Here now at the shop n just watched him go back and forth with a customer over their concern of him mishandling their car. Idk who was right or wrong but the girl never raised her voice ( but spoke passionately ) asked questions and tried to end the conversation and he just kept trying to have the last word and it wasn’t professional at all. I wouldn’t want someone talking to me like that. I will update the review on my car services when finished. But wanted to share their customer service skills need some work. I told her to write a review and she said it wasn’t worth it but i think i is . Service is beyond cars it includes personality too. I’m also noticing a lot of reviews reference their interpersonal skills and not so much their work. So perhaps the work is okay but i want more for their personality, and i think that’s important part of the job too.
Price is decent and work is alright but at what cost? I brought my truck to him a few times and one time my charger was gone, another time my windshield wipers stopped working ( were fine when dropped off) and he fixed it , and then my mileage went up 23 miles after i picked it up ( i take pictures of my odometer) one thing is a mistake but i feel there’s always a problem after i pick it up.

Once upon a time, dad even brought a used car that we took all the way to Florida from Salhani Auto! The care and work that goes into each car is high quality. The service and staff is professional and provides direct communication with customers, which I always appreciate. Went for my inspection, it was flawless! I really do appreciate Mustafa for pointing out a critical issue regarding an oil leak on my valve cover and being transparent with explanations and quoting me a price for replacement. When it comes to getting my car inspected Im always in and out 35 to 40 mins. I call ahead of time to see what TIMES they have available or if I need to make an appointment. No waiting in lines. I've been going here for three years now. This is my type of service, cause I have things I gotta do to do. AHKAY!

I've taken my car here quite a few times now and I have to say that Mustafa and his crew always do a great job with my vehicle and the pricing is always fair. They aren't predatory with their repair recommendations either, I know this by asking them to replace a ball joint on my driver side due to the left failing recently but they reassured me that there was plenty of life left on it. Very well could have charged me for a repair that I didn't need. This is my friends go to shop (who has literally rebuilt motorcycles) and I understand why.

When I first arrived , the owner did not acknowledge me at all . I first asked about a tire , while he had his back turned against me . I had an unfortunate experience at this establishment that I feel is important to share, particularly with members of the African American community. After paying for a service, I reached out to the business to express concerns about how I was being treated. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner, Mr. Salhani, chose to deny the service I had already paid for. Based on this experience, I would advise others especially African Americans to use caution when considering this business for your automotive needs. Please do not spend your money here if you are of color .

Have been coming here for many years , they are honestly the only shop in the area I trust with my car , the main thing I love is they never try to sell anything , they give information on things that might need to be replaced in the future but even that’s just a recommendation.. there have been times I went to the dealership and was told certain things needed to be changed but when I come here to get the work down find out only 1/2 of that is true.. It’s to the point I feel like family coming here, the old man is hilarious and the son is flying around the shop getting things done like he has a firecracker in his Butt ?
