I recently purchased a vehicle and had problem with it the second week of purchase I put too much money out they came and got it said it was my starter and was supposed to had told me they replaced and fixed it so now my battery light stays on and a mechanic is saying it wasn't never the starter it may be the alternator more money I have to put out these people didn't fix my problem at all will never purchase again

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Mechanics are top notch and fast plus the owner will do ANYTHING in his power to make sure customers needs are met A++++++¥

I came here back in June and bought an 09 Charger 15 year old vehicle for $5000 which I’m familiar with old cars coming with their problems! It was of course “sale as is” it was running good for a while but just like any other dealer they put bandits on the existing problems but after a while of “YOU” driving the problems start to expose themselves! That’s where I’m at with this car I’ve replaced so many things at this point it wasn’t worth it wasting time and money buying this hoagie from this dealership and I take responsibility for making a executive decision for me and my family and bought the car when I should’ve stayed clear away!!!

Well where can I start I purchased 2011 GMC Acadia last year which cost $10.000 it had a catalytic converter problem they fix that only because I hired a lawyer.. now 4/17/24 the Transmission went out on me so I had to purchase another vehicle so I can go to work don't trust them they are a rip off seriously I won't even send my enemies at there dealership

I got my 2013 Chevy Cruze from here in 2019 and it was a great pick. Clean and perfect inside and out.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Avenue Auto Group LLC regarding a used car purchase. Shockingly, within less than 8 hours of acquiring the vehicle, I experienced a brake failure, a critical safety issue that was not disclosed during the sale.

Furthermore, additional problems, including undisclosed electrical issues, have surfaced despite the only known problem at the time of purchase being a broken gas needle.

While I understand the "as is" nature of used car sales, the severity and undisclosed nature of these issues are unacceptable. I urge Avenue Auto Group LLC to address these concerns promptly to ensure the safety of future customers.

Consider this a warning to potential buyers, and I hope for a swift resolution to these safety concerns.

- I bought a 2009 Nissan Maxima from here back in March of this year. They cleared the check engine light on the vehicle and sent me on my way. I understood the car had issues, but they were not told to me to the extent that was necessary. Over 20+ codes appeared when I was plugged in with my scanner. I was under the impression that the check engine light WAS NOT ON. This place scammed me, and when trying to call .. I was told it was “As-Is” .. Great way to do business let me tell you.

My boyfriend bought a Hyundai Elantra in this place Saturday 1/21/2023. And we had it stolen on 1/23/2023. The salesman presented himself as very caring and very nice, but he fooled us both because literally everyone but them, told us that this was the most stolen car in the US, which we had no idea. You would think that someone honest would tell the buyer that it was a risky purchase, or that it needed some fixing to replace the ignition to avoid it being stolen. But of course not. And the fact that it took two days to get stolen almost seems like someone who knew the location of this car, tipped off the culprits to send them steal our car. My boyfriend and I are both students and worked our a** off to buy this car, and its now gone. I would suggest to anyone who cannot afford to get ripped off to never buy anything from that place because they will seem like they want to help but they have 0 care for their customers. Brought a Toyota camry with some pretty high miles and was looking for a point a to point b the price was fair but the car has been nothing but reliable and only need small maintenance that didn't bankrupt me it was an excellent buy. The sales man were honest and even came down on the price a lil bit.

Bought A Pontiac G6 For 5 Grand, Only Had It For 3Months Before The Engine Blew On Me. Called This Place Too Let Them Know About What Happened Too See If I Can Get Another Car Or At Least Half My Money Back And They Stated It Was Nothing They Can Do For Me. Do Not Buy A Car From Here!!! Will Be Going To Small Claims Court Definitely!

Solid dealership that is upfront about their cars and the mileage. Just bought a used Kia that runs very well. Love that they go out of their way to help their customers, and explain each and every step of the process. Definitely worth buying a car from!!

The staff was great. I got a used car that runs smooth and clean for a reasonable price. I recommend anyone to go there and check out their stock. They let me test drive vehicles for 2 hours until i was comfortable with my purchase. Thank you Dave!!!!!!

Bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited that was riddled with issues I wasn’t aware of. Guess it’s partially my fault though the customer service and family was nice but the vehicle costed me more in repairs than what I actually paid for the car.

This place and the people was really helpful. They take their time to answer your questions and go a mile to help. The vehicles there are mostly in good condition, but just as any dealership take your time. The family are funny and your everyday people. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle and a laugh.

Bought a 2012 Jetta Wagon here. They were willing to work with me on price, and didn't mind me coming back the next day to finish the deal after sleeping on it. When my bank wouldn't authorize the card payment over the phone they gladly gave me a ride to the nearest branch to get the money. 3 months later the car is running great, no problems, but penndot is dragging their feet on the paperwork. I gave avenue auto a call and Jennifer took care of everything with the state and got me my registration by email.

To sum it up I got a good car at a fair price and the team went above and beyond with service, even after they already had my money. Definitely shop at Avenue Auto.

Customer service was great! Purchased a Chevy Cruze 2011 however it had a coolant issue a few weeks later check these cars throughly before pulling off the lot car has been to the shop a few times.

They are so nice and they have affordable and fair prices. One of the guy took us to the bank to take the money out without hesitation. They will give an extra mile for their customers. ? definitely I recommend this dealer

Sale a used car is not an easy task, I have been purchasing cars at Avenue Auto Group very often, probably 8 of them. I always had good and professional attention. I like to mention this, every buyer should do the extra mile to check the new acquisition, the dealer has responsibilities but, we as a customer to be and stay happy in most cases, take the vehicles to a mechanic, and check it will bring peace. This dealer is honest and always has been in every purchase I made. I do the same as a customer. A used car is a new perspective, a new start. Therefore, I recommend this place, and I'll keep buying from them every time I need them. Thanks to all team, keep up the excellent work.

I called before actually heading down to them and they told me everything I would need to bring and if I brought everything stated I would definitely get approved and that’s exactly how the process went. Purchased a 2005 Ford Expedition after some haggle with the price...these guys are reasonable and as with any used car dealer ...know what you are buying or bring a mech. truck some rust nothing major low miles for the year and runs like a beast. im very happy with my purchase .. this is my second truck purchase from here.

Just purchased a 2001 Honda Accord. Transmission was slipping and they wanted to refund me partial money and it hadn't even been a few hours that I pulled the car off the lot. Let the owner take it for a test drive and when it slipped he tried to back off the gas and stay under 20 miles per hour and say the car is fine beware of these scum buckets

Customer service was great. Vehicle I purchased was a total lemon. I have spent a huge amount of money trying to get things fixed. Took the car back a week after purchase and it was poorly fixed. It has been in the shop twice after that and will need to go back again. Engine light was on when I purchased the vehicle and I was told that it would go off...lie! Four months late, the car still needs repairs.The car has only been able to be drive 56 miles since I left that lot.

They are wonderful here ! I love my Jeep !! They are fair and reasonable. Their cars and trucks move here so you have to move fast or what you want gets sold. I see that as a good sign of their dealership. My experience with them was pleasant and the team was friendly and knowledgeable. They have new vehicles on the lot seems like everyday. Bob was very good to deal with. He kept in contact with me, and held a car that I was interested in for a few days until I could get there. Test drove the car and bought it. Very easy to deal with, polite and made it an enjoyable experience. The cars come with paperwork explaining that it is sold as is, but he was up front about the condition. I would recommend highly.

Text someone about buying a car they stated they have a few cars available for $800. I get there and see a few employees but none of them are car sales man only one. So I ask him if he has anything for $800. He says no. I told him I was texting someone who post the cars on Craigslist and they said there was a few for $800. He tells me ohh I can sell you one for $800 but after tags, plates, taxes, and insurance it will be $1,300. When on there Facebook it says taxes and everything is included. Okay I go to ask to test drive it and he asks for my license I give it to him. They a female comes out with him and says I'm under 18 they can't sale to me. I state I'm Emencaptied I have my own apartment I can sign legal documents. They said no you have to be 18 that doesn't matter.

the salesperson there was very nice. Very helpful. I went in there to get the cars that was online, but salespeople gave their honest opinions of the car and the details. I like that, then they thank you. So I appreciate it.
