I have been dealing with this location for awhile and seen a few different faces there, the newest is the young lady who seems to be of Latin background who I have witness help lots of non English speaking and those of us that do speak English and she goes above and beyond most parts companies in this area, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful the whole staff are doing a great job and will continue my parts business here thank you Mrs Yahaira

deliveries take over an hour, they don't call when they can't deliver something that doesn't fit in their tiny delivery cars and mini pickups, the women who answer the phone dont seem to know anything of value in the way of autoparts, everything is a hold please even when the phones are quiet and there's hardly anyone in the store( my wife and I tested this theory, she went in while I called, they were texting instead of helping customers) was a better parts supply location when it was run by Ben and his brother R.I.P Barry, It was called Crest and it was Poja warehouse, that ran like a swiss watch, now it runs like a dead battery WALMART SEIKO. Take your money to Autozone or Berrodin or just a different napa

Customer service was impeccable. I came in for breaks, and I had bought the wrong breaks for my car, and they happily replaced the brakes with the right ones

Had a major last minute break down and needed a new lower radiator hose. Called first to make sure they had the part and thankfully they did! walked there and although it wasn't packed, it wasn't slow either. we were in and out in 10 minutes. The woman who answered the phone and checked for the part was really nice and helpful m unfortunately I don't recall her name and the gentleman who helped us made sure we had everything we needed from clamps, antifreeze and razor blades just in case. the store was very clean and well stocked. I definitely recommend going here if needed. everything was reasonably priced ?
