not get the gentleman's name on the phone, or the one who took my batteries, however, they were both very nice. I would give them a 6 star rating instead of 5, if I could!

Sam is a great person, I recommend this place 100%, give him a bonus!!

I've been recycling my companies old equipment at Elemental for almost 15 years. They've always been professional, easy to work with and able to take almost anything vaguely electronic. They are an incredible resourse for the city of Philadelphia!
