It’s a scam y’all. they will sell you a car for a price then the next day when you go to pick it up, they start talking about that you have to pay more money for the insurance and ect not even lying like 2000 grands more.

BE AWARE AND PREPARED: My Mom bought an SUV for $3300. It was a Saturday so she had to come back on Tuesday to do the paperwork, show proof of insurance, and get the car. When she arrived, her and multiple other people were caught off guard by the INSANE taxes and fees. My Mom taxes & fees were $1900!!! If she didn’t pay they would’ve kept her $3300 AND the car! They then refused to show her documentation of what these “taxes & fees”included! INSANE!! SCAM!! THEY DID NOT WARN HER ABOUT THIS WHEN SHE BOUGHT THE CAR. Another woman bought a Nissan centra and her taxes and fees were $2400!!! This is unheard of! They are truly getting over on people! I don’t know who I need to call and report them to but I WILL find out. People putting through stress, hitting them with insane and unknown taxes and fees AFTER they buy the car.

Hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront.on 01/24/26 I drove from New York to Philadelphia bought a vehicle, and return to pick up the car on 01/27/26 ti pick up the vehicle and transmission failed less than one mile after leaving the auction. I then had to pay for a tow truck back to New York. Very poor experience. Buyer beware.

Quick example on how it goes.. auction price(what ever u win the bid on… then u need insurance and registration to drive away…. Sales tax and a buyer premium fee and auction fee… all together look to spend an average of an xtra thousand on top of ur winning bid & thats if u get a cheap car 1200 & under.. u spend some real money look forward to 2k and up in fees. Enjoy ur auction..u better off buying off the street or apps

Do not even try. This place overcharges everything. First, fee is 30% of the purchase price. 2nd , $169 sales taxes. $399 for a tag. $199 for title transfer. ...It is a big scam in there ...Do not try it

SCAM SCAM!!! Please do not spend your hard earned money. Fees are out of this world for junk cars that most likely won't even be drivable. The customer service was horrible. They only let one person in at a time and are so rude when you try to ask any questions because they know they are scamming you out of your money so they rush you out. The mileage mentioned during the bidding or what is written on the cars is most likely not correct. They said 138,000 miles but it ended up being 196,000 miles...Scam...I would never go back, it's not worth the fees and headache. Worst experience I have had with a buisness hands down!

Customer service is horrible at this location. There are decent vehicles with reasonable prices but the hassle isn't worth it.

Straight up scam artists! Overly inflated fees, rude staff, poor management, inability to convey common information to the public, the online inventory in no way reflects their actual lot and an immense lack of customer service/people savvy is what this place exudes. Trust me, even if you walk away with a properly functioning vehicle, the experience itself will guarantee that you won't return or recommend that anyone else patronize this establishment. Most auction sites at the very least allow you to openly inspect and turn on most of their vehicle, but not this place. You'll pay almost double whatever you won the bid for due to their astronomical fees, no exaggeration. My son won a bid for $2000 and walked away paying about $3470 (8% PA sales tax, $169 auction fee, 15-30% payers premium, $199 title/tags fee and a $299 registration processing fee...all mandatory). Not only that, but under no circumstances will you be able to leave with your car that day, even if you have the money to do so. Be prepared to leave an obligatory $1000 non-refundable deposit upon your departure and they'll even tell you to calculate your own fees, leaving you in confusion in regards to your final balance until you return. The staff is short and highly uncommunicative, so be prepared to potentially miss work Monday and maybe even Tuesday. I'm genuinely surprised that this place is still allowed to be legally operating or even worse that someone hasn't came back and handled things in a not so diplomatic manner out of pure disdain and frustration. I'm not going to wish you good luck if you attend this auction, instead I'd suggest that you not come at all. I guarantee you'll regret it.

I just saw a car there that’s the worst experience in my life whoever wasn’t to buy car there please don’t buy there they are scammers first of all when you get to the door they make you sign a paper and that paper is to scam you. To the best, they say they don’t take credit card everything have to be cash there tax is 100% they are make you pay 100%. All of them are bunch of scammers to scam people out of there I think the law need to be involved and check. If you buy you car 2,000 guess what you going to be paying another 2,000 for you’re car they won’t let you in and they want you to call for a confirmation and the lady say a different story. I want to save people from a lot of headache and scamming and they don’t sell good cars. They want you to pay 2,700 insurance I think this place needs to be locked down.

Kaliad is a good guy-was a pleasure doing business w/ him. Had a problem w/my bank that held up my purchase w/ him, and he was understanding, professional, and patient! Nice suv at a fair price. Will definitely be calling him again when looking for another vehicle. 5 stars - no question!!

