Terrible experience . First has to get my wheels replaced twice do to unfinished areas. Next not even ONE week later ine of the rims they sent out to repair had the PAINt chip off. Smh. Don’t even want to go back and deal with this issue because whom i believe was the owner was not pleased with the first time i had to return the rim for repair do to it not being done correctly. They did send out the wheels to get repaired when i informed them but for what … not one week later this bs. Im posting a picture. Take a look for yourself.
Very thankful for AAAA Hubcap Heaven. They came to my rescue with a new rim after running over a bolt this morning. My partner called ahead and they had it ready for me and even carried it out. Great service and business!
This store helped me secure new replacement wheels for my vehicle for thr same price as refurbished or start price of getting my old refurbished. Very happy to get new factory spec wheels.
Mike was very upstanding with the sale of a set of rims for my wife's Acadia. Not being an internet buyer, Mike set them aside for me till I could drive to his shop with no deposit. Meeting with him at 6:00 right after they opened, was loaded and back on the road in 10 min. Glad to have found him, will recommend to my Automotive connections,

Great experience was looking to replace a rare hubcap and they had it right on the wall in and out in 10 minutes friendly staff very helpful thanks guys will be back in the future
I ordered a rim for my BMW 535i from AAAA Hubcap Heaven because my old rim had 2 cracks in it from driving through a big pothole. I received the refurbished rim, which was $150 less than a brand new rim, the next day. It looked to be in very good condition and had it mounted along with a new tire at a local tire shop. The car is not driven frequently and after 7 days of sitting in the driveway the sensor indicated "low rear tire". I filled tire to manufacture PSI and within 7 days I got same "low tire" indicator. I took the car back to my local tire shop and they found a crack in the rim where air was leaking out and said the crack was previously repaired and if they repair it, it will eventually leak again. I called up AAAA Hubcap Heaven to explain the situation and was advised to return the rim for a full refund! I was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service I received and will update this review to reflect my entire experience once my refund is processed, but so far my experience has been a positive one!

AAAA Hubcap Heaven is the absolute worst. They don't care about Brown and Black people. The one guy violently hung the phone in my ear for asking legitimate questions. I requested to speak to the manager and another guy, Michael, still acted in the same manner. SHAMEFUL!!
I brought a hubcap from them that they put on didn’t hear a snap to make sure it lock and secure it fell right off called to update them of the situation and told me my tired was bend but Nissan dealership told me it wasn’t just wasn’t put on right now.... now they won’t replace it or do a discount for another
Really needed to replace a hubcap at a short notice. They said there were open, so I drove half an hour there to come in. Called at the gate, went to voicemail. Don't say you'll be open if you want to close up shop later. Unreliable.
This review if for when they restore a wheel for me 8 years ago. This place is awesome, on time, and will complete the job exactly how you asked for it. At that time, I was driving two cars. One on the weekends, Lexus GS 450h, and to work, 2000 Hyundai Elantra. The wheel for the Hyundai was ben, so Hubcap Heaven recored it. I don't know what that means, but it was fixed and the price was reasonable. Today, I just referred a friend to their facility and that's what brought my mind to review them. Thank you Hubcap Heaven.
