One thing you don’t want to do is provide a service to someone that does the same service! I went to get a document notarized (I am a notary also) and the person doing the notary stamped my document and I paid the $5 notary fee when I was informed the notary charge was $10 when I asked why? Before he could answer the question, the man in the back started hollering and screaming it’s a service fee. (Pa state only allows for notary to charge $5 per stamp unless otherwise stated and it wasn’t stated anywhere in the building) So unprofessional! When I advised I myself was a notary he got even madder and begun screaming louder. Then he proceeded to yell more even cursing stating, “ he was the owner”! Needless to say before you start getting smart and disrespectful, you might wanna do your notary the correct way. Since I didn’t show any ID, you are required to log the notary, I didn’t have a witness for my document and I wasn’t even given a receipt. All those things are required by the Notary Board when preforming the service. I will also be reporting this place to the PA Notary Board.

This guy is top-of-the-line professional. I will never let anybody else. Do my transfers or register a car again. The only person that will ever do that. Is this guy. If you want someone that is good. Trust me when I say this this is the place to do it 5 stars

Worst place ever!!!! If you are out state and sold cars to Pa customer run away from them!!!! They don't send the copy registration!!! I have been waiting for 6 months and I don't have any update!!!! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!
I wanted to switch the registration of a vehicle from my wife's name to my name. I called before arriving and the owner told me to bring my wife's license, my license, the title, and proof of insurance. I brought everything I was told and when I arrived there were two people ahead of me. After waiting 45 min for my turn I was told they couldn't help me if my wife wasn't present. Terrible service and they have no problem wasting your time .
I would highly recommend this place. The dmv still haven't change my title in their system, so I can obtain my tags. However, this gentleman told me not to waste my time coming back and forth instead he willingly checked the system when I called before coming in. The gentleman was very helpful and down to earth, thank you!!
Awesome auto tags place. Julio had me set up with registration and new plates within 30 minutes despite discrepancies I had with my address.
He informed me of what needed to be done and walked me through every step of what he was doing to ensure there was complete transparency.
Torresdale Auto Tags is definitely one of the best auto tags locations in the city and they have my business for life. Don't waste your time anywhere else.
julio is fantastic. kind, funny, knowledgeable and personable. he was a pleasure to work with. we were doing a transfer on a title and ran into some issues. we had to come back today and fix it. he was 3 people deep when we arrived and there were 5 people after us. julio was working alone today (others has called out sick) but kept his cool and patience the entire time and with a smile on his face. i will most likely come here from now on just for that!

All I did was call in for information regarding my stickers and boy was I impressed with the professionalism! The gentleman was more than helpful with his knowledge on the new system set in place for registration in PA and explained it with detail. I've been in customer service for over 20 years, I must say they get 5+ stars, A++ as my score! This is how ALL businesses should treat potential and existing customers!! =) Thank you so much!!
Went on a Sunday @ 3:30. They were awesome. Took great care of me, didn’t rush me, provided me options and took care of what was needed. Great business!

Don't go here unless you want to be robbed!! Ever since the older man left the new guys that work in there have made this place go to sh!! My husband went there 9 months ago to get a title duplicate and still hasn't got it, when he went to them they kept saying they don't know what's going on with it. Finally when he went last week they LIED and said Harrisburg put a stop on it and only refunded him 25.00 out of 81.00 we went somewhere else and they said the guy NEVER PUT IN THE PAPER FOR FOR THE TITLE SMH DONT GO HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE
Update no one tried to get 3 titles or gave multiple addresses, but it's ok cause the complaint to the buisness bureau is in. And go ahead a delete this review like you did all the other bad reviews that were on here. Have a good day!!

Great guy.... Very fair prices fast and great service. Had my paperwork squared away in a half hour title in 5 days. Highly recommend this place I live in bensalem and travel to him in the city. Convenient and right on and off 95.
The most honest people around! i love doing business with them i usually deal with the owner. He truly knows the meaning of you get what you give. its hard finding decent people in the world more or less this city. I WILL NOT go anywhere else for my cars. Torresdale Auto Tags are the only people i recommend people to and the only place i go to when it comes to my cars.
