My battery died on the way to an important event. Had a friend give me a jump and drove to the nearest place. They tested my battery, which needed to be replaced, and installed a new one in 30 minutes.
Bought a tool to remove a fuel pump. Didn't use/didn't fit. Instead used a flathead screwdriver to bang/unscrew the cap. Had factory oil on the metal to reduce rust as many metal parts come.
Manager lady ripped open the box and smelled it and said it was used. Of course it's going to smell like oil but didn't smell like GAS.
Anyhow now I can't return it at all because she ripped everything open so here is a review for wasting my time. The "manager lady" has no idea how metal parts are sent from factory with a lubrication film on them. Has she ever worked on a vehicle? LoL
I'll be doing a bank dispute. Way to treat a Veteran. I see other reviews are the same way.
If it was used you'd see wear marks where the fitter connected were the metal gas pump screw. Need a more knowledgeable manager. Her attitude was unacceptable.
Awesome experience. Car was having battery issues and worked with an amazing employee named Crystal who could not have made things easier. She got me all set up, changed out the battery, and I was ready to go within maybe 15 minutes. Will be coming back for sure.
Awesome place and people I hv commercial account with them and autozone but hands down I prefer them more great service quality parts and awesome staff very knowledgeable am I'm the owner of play and sons auto in Philly ijs ebony and her staff are the best

Good place to get your car looked at or to get additional information while your car is at Pep Boys next door. The associates took the time to explain how their products work and helped with installation. Nice spot
Crystal was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I now will only take my car here. She tested the battery and the alternator (no charge) and I really felt taken care of
Posted hours are 730 am open time . Door remained locked as of 810 am. Store employees knew there were customers waiting outside . I waited 40 mins then left. F minus
Ordered for pick up and called after not hearing anything back for 2 hours…called 45 min before they were supposed to close at 9pm-no answer. Went to the location and it’s closed. Who manages this location? I needed my parts toNIGHT which was why I ordered pick up 2 hours prior. Called another location and they said others have been saying the same. Someone needs to actually DO something about this and not just report it to a field manager
Today was my 2nd time there. They've been nice & helpful every time! Today, Ashley helped me out. She was great! So considerate & kind! They have great customer service, I highly recommend!
Went to pick my online order from 6200 stenton avenue. Store says it closes at 9:00pm during weekdays.
Never got any email for them just show up to a completely closed store 2hrs before there supposed to be closed & no oil drain plug which I paid for!!
Should've just paid extra & went to autozone,

Worst Advanced Auto Parts!First time coming to this store since they merged with Pep Boys. I purchased an item from here that I did not need. I attempted to return the item new sealed unopened and had receipt. The return window is 45 days to return items. The lady in the store a supposed manager refused to return the item. She attempted to make up some policy and said that there should be signs up around the store which there weren't any stating the return policy. Even though the return window is 45 days and it had been 10 she said it was to long of a period and refused.. First and Last time shopping here. Save your time and go to the one in Glenside or Chelten Ave if your in this area.
What way to start off my morning or day I should say. I get to the store 6200 Stenton Avenue Phila Pa. A lil after 7:30am to pick up a battery I ordered online. Strange the door was locked.Someone came to the door And said the system is down it should be 5min. Well that turned into 1/2 hour to an hour.I paid for a Lyft to get to the store and had to wait outside of the store for over a hour.What a real inconvenience and bad start to my day. I need to be accommodated some type of way for this. Now I’m pissed my day is messed up still not open at 10:46am. Waste of time and half my day. My damn battery should be half off or free at this point. First time here bad experience for sure.
