Just got my wife a new car from them, they was very friendly and helpful walked me through everything and was very patient with me. From the salesman that showed me the vehicle to the guy that helped with closing on the car everything was a breeze. We love our new car drives great, can’t wait to take on a road trip. I hate doing reviews, but I had to for this place.
My wife and we're there Tuesday 2/24/26 because she wanted to look at a Volvo there.
We stood outside looked at the car for a while, but no one came out. We go inside asked to look at the car, the young man came out started the car and left. No name, no introduction, nothing.
I wanted to look under the hood and couldn't find the release for at least 1o minutes, ( weirdest hood release I've ever seen), no help.
We decided that we wanted to test drive the car.
We go in ask for a test drive and was told that we couldn't test drive the car until we agree on the numbers.
Can't make this up.
I sold cars at Ford for 5 yrs. and I've never told a customer to work numbers before test driving. Test driving will either sale the car or not, plus you want to see if you even like driving the car or if there are any problems.
We didn't like that, and the gentleman was kind of on the rude side when it came time to ask us where we lived. In which I kept saying Delaware. He ran the taxes for the car, (which we were going to buy straight out that day), for Delaware County, PA.
Than got a little rude when I corrected him, again.
The car was around $9,900, by the time he added fees and taxes, shot price up to almost $13,000. With no test drive or any salesmanship. So my wife and I after driving about 2 hrs to see a car that she really liked and still does, just walked out in total disbelief of the experience we just had. With no explanation.
Left and went another dealership who treated us with so much respect and let us rest drive before we talked about numbers.
Bought the car that day.
We will not recommend anyone we know, and I find cars for alot of my family and friends, to go there.
So disappointing, because they have beautiful cars there.

I do not like leaving bad reviews or write them but man these guys sold me a car that was crash on the front saying it was something minor,just bought it like a month or 2 months ago,just brought the car to the dealership as I worried about the hit on front and by driving the car it has electrical issues a wire coming out of the front bumper,I just came for oil change,now I have and I was scared more services were about to come out which it did,I did not even know about cars I knew things were not right about this Nissan murano,the suv looked nice from the outside and everything but just things the found out about the car they had to do to fix it is crazy,$2,000 dollars just to do service to the engine,despite I have to change brakes and fix the electrical issues the murano has,now probably like $3000 dollars more which I do not have for them to fix it,the only thing I could do is service for the engine!even though when you first gave me the murano had no inspection stickers,you took the suv to your mechanic guy which did not fix anything just put the stickers on the car and that’s it!!
just of you know you guys messed me up really bad financially!!! I would not recommend this place or buy a car here ever again quit selling bad cars to people!!

Very Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Inexperienced Staff
I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I recently visited this dealership, and unfortunately, it was one of the most frustrating car-buying experiences I’ve had. The staff seemed inexperienced and unsure about their own inventory, prices, and financing options. Simple questions took a long time to answer, and I didn’t feel like anyone truly understood what they were doing.
Communication was poor, and I felt like I was wasting my time waiting around with no clear updates. Buying a car is a big decision, and you expect at least a basic level of professionalism and knowledge — unfortunately, that was missing here.
I ended up taking my business elsewhere where the staff actually knew their products and treated me with respect. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, honest, and professional experience.

Selling lemon cars—avoid at all costs. They make you sign a no-guarantee waiver. My car broke down and I received no response. After one visit, they push you to leave a review, and most reviews make no sense. Everything is focused on closing the deal; once that’s done, you’re worth nothing. Be warned.
Absolutely wonderful experience we didn’t think we can get after having a few bad ones at other dealerships. They made the entire process seamless, helped throughout with every detail of the purchase and had our best interest in mind. 100% recommend!
