This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Cargame Motors LLC in Philadelphia, PA earns a strong 97/100. Recent reviews praise Jeff’s professionalism, clear communication, and fast in and out tag/title and registration help; pricing is described as fair/affordable and service thorough, even with salvage or lien issues. Wait times are short and follow-through is reliable. One outlier reports an unfriendly lot interaction and unclear on-car pricing. Customer service and efficiency stand out. Little to no feedback on inventory variety, yard organization, or finding parts, so those remain uncertain.

The best man you want to do a business with. He helped me out with my car lien and I’m so happy to get all my papers done ✅ thank you for making it easy process, all because of him. Thank you so much and I’ll definitely come back for you best service. Thank you again ?
He’s precise. Answers all my questions & concerns. The customers service is great. Had to have my title transferred. I received my title in back in 1 week. Great place to do business.
His services are top notched. You sure will not regret it when you do business with him. I got pushed around and even told to drive up to Harrisburg to register my car and reconstruct the title. But when he was recommended to me and I visited his business; the rest is history. I didn’t have to go to Harrisburg. My title and registration came in the mail.
So I don't understand why they have a 4.9 rating. I currently took a lot of money out of my 401k to say the least.. so I'm looking for a car. I'm at 59th and Walnut waiting for the bus and I noticed the dealer. I looked at cars through the gate but I didn't see any prices listed on any of the cars. As I started walking into the gate to get a closer look to see pricing... Some dood in a hoodie comes out... Hood on the head... And was really aggressive and I said I was looking for pricing.. he said you ask me for pricing... Like I was trying to Rob him or something. Just was passing by accidentally.. but Damn... Horrible place. Never will get any money from me or anyone I know. Wow
I had a better experience here compared to most of the other tag and title places I’ve been to! He was even willing to stay past the close of business to help me with getting all of my documents corrected and processed. Would recommend car game for sure.
Went in to transfer some paperwork and a gentleman named Jeff who owns the spot took care of us . It was a great transaction everything went smooth. In and out in no time. We even ended up talking and found a few individuals that we both know. Small world good people. I will definitely be using there services in the future.
Super professional and courteous. I recently had the pleasure of using CarGame Motors and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful. Jeff, the owner, was particularly outstanding, guiding me through the process with ease and efficiency.
Not only was the service quick, but the attention to detail and the willingness to go above and beyond were what set this experience apart from any other. The atmosphere in the office was professional yet friendly, making what could have been a tedious task into a pleasant visit.
I am thoroughly impressed with CarGame Motors and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. They've not only earned a 5-star rating from me but also my gratitude for making my experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
