Post Script: Good experience on the day of service, BUT for months afterwards I have tried to get a receipt with absolutely NO success. My emails and my phone calls were not returned. Very very disappointing.
The best towing company I have ever dealt with! I needed assistance on a very cold, very icy day with a rental car. Operator arrived quickly and was knowledgeable about exactly what was wrong with the car. Terrific communication, wonderful service.
Quaran was my tow truck driver last night after I got a flat front tire on the drivers side on a busy highway. He was very nice and respectful. He kept me updated on his ETA because he knew I was hanging out on a very busy highway with a small shoulder. He made me feel at ease talking to me. Vehicle stalled on a Friday night, left me stranded on the side of a highway.
My providers roadside assistance program basically tried for two hours to get someone to respond and this was the only company in the area willing/able to do it for the time and place.
Driver was very professional, friendly and helpful. Even helped me diagnose what was most likely the problem!
Needed a tow for my truck, got hooked up through Progressive emergency roadside. The driver Rick went above and beyond to help me out of the spot my truck was stuck in. He was helpful kind and respectful
Best place to have lunch breakfast or dinner even after hours snacks. Great drinks and a really pleasant atmosphere. The music is always on point. But I always go there for their authentic cuisine.
SCAMMED. I arrived and asked how much for all 4 tires to be rotated. The mechanic said $35 in total. I usually go somewhere close by in the city and they only charge $12. The Older African American lady in the office comes out and sees that I’m young with nice clothes, jewelry and a nice car and decides to charge $55. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE.
If there were minus stars I will give them -5. If you saw the previous comments about insurance fraud. It’s so true!! Please tell your insurance companies do not use Maximus as your tow provider. They towed my car on Sunday noon and claimed it would be towed to the repair shop. But instead they towed it to their lot and they were reluctant to talk to us. We made so many phone calls and finally Jamal at Maximus told us they wanted State Farm to pay the storage fees first then he will tow the car to the repair shop.
Maximus is clearly taking advantage of the insurance and they collected $495 storage fee for 5 days in their procession before they were willing to tow my car to the repair shop on a busy Friday afternoon at 4pm!! First, Jamal told us that they could not drop off the car because the repair shop is closed. Then on another call, Jamal told us that they knew where to drop off the car to the designated repair shop and the key in the lock box. In fact, Jamal also told me he knew the location of the repair shop very well! He should have dropped off the car on Sunday but they chose not to until 5 days later on a busy Friday afternoon.
I am going to report the fraud to the better business bureau so no one will have to suffer the same experience as ours. It’s a terrible experience for us to endure for 5 days without knowing where the car was and when the car would be towed.
My towing experience was great with Maximus Towing my response was quick and on time they didn’t take long to get to me, and the driver was professional and respectful, and got my car out and no time ????!!!!!!!
This company committed insurance fraud and scammed us. They were dispatched by my insurance company to tow our car to a shop we requested that is owned by a family friend. Tow truck driver, who is the brother in law of the owner, lied to the insurance company and claimed that the shop we requested didn’t have a night lock box, so he could not tow it to that shop. Then, after getting our car on his truck, he told us that the insurance company told him he has to tow it to his shop. Now they will not release the car until they receive payment for towing and storage fees from the insurance company. We even offered to pay out of pocket for him to tow it to the proper location and he refused and forced us to tow to his shop. We have phone recordings and proof of fraud and will be filing a formal complaint. Do not work with this business.
Jamal was very helpful and he got.my car started really quick! It was 30 degrees outside and I had been sitting for almost an hour I would use them again in a heartbeat!!! Keep up the good work fellas! Thank you so much!
New Years Day around 2 a.m. I received a knock on my door from the Tow Truck Driver letting me know that my car was hit. I jumped up, threw something on and came outside and my car was on the belt and damaged. A drunk driver hit a parked car, which was my car. Shannon was so professional and explained everything to me, along with reassuring me that everything was going to be fine. You cannot just walk into the building where I live, but he waited until somebody let him in to get to my door. He didn't have to do it and I am so grateful that he did. His Professionalism is top notch and he went above and beyond to reach me. Explained everything to me and gave me his number for any additional questions or concerns that I might have. VERY unprofessional! Car was towed Saturday evening and was told by police that we would have details regarding pickup within an hour , however they weren't able to provide the details until the next morning, Sunday. The only info they provided was the name of the business and said Google.the address. When I did that the profile says that the place was open 24hrs. When we got there nobody was there and when I called the person who answered was very nasty and said that their hours were Mon-Fri 9-5, despite their trucks towing all day every day. Under no circumstances should you let your car be towed by this place. Also, when they park the cars they darn near put them on top of each other.
