They had one air filter for my 2014 Impala LTZ. Three other stores were out.

I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts. It was my first time at this place and Nicolai was great. He was not only friendly but highly knowledgeable and had admirable customer skills.

Service was 10 plus, the new and young employee conversed with other workers to get the best wipers for my Benz and put it on without additional cost.

The staff at this location went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find a small clamp that I needed. Even though it was an insignificant part the staff went out of their way to help me locate it and send me to another advanced Auto parts that did have it in stock

Always tidy..didn't have the exhaust pipe clamp size I needed

Ishmael took care of me. I brought to his attention the issues I was having with my 2014 Jeep Compass. He tested battery and my starter. Car went dead. We changed out the battery, vehicle immediately came to life. He needs a raise! Went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with his quality of work. 5 🌟 Tyvm for your hospitality!

I was able to purchase auto parts needed..and obtain down load application tech assistance..by Frank and Ms. Leah extended by providing me with perks benefits and how to acquire...both speak spanish and had a willing positive profession disposition😀😀😀

Thought I had a dead battery. They checked it. Battery was fine. No charge. Just a smile and a handshake. Wonderful

This is the most horrible experience I've had at Advance Auto. I ordered Rooters 4 days before pick up. I drove from the wyncote are to the blvd. The customer service was horrible. They don't do this, they don't do that and then gave me a paper bag for the rooters. I went back for the back tail light bulb hoping to get better customer service. Not a chance! Do better Advance Auto, do better.

Shopping there was not bad at all, employees were helpful. The only thing is that they don't let me use all my credit perks point. Which is frustrating, having all this perks credit but you can only use one.

Great location manager was on top of everything I called the regional manager and left a compliment

I actually ordered the wrong part needed driver side but ordered passenger side part. Explained to the counter person that the car was basically sitting on ramps for the last 3 days since i originally had the part shipped to me. He made some phone calls and got me the part the same day....A+

Yes I went into the store to get some denso spark plugs finding out the counterman said the MGK is better for Honda's okay I still got the Denzel's because I didn't want to flip and flop when I get my next tune up I will put in GK thank you to the counter person for letting me know that he said NGK is good for Japanese and foreign cars

Advance auto gets the nod from me as they usually go out of their way to make each stop in all locations a pleasant experience this particular store is a little slower and seems under staffed at times but even so I like this store

The prices are good here, but the service is terrible. They have a bad habit of giving you the wrong part for your car. You need to be very careful about making sure they give you the correct part.
