Customer service was HORRIBLE. They barely speak English for one , when I asked which service provided rims to be cleaned there was no clear answer and got the wrong package. They also was rough with my 2025 vehicle and did a half job. I drive for a living and this was unacceptable. As someone black and from the LGBTQ community I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will not be spending my money here EVER again.
I been coming here 20plus yrs plz don’t start know new stuff the guys here been great and plz leave it like that I would hate too take my business somewhere else
This was my first time here I went in for gas ,it was cheaper than where I was going that day . But when I came back two days with my friends car , it was high as the other places round the block. I was like man ! I just hope the gas was worth it that day ,some times when the gas is cheap it's like your car is running on water .
I’ve gone there plenty of times i can’t lie it’s been good service but last time was the worst . I’m a truck driver I’m always on the road i got my oil changed there maybe a month and a half ago my car had just been sitting since the day i got back. MY CAR HAS NO ISSUES. But i come home and all my oil has leaked out . And its leaked out because they didn’t put the oil drain plug back on correctly now i can’t even move my car and i been calling and not even getting a answer
Changed oil and replace the cabin filter and engine on after couple days. Took it to dealer and the filter was installed incorrectly because they simply didn’t take their time causing me to spend more for replacing and diagnostic. Never again. I should have known after others had issues.
This place is great!! Been going here for years, it's always the same. No long wait affordable and the free car wash that comes with it, which I like a lot! Would definitely recommend
Brought my car here regularly for oil changes until I realized they weren't changing my oil. Had a sensor go bad, took it to mechanic who said the sensor only goes bad when the oil isn't changed. The video shows black oil coming out of my car that had an "oil change" the week prior at this location. A very costly repair. Will not bring my car back.
This guy last Saturday told me my radiator was busted and that he couldn’t change the oil. I took it across the street and they told me they lie all the time because they ARE LAZY. there was absolutely nothing wrong with my radiator took it to Midas it was FINE. Whoever owns that place needs to fire this guy who works Saturday. U lost a customer and I’ve been going there for years
We black they want us for our money and that’s all. Very rude, nasty and disrespectful. They close when they want then get an attitude when you question them about it. Been going for years but I refuse to return. If I could I’d give 0 stars
Do not take your car here after years of taking my car here for an oil change I was told the bolt on the oil pan was stripped and they couldn't do an oil change after explaining I only bring my car here they said ok we give you new bolt free of charge so today 3/16 I go and they tell me the same thing they strip bolts then refuse service this place is not good please avoid this place!!!
Always a great and wonderful experience in and out no long waits even though they do get alot of customers it's never nerve wrecking I've been going here for years I can be on the other side of Philly I will drive all they way over here just to get my oil changed.
10 minute oil change for $39 and a free basic car wash.
When going to this location for an oil change. There is a simple routine to follow. The gas station and car wash are a separate business from Philly Lube. Park your car facing the garage doors, as if you were going to park inside. Leave at least 100 feet for cars to maneuver out of the garage. Your car will be positioned like it's going South on 309/Ogontz Ave. Wait in your car and pay attention to the other cars around you, it's first come first serve. The tech will approach your car from the garage. Tell him you want an oil change (or other service, check for those prices) and get out, leaving the keys inside. He will drive your car to the garage and start service. If there is a problem they'll let you know. If it cost more than the standard $39 + tax they will tell you before they start. When complete you go inside the office located to the right of the garage and pay. They accept cash and cards.
I love they are quick, no appointment necessary and they do a good job with reasonable rates. They may top off fluids and if they see any future car repair needs they will inform and suggest.
I pulled in and was told that my filter was too tight and they couldn't do the oil change. I was referred to a local garage and asked if there was anything unusual about my filter and they were puzzled. You obviously have unexperienced people that instead of saying how unexperienced they are would rather say the problem is with your vehicle.
I actually was complemented by the mechanic for the way I maintained my car and how it's refreshing to see oil that isn't burned out and sluggy. So I will never return for any type of car care again.
I always come here for my oil changes and car wash! Came here today at 8am and was in and out in 6 minutes. Just need an oil change today. Unbelievable service every time!! Fast, efficient, professional service. Thank you!
