Started bringing my car here when I need an inspection. I called them for a repair they don’t normally do but hooked me up anyway (tail light replacement). Service is great, fair prices.

Took my truck in for brake line leak and a thumping noise on driver side. Brake line was replaced and sway bar, outer tie rod , and upper control arm cost was almost $1,000 and still have thumping noise. When Rafael called to tell me what it need and made a comment this is what it needs but might not solve problem. Will never recommend them. So disappointed

Great place! We used to go to the other popular shop in the area, for years, but they started to be too busy, and we switched to Keller's a few years ago. It's less crazy, and every bit as good.

Keller's saved the day and restored my faith in mechanics! After breaking down on the side of the road, visiting two other shops, and being given the absolute runaround (I was told by another shop that I needed expensive parts when THEY just didn't tighten the belt associated with a part I'd already bought from them and paid them to replace), I found Keller's! They were immediately kind to me as we worked together to schedule a time, did EXACTLY what I asked them to in a super efficient and honest manner, kept me updated throughout the process, and their pricing was super reasonable. I definitely brought them some anxious and chaotic energy and they were so kind and reassuring. Thanks to Keller's, my trusty 2001 Subaru Forester is back on the road and I will come back for all future car needs!

These guys are awesome. It’s nice walking into an auto shop and being dealt with in a straight forward, no BS manner. Prices are fair and reasonable and have never once had an issue with their quality of work.

Service: Transmission rebuild and timing belt replacement. Where do I begin? I brought my Honda Pilot to Keller’s because I was having transmission and engine concerns. Not only were they completely understanding of my concerns they explained every option in detail I had. They immediately came up with a plan of action and took my car in for repair. Keller’s communicated with me throughout the entire process even when delayed due to no fault of their own (some necessary parts on back order). Fast forward and I received my car back and that baby purred like a kitten. This establishment is the epitome of professionalism, respect, and care. Keller’s proves that great service does not come cheap. They were worth every dollar and some. I found a new place my vehicles will be going to when any repairs are necessary. Thank you! And I’m sure such a great job was done I won’t be seeing you all soon. Job well done!

Highly recommend! They are so reasonable and fast! They always have you and your car’s best interest in mind. I’ve been taking my car here for years and they are nothing but good to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This place is horrific. I'm an out-of-towner from New York. They charged me $1500 to fix my over heating engine. They seemed great when we met. The gentlemen I dealt with Raphael, actually grew up around the block from me. We hit it off until I picked up my jeep, got on the road, and had my jeep over heating an hour into my ride home. Nothing was fixed for $1500. Mistakes happen but there was nothing done to help me moving forward. They wanted me to pay to tow it back to the shop over an hour a way. They offered me no compensation or refund/partial-refund. This shop cares about nobody or nothing other than money. STAY AWAY. Message me for more details, pictures, receipts, etc. Chris from NY

I spent almost 2 hours today trying to get a tire plugged and was told by other businesses I needed 2 new tires - I called Keller’s and they had my tire plugged and air refilled within minutes. They were honest, straightforward, and reliable and I will definitely be going to them again in the future!

I was sent here by another autoshop because they were booked out. They said Keller’s are good people and do a great job. Raffaele helped get my car in and out quickly for an oil change and rotation.

The people at Keller’s are incredible! They always take care of me quickly and efficiently. I have never once felt pressured or ripped off by them. I recommend them for everyone, especially those feeling nervous about their car maintenance and repairs.

Be honest, be direct, and don't expect miracles because they're earning a living just like you but this is definitely one of the most honest and reliable auto shops I've dealt with & my best friend of 25 years ran a shop like this so take my word for it. Cars including my Lexus aren't peaches and cream but these guys will do you right

These guys know how to get it done and at a fair price. I went in this morning to get a leaky tire looked at and it was patched and refilled in no time (and no charge!). They do a good job at fitting around your schedule even when they have a lot of cars to take care of. Rafael helped me out today and got my car in and out and on the road again. Definitely a good go-to auto shop for Roxborough/Manayunk area.

I’ve been a customer for 5+ years. Keller’s auto is hands down the the best auto repair shop. They are thorough, timely, and honest… truly amazing staff. I just moved to philly and didn’t know where to take my car. I stumbled upon Kellers and all of their good reviews & I am so glad I did. They got me in within a week to fix exhaust & brake problems. They were honest, nice, and were good with communication as well as showing me what the bad parts looked like once I picked the car up. Only hiccup was I didn’t know where to find their drop box for my keys when I tried to drop my car off the night before, so def ask about that if you’re planning on going early as well. Definitely recommend them!!

Have been using Keller's Auto Repair the last few years after a local recommended them. We've used a few local garages with mixed results. Keller's is fair, honest and has gone the distance time and again. This review is long overdue. My wife's Honda Odyssey had developed a persistent issue with the alternator. Keller's originally serviced it and naturally we've taken it back to them each time. Last time around we were traveling for a family vacation and the alternator belt snapped. Out of town and in desperation we took it to another garage, who diagnosed the cause as something else. After a discussion with that shop owner and things not adding up, I called Keller's and spoke with the owner. Out of his concern, he drove his personal truck and trailer down that night to our location (southern Delaware), towed the van back to Philadelphia and had it repaired within 24 hours. Very few shop owners I've known over the years would have gone "above & beyond" for something like that. Needless to say, we were very impressed and thankful for the integrity and honest work from Keller's. Bill, Rafael and the shop are stand up people.

I had damage to my bumper on my Honda Civic. We called Keller's and they said if we could drive the car, bring it over and they'd look at it. This was near the end of the day and I was worrying what would happen if my car needed to stay there overnight as i needed it the next morning. We got there and they took the car right away. They were able to fix it immediately and for a much more reasonable price than I expected. They were friendly and reassuring, and made me feel like I was in good hands. Keller's came through for me and helped turn my day around. I 100% recommend them!!

A place like this is why I choose "mom and pop" shops over corporations. Have an older vehicle, was nervous about some lights that came on while traveling. Rafael was able to get my car inspected quickly and went above and beyond to try to diagnose my problem. They want to be able to get you back on the road quickly and safely with out breaking your pocket. Highly recommend! And thank you!

How does this place have a high rating and they're service etiquette sucks. I purchased a new vehicle that I need for work. I called for a vehicle inspection and I was asked for my personal information just to be told my appointment was a week or two from now. Man please. My business and I need my vehicle today. From the rip they should have told me the earliest they had was weeks ahead and we could have end the conversation right there. 4.9 my a double scribble. Thumbs down.

I needed electrical wiring installed for a trailer connector and Keller's Auto came recommended by my trustworthy neighborhood mechanic. The professionals at Keller's Auto were able to get the work completed in time for a cross-country vacation that I had planned. They also installed additional switches to ensure that I could turn off the power if I ran into any issues on the road. I highly recommend Keller's Auto for their quality work, timeliness, and fair pricing.

Went to Keller's on a recommendation and they saved my new business by fixing my head gasket on my work van and avoided having to replace it like the all the other shops wanted to. Real experts that know all the tricks and schemes of other shops. These guys are great; highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I both use Keller’s for any car problems we have. They do a great job and have a fast turnaround time. They communicate well and are very professional. Im new to town, it was very relieving to find an honest wrench (without having grown up here) his business practices make him successful because it's easy for his customers to give him repeat business. Enough said, yes take your car there.
