My experience with Philly Auto didn’t start off great, and I was unsure at first. However, by the end, they really went above and beyond. Chris was my salesman and worked hard to get me a good deal. When I came back the next day to pick up the car, they even applied additional discounts, which wasn’t expected and I truly appreciated. In the end, I left satisfied and grateful. I’d recommend giving them a chance.

They just want to get you in the newest cars with the highest miles that no other dealership would be able to sell. If you try to change the vehicle then they talk fast and get real rude. Try somewhere else. You’re welcome.

But Luis was amazing. Please come in there with more than 500 come with 1000 and then remember you need FULL COVERAGE insurance TO LEAVE! They help you with that. My credit history bc of student loans and a pass repo when I was 19 had me scared but I tried them out and they did magic tricks up there especially the guy in the back office. I also went in with a trade in. A old 2010 Mazda. They made stuff happen. I appreciate Philly auto and if anything happens to my car I’m going back and they gone fix it. So basically I put 500 down and then it was an extra 500 for taxes , fees , and Warranty stuff. I paid 1300 altogether that’s including full coverage insurance from Geico. I recommend them! I went from a 2010 Mazda to a 2020.

Staff was very friendly. I was looking at the blue charger scat pack they had there. After waiting 20mins to see someone. I explained that I had cash. The sales rep insisted on running my credit. After I told him I didn’t want my credit ran he let me walk out the door. I went to another dealership and spent 40k after I left. Nice ppl but they only do deals with their own financing for additional profit.

I recently purchased my vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process! From start to finish, everything was smooth and straightforward. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy they really took the time to answer all my questions and help me find the right car for my needs.

Chris was very nice and professional, and the whole Philly Auto team made me feel comfortable and respected. They were so kind that I trusted everything would line up perfectly, but my financed amount ended up higher than expected even after choosing a cheaper car. I still think they’re good people and would buy here again — just double-check your final paperwork and pricing. I was Chris’s first customer.

The salesman wasn’t very nice to me. I told him I was pre-approved for an auto loan, but couldn’t make a purchase today. I wanted to do research and be upfront about that, but he told me he couldn’t do anything without my financing and that I should just look around and ask him if I had questions. I haven’t done this many times before, I did want to be informed, but he made me feel like I didn’t matter until I was going to make a purchases. I left nd I won’t go back.

They definitely false advertise which I’m gonna report them to the FTC for. Their radio advertisement advertises a gentleman with a 490 credit score who claims he walked out with a new car and only $500 down which is a lie. They got something going on with the banks they use. They also tell you that there’s an issue with their website to check ur credit which is another lie. Go to someone reputable this place ain’t it.

They took me from hopeless with pennies to my name, (during one of the arguably roughest periods of my life) and gave me not only a car but a fresh one at that. They gave me my freedom and future back. This place will work for you and with you. Super friendly. Down to earth and real. No filler just honest answers for all your questions and help. Easy experience. In and out. My only issue was the initial service after you buy the car.

From my understanding they buy the cars but don’t do any reconditioning until the car is sold. This service appointment is an all day thing. Get the car at 9am return it at 6pm.

I wish they would do that before selling the car. People don’t want to see service the first 90 days of owning a new car.

I bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Philly Auto in February and it was a seamless process. Darryl worked miracles for me, I'm so thankful to have reliable transportation for my kids and me now. I was getting out of a bad situation and have never owned a car of my own. Drove off the lot same day, and went back shortly after for a full service appointment (included in purchase price) so everything was perfect. Will definitely be back to Philly Auto in the future and refer friends/fam! Beyond happy with my experience, my Jeep is life changing.

I went up to Philly Auto under the recommendation of my sister and found a 2020 Toyota RAV4 all wheel drive for a very reasonable price. I was so nervous walking in about getting approved for a car and every person in there, even the owner, made it their mission to make sure I left with a better car than I even I asked for! 5 hours later (1 hour after close even) and I was driving off with a car I thought would be impossible to get! My experience at Philly Auto was very nice. My Rep Jamere was very nice and polite and helped me in every way. He explained everything to me so that I could get the right vehicle that suits me..

So, my husband and I went to the dealer on Saturday. I’ve had multiple communications with the store. Was told I was approved, my credit isn’t bad ( I also, sold cars for 5 years), my husband has been with GM for 17 years. Everybody know buying cars out of state is always the best bang for your buck, all of our cars have been purchased out of state. The young lady who greeted us upon arrival was very sweet and welcoming. However, Tim the finance manager was let’s say “having a bad day”. He was very dismissive, answering the phone during our conversation, then told me that he recorded all phone calls and nobody at his company would tell me I was approved for what I was looking at with my down payment and if they did I’ll fire them on the spot. I was like wow that’s excessive don’t you think? But, I gave him the option to pull up the phone call which never happened. But, long story short the goal is always to get more money down. Which will typically happen when you’re dealing with an individual who’s in need of transportation. However, I was not in need I own plenty of cars and trucks this was a graduation gift to myself. So, if your looking for a great experience Highline Automotive just a block up on your left hand side is your place to go. I was able to purchase a beautiful Benz with 43,000 miles excellent condition, same price as the BMW I was told I couldn’t get financed for with out 8,000 down by Tim. I put down 500.00 and was out the door even thought I could have put down 3000.00, Jamere and his team were amazing throughout the whole experience.