I never leave reviews, but I had to for these people. I had a simple question about what fees they had and they insisted that I have to come and they would give me a paper that has the fees on it. She didn’t want to tell me on the phone because she “might make a mistake”. I then asked if she could just read off the paper or email it to me and refused to do so. After going back and forth a few times on this she then hung up on me. Nothing screams scammer like these people. It’s 2025, if you choose to continue to do business like this I guarantee you will be out of business within the next 5-10 years. Scam, scam, scam

What ever BAD decision you ever made before in life don't make a mistake of purchasing a vehicle from them. They sold me pure trash and not to mention I got sick from standing outside for 4 hours when I came to pick up my car.(the run around about my ins) They do not turn on the cars when they say come an hour before the Auction starts, they are ignorant and very underhanded especially the Owner with the ponytail. My check engine light is on, diagnosed bad catalytic converter they also tell lies about the milage on the cars. WATCH OUT FOR THE FEES AND THE 60 DAY INSURANCE THAT THEY REQUEST. They are setting you up to loose your deposit or pay the $100 a day storage fee. STARTING THE PROCESSES FOR A CLASS ACTION AGAINT THEM they can't operate like this all good things come to an end. I hope they get incarcerated ! IF you know anyone that purchased a vehicle from them, let me know I have enough to start the process. Remember if you see a good review most likely one of their Buddies wrote it.

My experience at this auction place was nothing short of a nightmare. We purchased an Audi A4 for $4,000, but the total cost ballooned to $6,000 after additional fees. The car had major timing chain issues, which would cost more to fix than the car's value. From the beginning, the auction staff were deceitful. They claimed the car had 140k miles, but it actually had 160k. When we went to pick up the car, we stood outside in 40-degree weather, only for them to bring the wrong vehicle. It felt like a scam, and we had to call the police to get the correct car. Even after getting the right car, it turned out to be worthless due to the timing chain problem. The owner, a rude man from Iran with a ponytail, was particularly awful. He chased us out like they were hiding something or conducting illegal business. Even the employees seemed to dislike him. He tried to pretend he wasn't in charge, but it turned out he was the owner. His behavior was appalling. The taxes, tags, and title fees were exorbitant, adding to the already horrible experience. I'm now stuck with a car that isn't worth fixing. A mechanic advised me to dump it instead of spending more money on repairs. I don't know how this place is still in business. They are liars and cheats. Avoid this auction place at all costs!

Purchased two vehicles from here - a 2011 rav4 and a 2017 ford fusion both excellent deals, no issues. Best of all … my kids love their cars. Can’t thank this place enough!

Read the reviews- They are bad for a reason!!!! The cars are inexpensive here but most of the employees are rude, especially the owner. Be prepared to pay over 800$ in fees if you purchase a car for 3,000$. The fees are ridiculous and not necessary and confuse everyone. This place is disorganized and ghetto. Most of the cars have serious mechanical problems. I purchased a car recently and the transmission and break lights were on and there is damage under the car. I expect to pay thousands in repairs. I’m not sure my purchase was worth it. The auction does not let you know how many miles are on the cars and will not let you see what maintenance lights are on before purchasing the cars. The auctioneer also tries to confuse you with the bid price. It is all too good to be true. The owner tried to make you pay more the. You bid. It happened to me and a few others at the auction I was at. The process to pick up your car is also disorganized and takes hours and they make you wait outside until it’s your turn. Very unprofessional and shady. Do not recommend! There is a auction in Delaware that is much better! Do yourself a favor and Stay away from this place!

I have Purchased 3 vehicles from this Auction. An 525i, an x3, and an Audi A4. All three vehicles have been an amazing buy. I come from new york so its a 2 hour drive back. I can honestly say the cars preformed wonderfully and gave me no trouble. Staff is amazing. Everyone is extremely nice. Will be back to purchase another vehicle. Very happy i was able to do business with them And will continue to do business with them.

I want to give them zero stars. Paid over $3000 for a car I paid $1900. This is not including tags or insurance or anything. Just the car and the 28% sales tax! Not only do you not get your car the same day, they also lie about everything. I bought a car from them and paid everything and still couldn’t get my car for 3 weeks and when you try to talk to someone about it, the lady on the phone gets an attitude and hangs up on you. When I finally do pick the car up, they say it’s only 120k miles on it when it was actually 197k miles on it. Now I understand when buying used cars, something will be wrong with it but the entire power steering assembly is all messed up! They don’t mention anything about it. Just avoid going to them at all costs! The hidden fees are ridiculous, there’s no refunds, and they are liars.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic hybrid and it is very nice. So far absolutely no issues. Clean. Smells good. Runs great. I had no issues here and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap used car. THANK YOU
