Very disappointed in this body shop. First I must say, they are very rude to anyone on the phone. And complain about people calling when you wait in the lobby. My car was returned after an accident, still not fixed. They dismissed the issue and belittled me. Maybe because I’m gay, not too sure there. I reached out to my guy at Toyota collision to help me with fix the issue. They fixed it finally, but only put a “bandaid” on it. The issue came back. Now they do not want to fix the car when I have a lifetime warranty with State Farm as since they are a repair facility for State Farm. They are saying this is “fraud.” Just own up to the work you do, and know you didn’t fix the car properly. Whatever you do, don’t bring your car here so you can avoid the headache.
This place took care of me and my Buick after a dude hit my parked car and destroyed its mirror. They kept me informed about my side mirror and when one order for it got lost in the mail found and ordered another promote. They also made connecting to the rental car services super easy! Thank you for dealing with my bad luck of a car situation!!
So friendly, professional, and quick! I needed a side-mirror replaced and was able to pick up my car the next day--I was also given a ride home because I insisted on leaving it there overnight, and then were incredibly understanding when I was running late for pickup when I took the bus over after work. I can't believe we've been taking our car back to the dealer for every little thing!
I’ve gotten work done on my vehicles multiple times at this shop and always have a wonderful experience. The employees are very nice and helpful and definitely try to get your issues fixed in a timely manner. The complimentary wash was a plus too! I was even able to leave my rental car there for them (Enterprise) to pick up. Roxy made that return quick and easy. Overall, I’m always pleased with their service and would highly recommend.
Very happy to have found these guys. Had a small fender bender in the early days of COVID and just got around to fixing. Roxy autobody finished the job in record time and even on my old car you really have to look to see the fender is new *excellent paint matching!) - a great job all around!
Roxy went above and beyond to get my car back to it's original state after it was hit (while parked) by another driver.
My car was towed to Roxy by the great folks at Gulf in Flourtown. Steve, Paul, and their team took about 2 weeks to do excellent repairs on the car.
MOST MEANINGFUL TO ME - when we got the car back, although it looked great, there was still a creaking noise. I was hesitant, but called back a few weeks later. Steve or Paul (can't remember who was on the phone at the time) didn't second guess, or push back at all, he asked that I bring it back to them as soon as possible. I did, we drove around together and he heard the sound too. They did a full diagnostic and discovered one of the OEM parts they had installed had failed. They quickly replaced it, and went above and beyond to test every aspect of the suspension. Since getting the car back, it's truly good as before the accident.
It really means a lot when business owners and workers stand by their work and listen to their customers. They truly did right by me, and I will use them in the future (though I hope to avoid needing body work done on the car again).
AVOID THIS PLACE! We took our care to this place after a crash. Over the phone, the staff were arrogant and rude. The guy was almost proud to say that our car was going to get totalled before even properly looking at it. He thought the car was 'old', although it was only a 2013 model. In the end, we got the car towed somewhere else happily. Would NOT recommend.
I just bought a brand new RAV4 and while I was parallel parking accidentally scuffed the front left side. I was so upset! I called to bring my car in for a quote and they were able to see me in just an hour. Steven came out and buffed it out of my car in less than a minute and wouldn’t charge me anything. (Extremely grateful!) It pretty much looks like brand new. Next time I have anything happen to the body of my car I’ll for sure take it back to Roxy Auto.
Just got a estimate for my car. The people who work here are very pleasant and respectful. It got to see first hand how they treat their customers and it was great to see a business treat their customers nicely. I definitely recommend!
I cannot thank Roxy Auto Body enough for the amazing job they did on my car. It honestly looks like it is brand new. The people there are the best and they took my car in right away, while other places I called were backed up. I have included some before and after pictures to highlight their work. I would highly recommend them if you need any body repairs to your car.
Had some minor damage from a fender bender, and they were able to just glue my grill back on for free instead of me paying $1K+ for a whole new bumper. Took about 20 mins and they helped me right away. Highly recommend!
Every single person that I came in contact with via the phone & in person was kind, caring & patient. I cannot say that about many companies like this. I highly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with unexpected car issues. They answered any questions that I had. And I always have questions. ? Kudos to this organization!
My visit yesterday was very quick. I just needed to get some books out of the back of my car that has been sitting there since June 21st. They report that they don't have adequate labor or parts to get the car back to me before July 21st. I think that is abhorrent. I have been a good customer to Roxy's over the years but this is my last time for them.
I took my car here to have bodywork done. These guys are super amazing. They finished my car in a proper time and also did an amazing job. I would recommend them to everybody. No BS. Steve and Paul are truly the best. ROXY AUTO ROCKS.
My car looks great oh, they did an excellent job and clean my car inside and out. They also put stripes back on my car. Great place to get your car done very personable people. I recommend this place.
I was involved in a rear end accident and had to get my bumper replaced. The team and Steve made sure the turn around time was quick, and they kept open and honest communication throughout the whole process. They also seemed to be very experienced at handling insurance claims which was great. I would definitely not hesitate to go back for any other work my car would need!
I have used Roxy Auto Body services twice in the last two months. The first time I was referred to them by my auto dealer for a new car warranty repair for a leaky hatch where, after a rainstorm, water would leak down the inside of the rear hatch window. The car was returned to me as tight as a drum with no leaks. And Roxy made the experience painless by handling the billing with my car dealer.
Several weeks later I had someone back their truck into my car. It looked like a minor scrape that might have been able to be buffed out. To be sure, I took the car to Roxy. They examined the scrape and tried to remove it. Unfortunately, we discovered there was a small dent and chipped paint. I contacted the guy who hit my car and he filed a claim with his insurance company. Luckily Roxy was one of their preferred auto body shops. Long story short, Roxy did the repair and coordinated everything with the insurance company who also arranged for a rental car. (Enterprise picked me up at Roxy and let me drop off the car there when my car was ready.)
I really like the service from Roxy. Not only is the auto body work excellent but the I found them friendly, honest, and easy to work with.
I had work done by roxy on 2 prior occasions. Customer contacts were reasonable and work all that i could have hoped for.
Contacted them last week making an online appointment for a call back. Never happened. Repeatedly tried to call and never got thru. I went elsewhere.
If you have to have work done, they make the best out of what was likely a bad experience. Accurate estimates of both cost and timing of repair, and they are experienced with handling insurance claims (that matters more than you'd imagine!).
My car was keyed and I sent it to Roxy Auto Body to get fixed. Turn around time was quick and the car looked good as new. They washed the car and even cleaned the interior!
just picked up my mom's Subaru. Replaced bumper. To my delight, they cleaned her car in and out! What a nice surprise! very happy with their work. Were referred by car dealership that doesn't have body shop. Great work and very friendly...recommend to anyone.
