Brought car in for an oil change and two vague issues: A/C isn't turning on 100% of the time that I turn the knob, and there's a rattle in my strut with any tiny bump that started after hitting a pretty bad pothole. These are the kinds of things you'd expect a shop to start fleecing you over if they're disreputable

These guys were basically like "Locking nut's loose on the strut. Tightened and the noise went away. Tried to reproduce the A/C issue but it kicked on fine 50/50 times. Don't waste your money unless it happens A LOT."

I make it pretty obvious when I come in that I'm just gonna rubber stamp whatever they say needs to be done. I know enough about cars to be dangerous, but I trust the professionals when I find them. These dudes are the professionals

Don't know what the 1-starrers are talking about. They answer the phone quick, give you plenty of options for drop-off and pickup, and talk to you straight on the phone. I'm taking Ubers from the Fishtown area to bring my car all the way here, and it's worth it

(Garrison's in Fishtown is also really good, but they're always booked up and there's a lot of work they can't do because of the size of their shop and equipment they don't have)

They repaired my vehicle in record time, they are very respectful and professional, they really know what they are doing.

Price to high owner very rude very irresponsible I just want to add change prices charge me $1200 for radiator radiator in the dealer only cost $332 very spencer I never go back please check what is the price before living u car to md charges 2.4 hour diagnosis for broken radiator said my radiator cap is bad another $45dollar

Can’t thank them enough, ran into a situation after doing our own tune up, and ended up having to get a spark plug hole rethreaded, very reasonable price. Our go to mechanics from now on ??

They are super expensive and they change the price once they start work in the car. That’s you have to accept there new price or will lose all. They charge me $500 for a $100 job. Really I feel screwed

I wanted to wait awhile before I wrote a review just to be sure my car was still running properly and it is. I took my Lexus ES350 to the dealership and they had my car for 4 months and they couldn’t diagnose it. They told me I needed speed sensors, transmissions, and a whole bunch of other stuff. I took my car to these guys (Kelly and Kyle) and they put the work in. They ran so many diagnostic tests and told me it was an electrical issue and it was. They fixed the problem and my car has been running properly ever since. These guys are amazing and I will highlight recommend their services. They had my car for a few weeks and made sure they got it right. Great service.

These guys are the best! I've gone numerous times and I've always been beyond happy with the service. It's the friendliest and most honest shop I've ever taken my car to.

Crooks....they took advantage of me and charged me over $600 for a job that should have cost under $200. The next day my car had a new issue that didn't exist prior to then fixing my car and I had to pay another mechanic to repair my car.They talk a good game claiming to be fair sand honest but they are opportunists who rip folks off. *Beware*
