I would like to make a comment on an excellent employee you have at Auto Zone located at 20th and Oregon Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa. His name is Dara Soun. He waited on me last Friday, October 24, 2025. And everything he suggested for my car was exactly correct. He is a very knowledgeable employee. He was also a very nice and kind man. Besides myself. I noticed he was also very helpful to other customers. Again, Dara was a great help to me and a great asset to your company.

Omg i was there with my neighbor (a black guy) The one white guy with the squeaky voice is so racist and annoying, he was throwing things and cussing because we obviously came in a little to late for him even though the store was still open, soon as we walked in he rolled his eyes, he was trying to make his bus so we took our business elsewhere hands down the worse experience ever
I called ahead to check to see if they had my car’s headlight bulb in stock and the person over the phone was very helpful, (I did not get their name tho). I came in and was changing it out in the parking lot and it was very difficult to remove the old bulb so the other employee, Aaron, came out to give me a hand and he was also very helpful. Took a little elbow grease, but we got out the it and the new one in! Thanks for everyone’s help!
Had an issue with my battery light coming on, so I headed here because it was the closest one to me. A gentleman by the name Jakhi took care of me and was awesome with helping me identify the problem so it can be resolved 🙏🏾
I was having issues with my battery and came the auto zone on 21st and Oregon Ave and were greeted with excellent service from Dara he helped me find the proper battery even went as far as to help install the battery It’s rare that you receive 5 star but Dara and his crew definitely presented us with that he went above and beyond
I pulled up this morning w a car that kept having to be jumped I walked in & Jakhi was right there ready to help. He checked my battery walked me through picking a new one & then installed it so quickly. He was kind patience & resourceful literally an angel. So helpful, I highly recommend & I am also very grateful.
Dara was amazing helping out my neighbor Ellen. She wasn’t sure on how to write a review so I’m doing it for her. He installed her rear windshield wiper. Had nothing but nice things to say. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and had it done fast. Now we all have a neighborhood mechanic. Thanks Dara!
The zoner behind the counter didn't greet anyone walking in the door. Isles were clean and easy to find whatever your search recommends. When done shopping, walked to counter zoner wasn't customer friendly. He was quiet, didn't offer specials and wasn't communicating. Didn't thank any customers when done purchasing!
I went there twice because it’s closer from my house. 1st for battery change with a horrible job, my battery light came on after battery change and when I asked they gave me a paper of system test. I thought it was my fault somehow until 8 months later I came to do my inspection for my car and the garage said why I install a weak battery for my car and one of the wire connect to my battery somehow fall off. After he re-connect my battery light came off so I know that was them who did it since beginjng, I had to pay to change my battery again after 9 months using unsuitable battery for my car because I can’t start my car anymore. 2nd for the windshield wipers change and it was all right, the manager was nice to took me when everyone unable to help (one said he is in his break and one said why dont you just take her). I finally think it would be 2 star for the manager
I stopped by for a battery change and the service was phenomenal. I can’t say about for Malik. This man went above and beyond for me. He helped removed the battery, recommended a good one for me and helped me install it. He didn’t have to do all that but he did anyway. I will be coming back for all my auto needs. Malik needs to be promoted now

Dara and his team saved the day! Despite being incredibly busy and seemingly understaffed, they took the time to help me get my car back up and running. Their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! My husband and I had an outstanding experience at this AutoZone thanks to an incredible employee named Malek (apologies if I’m misspelling his name). His customer service was exceptional—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly seemed to enjoy helping customers. Malek went above and beyond to make sure we got the exact parts we needed, and even came outside to help us install new windshield wipers when he noticed we were having trouble. Thank you, Malek, you didn’t just help us with our car, you brightened our whole day with your kindness and positive energy!
My battery shut down on me overnight and Megan and Dara quickly help solve the issue of our battery and answered any questions we had. Dara even came to deliver and install the battery himself. Exceptional customer service!Thank you guys so much! Look forward to heading to you guys for any future issues! Just hope they don't come too soon!
I had the absolute pleasure of having Malik help service my boyfriend's car battery yesterday! The positive energy he exudes was so contagious and it turned an overwhelming and mildly stressful circumstance into one that was less so. He was kind enough to check the old battery (after we had jump started it about 5 minutes prior) and explain the situation and our potential options. We opted to replace the battery (with a 90 day warranty, though there are others with longer ones) and then check to see if it was the alternator that was wonky. Luckily, everything read back perfectly and we were on our way!
If you ever need anything that AutoZone can provide, I highly recommend you stop at the Oregon Ave one! Also remember to kindly tip any store member who is willing to go out and service your car (i.e. replacing car batteries or windshield wipers, to name a couple)!

The customer service lady Carmena is so rude. She rubbed two other customers the wrong way. She is So snappy. And the general manager is there and aware. She doesn't want to help the customers and talks like she's obviously from the projects.
I went here with my dad a few days ago and an employee and a customer were fighting the employee was very rude and hostile towards him things got heated pretty quickly the customer walked out and the employee followed him and proceeded to pick a fight with him it was very unprofessional and unnecessary
I had stopped here today because the check engine light came on. I was helped by Elijah, who was very pleasant, very smart, and helped me immediately. He told me exactly the issue and handed me a print out of what i need done. I didnt purchase any part yet because I want to be sure my son will do the job 1st, but I will definitely purchase the part from this store in particular. I was very impressed with Elijah. What a pity I don't have a good review for the store on Front Street in S Philadelphia. They are lazy and rude employees there and pass you off to each other instead of helping you when you have cash in hand. I will only go to the Autozone on 21 Oregon Ave. I am so happy with the service there. Elijah is Golden. I look forward to many more visits to this store. Thank you for him !!!
Elijah was incredibly helpful during my visit. He helped me with my return, my pickup order, and helped me order some parts that weren’t available here or any other nearby location. He’s professional, personable, and knowledgeable, thereby making this experience pleasant and well worth my time.
This review was actually going to be 1 star, but Remy and Joe(skinny white worker), To make a long story short last night I bought front brake pads for my 2019 charger R/T. There are many sizes so I asked the Manager, who was the one who I dealt with, if they were the right size and without even looking he said yes. I asked him again,”are u sure??” He looked at me and say “ yes sir I am.!”.. flashback to half hr prior to him ringing me up I was dealing with Joe, he was recommending a brand of wipers for me. He did an amazing job of explaining everything to me as to why he thought they were the best choice…. So here comes the manager who rung me up and he basically said to me “ don’t listen to him, then wipers are TRASH!!!!!!! “. He basically discredited everything that worked just said to me, and now I was confused and honestly pissed…. So my mechanic attempted to install pads today and they were to small..!! I was furious.I returned there this morning to return the pads and I was met by Remi and Joe. I explained the situation and why I had the incorrect size and they were amazing. They explained how it’s very easy to make that mistake, they apologized, and gave me the correct pads.. I normally don’t write reviews, but someone “ high up” the ladder needs to recognize these 2 individuals and the job they are doing on a daily basis! Not only did they sell me the correct product, they made me forget about my bad experience and only remember the great experience I had at the store today! They went above and beyond my expectations, everyone on that shift did, but them specifically.. I hope this helps them get recognition for a job well done!!!!!!

Very grateful for the 2 employees who helped me tonight while I was in a panic over my car not starting. They were quick to change out my battery and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience to them at all. Aaron finished up the change even though it was dark out and I am very thankful for him!
