Who's ever answering the phone for business is really really rude they don't say to hold they just place you on hold and have you sitting there for over 10 minutes or more and it's just frustrating it really is they need to get their act together see the issue is not the busy part of it it's the attitude like they say more bees with honey doesn't matter how busy you are it doesn't cost anything to be polite to people you people are extremely rude to certain kinds of people with certain tones or whatever or whatever the case may be and you got a long commentary to respond but I'll tell you something I'll never do business with you again I am one customer that you can forget about and also that long commentary doesn't even matter you can't fool me I know it's going on with you

Good prices, got the wrong part but it was their supplier's mistake, they were able to fix the issue within 24 hours. Good customer service. Sometimes there is a long wait when calling but that's because they are busy.
The service is great. Walt is always on the spot with the right parts and reasonable pricing. The level of in stock parts for almost all the makes and models is great. If not in stock can still get them quicker then the dealers. Well always recommend them.
They sell defective aftermarket parts.and Wasting your time. You will pay double for instal defective part to your truck.and for take it of from your truck. Do not go there if you value your time.

Must say that all the representatives are knowledgeable and ready to help. Most parts I get are thru vin number also if you bring your part they will match it, and find it.
They got deer guards, vents for trailers, spare tire holder, filters, oil, coolants, repair kits for trailer duracell heavy duty battery and any kind of accessories you imagine they have it.

It's very difficult to get help when you enter into the store....I walk in, and there were 5 reps. Sitting behind the counter and not 1 asked if I needed help nor did they say hello...so I turned right around and walked out...firm believer that ...first impressions are clues....find another location for parts.

Volvo dealer Bergey's wanted $1996 for DEF pump for my Volvo truck, this store had same one,BOSCH Made In Germany for $1250 !!! That is almost $750 difference!!! I will definitely come back ,you are my new best friends
