This place is so much better since the change in ownership. It was such a dump before. They cleaned it up and it’s organized now and really good prices. Just make sure you request a volume price if you have a truck load…Will for sure be back
So i would like to point out that if you think every scrapyard/recycling center is the same, guess again.
Not only were they very helpful, one of the worker's, i believe his name is Kevin, went above & beyond on helping me with whatever i needed help with.
No longer will i be going to shiesty scrapyards like EMR, where they hide information like, the fact there is a thing called bright copper. Or the scales that start on the -negative & they dont tare out.
Kudos to Sullivan & Son's along with their very helpful crew, they are redifining how a scrapyard shoulf be.
(Recycle Right Computer Recycling, LLC) I recently visited Sullivan's Scrap Metals @ 7250 Paschall Ave, Phila, PA 19142 and to say the least, I was blown away with how clean and organized the yard was. Everything you need to Recycle has it's own containers/Gaylords. Driving in was a breeze with ample room for parking. And let's not forget the Staff!! They were super helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. I came in with a Gaylord and a pallet of Recyclables and Kevin was fast to get me unloaded. The prices were Excellent. Payment was also a breeze with a convenient barcode/ATM payment system. I've dealt with many Scrap yards in the past. These guys sure have it together in regards to cleanliness and professionalism, Needless to say, I'll be back. Thank You Sullivan's.
Tight place, and instead of helping me out, they send me a guy with blue eyes who seems to want to fight with me and seems to set me up to make mistakes and hit something with my truck...
It is better to enter from the main gate side, since there is no place on the street to turn around and park on the driver's side
The manager at check-in told me to wait until the first car was loaded and then drive onto the dock, but as soon as I started loading, they kicked me out to drive their car onto the scales

There is no overnight parking.
I’ve used Pasco on multiple occasions in the past and again more recently. I find the staff to be extremely helpful and they also provided great prices. This is the only place I’ll use from now on! Highly recommend.
Truckers, if you turn onto paschall Avenue, and Pasco is on your right, you will have to go to the end of the street to the stop sign, make a left there, and then the next 3 rights to come back down and get the building on your left side. They will not allow you to blindside into the dock
Was assigned a door the second I checked in and was immediately being loaded after I bumped the dock. In and out in less then an hour.
I took a star off for the backing. If your not good at it you will struggle here. It’s very tight and will have to back from the street.

Going this way you avoid construction and won’t have to blind side.
Well first off I called to get a price in romex and they were 20cents higher then where I normally go I also whent in knowing the weight of what I had and the payout was just about right give it take a dollar or two. And that was from decuting the weight of the can of theirs I put it in when I placed it on the scale. Other then that I am happy with this yard I don't go there everyday like most scrapers I just save up scrap or extra wire and add it to my pile and when I get to 300lbs or more then I bring it up to cash in and that's normally every few months for me. So with that I'll give this spot a 5 star rating.
