This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Philadelphia, PA, PHILADELPHIA TRUCK PARTS scores 81/100: overall upbeat sentiment with standout low pricing and broad in-stock inventory (OEM/aftermarket), helpful pros who match by VIN, quick special orders, and 7-day hours with easy I‑95 access and parking. Customers praise friendly, knowledgeable service, but note recurring phone and wait-time frustrations (long holds, limited counter staff) and a few reports of defective aftermarket parts and slow refunds. Ease of finding parts is strong; yard organization isn’t clearly described.

Best equipped store on the east coast, they have every part you need truck or trailer.
I just purchased brakes drums and shoes they had everything in stock just came picked up, they made sure they are right fit, all they need is your VIN
Prices are by far the best, easy access from 95 and big parking, truckers are welcome
Who's ever answering the phone for business is really really rude they don't say to hold they just place you on hold and have you sitting there for over 10 minutes or more and it's just frustrating it really is they need to get their act together see the issue is not the busy part of it it's the attitude like they say more bees with honey doesn't matter how busy you are it doesn't cost anything to be polite to people you people are extremely rude to certain kinds of people with certain tones or whatever or whatever the case may be and you got a long commentary to respond but I'll tell you something I'll never do business with you again I am one customer that you can forget about and also that long commentary doesn't even matter you can't fool me I know it's going on with you
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Sergio. Their professionalism, excellent support, and fair negotiations made for a truly positive experience. It has been a pleasure working with Phila Truck Prats, and we are extremely satisfied with the high-quality service we received.
Good prices, got the wrong part but it was their supplier's mistake, they were able to fix the issue within 24 hours. Good customer service. Sometimes there is a long wait when calling but that's because they are busy.
The service is great. Walt is always on the spot with the right parts and reasonable pricing. The level of in stock parts for almost all the makes and models is great. If not in stock can still get them quicker then the dealers. Well always recommend them.
They sell defective aftermarket parts.and Wasting your time. You will pay double for instal defective part to your truck.and for take it of from your truck. Do not go there if you value your time.

Must say that all the representatives are knowledgeable and ready to help. Most parts I get are thru vin number also if you bring your part they will match it, and find it.
They got deer guards, vents for trailers, spare tire holder, filters, oil, coolants, repair kits for trailer duracell heavy duty battery and any kind of accessories you imagine they have it.

Great customer service! Only the great people working here! If they promise you to get the part the next day they stand by their words! Will be using you guys again! Highly recommend these guys for any part year make and model!
I highly recommend this business; The service quality is truly exceptional. This is my go-to place for heavy duty truck parts. The knowledge of the parts associates makes ordering so easy. Philadelphia Truck parts is a credit to their profession.
Andre is really great! We come here at least once a week for parts and he really goes above and beyond. Everyone that works here is awesome. If they don’t have the part on hand they will find a way to get it for you.
It's very difficult to get help when you enter into the store....I walk in, and there were 5 reps. Sitting behind the counter and not 1 asked if I needed help nor did they say hello...so I turned right around and walked out...firm believer that ...first impressions are clues....find another location for parts.
The people at this store are 100% professional in appearance and knowledge. They’re so helpful. If they don’t have it at the moment rest assured they’ll have it ASAP
can’t thank them enough for a locking gas cap they had to order. Had it the very next day. That’s SERVICE
