World Auto Center met & exceeding my expectations when I had 2 insurance claims for 2 different vehicles. He kept constant communication with me & the insurance company as I navigated the entire process for repairing my vehicles. Vittali is my guy.

Respectful, professional and trust worthy staff! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The establishment is clean. I received prompt service and recommendations to keep my car safely running. I will be back soon. I am thankful to have found a new mechanic that I can trust to properly care for my car and not overcharge me for services I do not need.

Really glad I chose this shop to get service! They will work with you to meet your needs. They are VERY flexible when it comes to price and they also don’t have you waiting a copious amount of time for your service to be complete.

I needed my brakes done and the team was able to identify I needed antifreeze and my oil change was due. Everything was completed in the afternoon to accommodate my work schedule. I was able to wait at home while my work was completed. I am happy with the results my car is running great! I recommend this place for your auto care. ?

It’s a joy to ride this car - 2010 BMW 328i, X-Drive. I rediscovered how it should ride in a way to keep me pleased and happy with how it handles. I’m pleased with the work the mechanic(s) performed at AutoWorld The personnel there are represent professionalism extraordinarily well, they get it done and get it done right… I really love my car and these Guys keep it running smoothly. Unfortunately this place not honest . My sprinter van it has problems with electric fuse for my license plate light and the fuse for the cluster Unfortunately I ended up doing bye myself. the didn't even put the wires back at it was .and they tried to find something else on my van to fix it unnecessary just to make more money. I ended up paying $1500 plus for some work less than $300 .l recommend to look for somewhere else

Outstanding customer service, the mechanics take great care in your vehicle and then show you exactly what they have done and how to use it if need be. The waiting area is clean and very comfortable, as well as the restroom . They also have assorted beverages and light snacks available (Free). Try something different, they are definitely worth a try. I’ll be back for sure.

Appreciate the effort this mechanic shop puts into my vehicles! Just yesterday they took me in for an emergency repair on my GMC engine oil issue, did everything in the timely manner and on budget. Appreciate the team, you guys always do great job! ?

Outstanding auto service! Highly recommended. Steve and team have been taking care of my 2 MB SUVs for years. I trust them just as much as the MB service center. They are thorough, highly skilled mechanics. If I could give an extra star for these guys, I would! Superb professionals.

Yet, another terrible shop. DO NOT bring your car here. A ghetto mess. These events occurred in October 2024 This shop charged me for work that it never performed and instead of taking responsibility when it was caught, the workers blamed me for their shortcomings. I paid this shop to replace my motor mounts. I purchased brand new motor mounts from Autozone and dropped them off at the shop for install. A week after World Auto released my car after claiming to have replaced the motor mounts, I took my car to another shop to get my annual inspection. However, I failed inspection because the front motor mount was bad. I paid $900 to have a new motor mount installed. The other shop saved the old motor mount so I could take it back to Autozone for a refund. However, Autozone informed me that the motor mount taken out of the car was not the brand new one that I paid World Auto to replace. When I brought the motor mount to World Auto and showed its staff the video of Autozone’s manager explaining how the motor mount could not possibly be the one I purchased, World Auto’s staff tried to shift blame and then kept trying to change the subject. Instead of giving a refund, World Auto’s manager and service tech offered flimsy, low IQ excuses that make no sense. See attached video of AutoZone employee explaining that the motor mount that World Auto claimed to have put in my car is not an AutoZone part. This shows that World Auto charged me to install a motor mount that it never installed. The motor mount in the video is an old motor mount and not the new one that I purchased from Autozone. In addition to charging me for work not performed, this shop misdiagnosed my car regarding a headlight issue. Even though World Auto did not know anything about how my car’s headlights system works, it still charged me $235 dollars to change a light bulb that was not the problem about which I complained. After World Auto’s service tech admitted that he could not identify the problem with my flickering headlights, I took my car to Eurotech Auto Experts, at 6832 New State Road, to get my headlight properly serviced. Contrary to what this shop advertises, its staff has no more experience working on foreign cars than you do. Do not bring your car to this shop. DON’T DO IT. This shop will misdiagnose your car, charge for unnecessary repairs, and blame you for its mistakes. Not worth the aggravation.

I made a trip to Philly for the first time in many years, completely forgetting just how bad the streets are. Within 30 minutes of entering the city, had 2 completely flat tires because of a missing street grate… I looked up local shops, and World Auto Center had one of the best reputations in the area. I barely managed to get there and I needed to leave Philly by the next morning, and they said not a problem. They showed me a couple of options so I had choices and then ordered 4 new high quality tires from their supplier at a great price - I have a BMW 440i X Drive. By 4pm that Saturday, they notified me it was ready and I was able to pick up my car and continue my trip. I was highly impressed with their professionalism, diligence, and speed with which they were able to get it done. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to get new tires for my BMW, and it’s taken many shops days to get new tires (typically I have to call around and see who will be best/quickest but I didn’t have to with World Auto)… these guys did it in less than a day and on a Saturday too! Their pricing was very fair as well, which is why I decided to replace all 4 tires. I hope I never have to come back to them again, but I definitely would trust them with my cars any day of the week and value the great of service they provide. Thanks again for your help!

Very knowledgeable and very clean. Everything tidy and organized. World Auto Center floors are clean and employees neat and clean. Speaking to them made me feel at ease about leaving my car for service. I will be repeating business with the for all services my car will require.

Came to World Auto Center for a quick oil change. They advised me to get my inspection done since it was going to expire this month. Turned out I also needed new brake pads. I did not feel pressured, the staff was friendly and George is a great guy. Clean office and a convenient location. Highly recommend!
