My car was in a difficult position, with the undercarriage stuck in a snow bank on a local street. The dispatch coordinators were clear and helpful. The man operating the tow truck was especially professional, strategic, and effective: he recovered my vehicle from the tight situation with care and without any damage. Helped move my moms car to her new house in Ardmore. Very helpful – even loaded awashing machine and dryer to the flatbed tow truck.

The tow truck driver helped me out of an impound situation and didn’t make me feel stressed at all. Super friendly and reasonable pricing for the distance too.

I was stuck in the middle of the night with a dead battery near Philly on our yearly leaf watching trip to the Poconos. Capstone showed up in 30 minutes like the lady mentioned on the phone. The price was totally reasonable considering that it was like 1am in the wee hours. Family was freaking out so I was so glad they showed up quickly. I would’ve paid more honestly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! $270 for a 6 miles tow. Capstone towing does not exist, they subcontract the tow to the cheapest company in the area. You will pay a huge price and wait for 2 1/2 hours. Save yourself a headache and call a real local company like cioffi's towing.

$250 for a job that South Philly Towing Company does for $125. They originally offered me a rate of $150, then the driver jacked it up $100. Asked why, and he said it was due to mileage; then when I asked for the breakdown/where he’s coming from he said it was actually a flat rate. Made a couple of other excuses, sketchy scam

my car broke down in center city at 3am and i called capstone towing company and they were there to get my car within a hour and it was back to my house in the northeast in a hour ! was also a great price. driver was very nice, will definitely call again if needed !

This is not a real towing company. The number listed is forwarded to another towing company. Also your website does not work to contact. If you want me to contact you directly, post YOUR phone number in your reply and not the phone number listed on google because it does NOT work.

Got towed from old city when my car broke, they couldn’t have made it any easier for me, would use these guys again in a heartbeat
