I bought a car here and the engine was with a hole at the bottom, now I have to replace the engine costing me thousands of dollars, I will never buy here again, they sell junk only. It's better to buy on the street, because you know what you are buying.

Me and my friend got 3 cars from this place. and the one that I walked out with they told me it was a tough start. So I was like okay as long as i can start it ill def get that fixed. So the same day i got the car i went to the store, came back out & it wouldnt start at all. I played with it, tried to start it for 20min. No luck. So i got it towed to the shop. Come to find out the entire motor was shot and they did not tell me that. and when I called them to see what we can do to fix the issue. They said there's nothing they can't and won't do about it. So my thing is this. if we're talking about business, right, and doing buisness the right way. That was not the right way to do business. If you are a auction place and you know that this car has to get certain repairs done that cost thousands of dollars and to get the part, it's probably no lower than 4 to $5000. Then why would you put it up for auction. Thats not right. At all. They sell people lemons & dont care. There so quick to tske your money. I say dont get a car from there. Not that auction because there are some auctions that are very good. and every car is driveable & you wont have to worry about repairs like that for at least a year or 2

First experience has been a challenge and I've been patient. My paperwork was submitted incorrectly and it's been almost 5 mths and still no title. The employees have been trying to help but the initial mistake should've never been made and now it's set me back and I'm paying the price.

Not gonna lie reviews scared me but it really was a easy fast process. Everyone and I mean everyone was very helpful! Just have the required paperwork and you’ll be fine. My vehicle was stolen and it ended up at their lot and they took care of me and my car.

Donated my damaged RV to help disabled vets.. the customer service at Aspire has been great and I have no complaints. I had questions answered quickly and they are a good group of people there.. I didn't plan to know this as I didn't expect this disposition of my RV.. but, that they work with a group to benefit disabled veterans, and my experience with them.. I give them 5 stars.. thanks for what ya doin for the disabled veterans, said this veteran ;)

***BEWARE*** I'm not sure why the local PD uses this auto lot to send stolen vehicles to because these people are a bunch of crooks. If I could give them a 0, I would. My vehicle was stolen and sent here on 5/21. They continue to refuse to release it to my insurance company after they sent over the harmless hold letter both electronically and in person. They keep coming up with bogus excuses as to why they cannot release my vehicle. They just want to make more money. Avoid them at all costs!!

BEWARE!!!! BAD AUCTION PRACTICES!!! I WARNED YOU For all those who want to participate in the PPA auction. BEWARE!!!! They stopped the auction at a certain time by "shutting the site down" in the middle of your bid. There was literally 20 seconds left in the bid and the site goes down. I actually screen shot it. I call immediately. I was told the car will go back up for rebid when the site goes back up. my last bid was confirmed at $9600 and then when the site comes back up it shows AUCTION ENDED AT $9500. HOW SWAY??? It just keeps happening... they are such scammers all the way around. And guess what the PPA has no auctioneer contenders, so they will just keep getting to do whatever they want with no repercussions. Just keep the honest reviews coming. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

Dude in the lot was rough around the edges but he listens to his wife the real boss. Overall nice people. The other people with the bad reviews expect too much. With that attitude I would treat you the same way. That’s just how it is welcome to Philly baby.

Trash bid on 7 cars total charged me $50 each car no big deal won 1 I guess it went to low so they erased it the entire history even my $50 called got the run around (after days) I called again and all of my other bids vanished received $200 of my money back had to cancel the transactions my wife also bid at in the same auction under her account and experienced the same thing somebody is stealing I frequent capital less bs

Cleared the codes for the check engine light for one their "Buy Now's". I still made money off the car, but still. Bad Business practices here. Buyer Beware

Con artist had my bike stolen and they wait the 11 days to contact you letting you know they got it so they can cap the charges for storage fee smh

After reading all the comments, and being warned about this place, prior to coming here, I prayed for the armor of God and his army to carry me here. While I'm not downplaying anyone's experience, these people were extremely kind to me, and I honestly appreciate that. Especially, after having my Hyundai recently stolen smh. Thank you.

They make their money of stealing cars that don't belong to them.. then they give you an attitude when you try and get information in your stolen property...but I guess because it's "legal" it's right... I guess due process means nothing and your property can be seized and given to ppl like this ... I can see why they don't let you in the office and have tall fences.... Not honorable at all

I just opened account.My account is suspended already. I put a bid in for $77000 meant 7700. I tried calling to edit the bid. The woman says there is no way to remove the bid and I will have to pay the price won or get suspended.. The car won at $24000.. I was contacted to pay, I explained the situation for a second time.. I told the gentleman the auction need a edit button. He said I was only the second person to make the mistake. I feel I am penalized for a accident.. I don't like it

To much attitude sowing the front window. Wired things is they tin the window to hide their ugly face. I was waiting & waiting front of the window. Suddenly someone said why you not talking. I said how I know anyone in here, I can't see. Then start taking with rude voice like, why I came & bothering her. Management should training them how to talk with people.

