Received a parking ticket while repairing. They said it was their responsibility, so I trusted them. A month later received another with penalty. I took the letter to them one more time. Great group of people here.The person who answered the phone was very helpful helping me figure out what to do with my tire situation and had me bring the car up. I had several questions about types of tire patching. The repairman who fixed my tire patiently answered all questions and gave me great knowledge and did not make me feel like I was in the way. He also evened out the tire pressure in all my tires before I left.

I came to Allen Tire & Service to get 2 Brand New Tires & a wheel alignment. First & foremost, the staff was very friendly and courteous to me and my wife. BEST IN PHILLY If it’s not Allen it ain’t right! This is the ONLY place I go for anything related to my car. The folk here treat you like family, they’re there to work with you and your wallet. Had so many shady mechanics give me the run around while draining my pockets before finding my people here at Allen. They recently just put these sick rims on my car, perfect as always. Don’t waste your time or money and just stick with Allen.

After my family's go-to mechanic got bought out by a chain, we were looking for a comparable family owned business in the neighborhood and that's how we found Allen tire. One of my first experiences was coming in 30 mins before closing and they were kind enough to squeeze me in for a quick tire plug. Since then, I've brought my car in for several oil changes and my inspection. This is now my fam's go-to spot! They're awesome. Shout out to Scott, he's super helpful and informative. My elderly Aunt needed her car serviced and she is currently injured and unable to drive at the moment. Scott from Allen Tire & Service really stepped up to the plate to help them! They came to the house, picked up the car, did all the services required and dropped it back to them. Great service and reasonable prices! Thanks for going out of your way for someone in need! Definitely would recommend 100%.

My entire undercover was not put back leaving my engine exposed to debris and water. My oil pan fell off about 2 hrs later almost causing me to crash on i95. Luckily a tow truck saw me stuck and helped to zip tie it temporarily till I got home. I took it back on Saturday and erick had the nerve to tell me it that everything was put back but clearly it wasn’t. No sense of taking responsibility for their actions. I’m a medical Courior responsible for taking specimens to a the lab from 8 to 11 pm and didn’t make to work causing me to almost lose my job! Erick blamed it on Valvoline where I got my oil change done but the oil pan or undercover didn’t fall after I left Valvoline, it FELL after Allen tires gave me my car back. The bolts that held the oil pan were completely broken, undercover completely gone. DONT TELL THE YOU GOT WORK DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE, they take that very personally! Erick didn’t want to tell me who did the work but my dash cam has Marlin the black guy getting in and out my car. They even deleted some of the videos off my dash cam but left one with marlin getting in and out. I’m definitely calling my lawyer about this situation! I am so disappointed that I put full trust in this company and spent hundreds of dollars here buying tires and brakes. True loyal customer! But they lost me AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. The amount of stress they cause me is unbelievable.I LEFT PHOTO DOWN BELOW IN THE PHOTOS SECTION ON THEIR WEBSITE 😿 PLEASE PEOPLE THIS IS SERIOUS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE GO ELSE WHERE, I BEG YOU. look them up on the Better Business Bureau. They are not accredited company! Good price doesn’t mean good work. They had my car for several days and when I got the car back, that whole plate fell off under their care and was not accountable for what they have done. Do not believe the reply that Erick has posted. There is a GOD up there and best believe no evil goes unnoticed. Everybody will pay for the evil they have done to others. I’m calling a lawyer!!!!

I came here to get my brake lines and calipers replaced. The dealership I took my car to quoted me a ridiculous amount. When I came here and talked to a man named Scott, I was quoted at nearly half that price. On top of that, they got the job done in even less time that was expected. I will definitely be doing more business here in the future.

I was looking for tires and an alignment for my car. Dealer prices were crazy! Drove pass here and inquired. Put my deposit down they ordered them and boy oh boy I am riding on a cloud with a warrenty as well!! Got tires and alignment at a reasonable price! Prices are up there a bit, but like they say you get what you pay for! Did an awesome job on my car, repaired axels on both sides, (as well as the brakes & rotors prior) I took the car in at 8am and they were done by noon. Car drives smoothly and sounds great. Allen’s is my new go to!

So my son sent me here because I was going to get scammed out of tires. Eric and his crew took great care of me. They gave me pricing, and took my car back, within an hour I had four shiny new tires- and just in time for the snowstorm we got. I will definitely return. Thanks guys!

Some of the best service I've ever had in Philly. I had new tires put on my 15 Civic a few months ago as well as an alignment and most recently an oil change and inspection. These are some of the nicest and most honest people you will deal with in Philly. They took great care of my car, I got it back the way I left it with my settings and it drove like a new car with my new tires and alignment. Dan and Eric are always awesome, I'm like family here and the prices are right. Here's from South Philly, these guys are worth the ride.