This place is horrible, customer service not good at all . Taking advantage of people because of their greed. Stand clear the cars are not worth it. Purposely leaving out information just to get a sale.

It's just what they say that they are and IMPOUND LOT for PHILADELPHIA POLICE. If recovering a stolen car it's best to call the officer who wrote report and see if protocol was followed. For instance the post mark as to when you were notified by mail,also did someone call you to notify you that it was recovered and any extenuating circumstances as in my case I was hospitalized for three weeks with major surgery. I must say between the officer and Aspite my bill was reduced from $585.00 to $285.00. Maybe also the vehicle was a 1997 and bill may have been more than book value. Never hurts to ask and in my case I was very grateful.

Don't buy from Them. buy cars at your own risk. I won a car that looks new with a low mileage and the description say that the car is run and drive . but when I went to pick up the car the engine is damage and has a blown head gasket. I explained to the owner that the car doesn't fit the description so I cant buy it. but he said no . you either buy it or we gonna suspend your account. they are taking advantage of the pandemic and the online biding to trick people and take their money. people who bid online have to come a day before the auction and check the car before they bid on them otherwise don't buy.

I was broken down in front of their place and they were extremely helpful in trying to get me back on the road. Also had a great experience here buying school buses years ago. Highly recommend!

My car was stolen and later recovered. The police solicited Aspite to tow my car to their lot. When I found out where it was I looked at the reviews and was disheartened by the negative review. This morning we went to recover my car and they were nothing short of friendly, direct, professional, and sympathetic. The woman who I dealt with was courteous and quick to resolve my problem. They were fair in their pricing,allowed us to look at our car, and hung on to it while I retrieved payment. Don't believe everything you read. Know their hours, be prepared with the proper paperwork and be nice. They will be nice to you. Thank you did for making a stressful time a little less stressful.

Antonio is an awesome dude. I work at pryor electric and met him as a customer and I asked him once to let me know if he had anything to get me back and forth to work and he not only remembered that I asked but found a 2000 chevy malibu that was in great shape for the price he charged. He didnt give me any special deal that he wouldnt give his other customers because it was super affordable as it was and the car lasted me 5 years and I drove that car up and down Mt. Pocono for ALOT. I'm currently looking for my next ride from him!

Great owner and employees. I've been in the automotive business for many years and I only rate places that deserve it and these guys do. Picked up several vehicles here. Good deals from car's to fix and sell to car's to buy and drive. Sitting in my car I bought here last year now! To nice to resell it!!!!

Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful. If you have any questions or concerns about any car in the auction, someone will take the time to answer all of your questions. But it's like any other auction, sales are final and you buy at your own risk. Which is fine because most of not all of the cars start off with a very reasonable bidding price. So, how ever much you want to spend, there's a car for you in the auction.

Worst place ever . So this is how they work . They tow uninsured cars from streets by police order. They said send you later to your address .but nothing on windshields about it.when i came to pick up my car back they told that they accept only CASH.200 for tow and 25 per day. If you cant take the car back so they sale to auction.this is clean cash business . how government let them do it? I know for sure that this money goes not to gov.

These people are vampires....They suck all da life outta u like blood suckers go ahead u enjoy urself if dats watchu like cuz their best @ it & they got no competition this crew here sucks ass ! They steal from honest hard working class citizens of Philly tri state area

They are thieves, they illegally tow your vehicle, and try to force over your title when their outrageous prices are too high to get your car out of compound. If you buy a car from them it's probably from a poor single mom or grandma who couldn't afford to fight for their vehicle after Aspite STOLE their car. Stay away!

I am writing this review to notify Aspite of my experience with them. My car had been stolen and was found and the police had it waiting in their yard. I received faulty information from Aspite about the condition of my car, the office hours, and heard three different variations of what was required to release my car over to my insurance company in order for it to be towed to the body shop. For every mistake, it prolonged the ability to get my car fixed and also accrued fees for the amount of time it took to release my car. Every conversation I had with an Aspite employee ended with frustration and confusion that even had my insurance company stunned by the run around I received from Aspite. All this to say, I wish Aspite would have better costumer service along with a clear system of what is required for different situations to make the recovery of a stolen car a much simpler and clearer system that is easy to follow and all employees understand the requirements. Hopefully I will never have to go through this situation again but I do hope that you make it easier for someone else next time.
