I recently had the opportunity to use Provision Collision & Auto Body Repair Shop after my car was involved in a minor accident, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a thorough assessment of the damage my vehicle sustained. The transparency during the whole process was refreshing—as they explained every step, I felt well-informed and reassured.

The repair work was outstanding! My car looked as good as new when I picked it up, and they even detailed the interior as a nice little bonus. ? The turnaround time was also impressive. They completed the repairs sooner than expected, which was a huge relief for my busy schedule.

Additionally, they handled all the communications with my insurance company, which saved me a lot of hassle. The pricing was fair, considering the quality of work done.

Scratched up the side of my bmw on a pillar completely took the paint off and dented up the side and door of car…. RAY IS THE MAN this guy had me up and running good as new in 36 hours I brought it to him on a weekend he even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to call an Uber. Truly great work and stellar prices. Ray beat the next closest quote by a few hundred dollars and did work twice the quality. Seriously if you ever need help with collision, insurance or not Ray is your guy he treats everyone like actual family thanks again!!

Ray is incredible. I came in when someone it the front passenger side of my car. I was devastated. Ray took care of me. He was an angel to my friend and I, and promised to deliver me my car in beautiful working condition. He did just that. I picked up my car yesterday and it looks brand new. Took my BMW 650i there for some front end work after an accident. He did such A good job I took my Mercedes there after being hit last week. Owner is good people, will do whatever he can to make you happy and do the job right.

I would recommend anybody here. Family and friends. I had to have my roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. The owner kept me updated the whole time. The repair was done fast and I was impressed on how well it turned out because it looked unfixable.

Ray is amazing and the services from this shop are perfection. On two occasions I needed to get body work done due to hit and run type situations. Each repair was perfect. Ray and his team gets repairs done very timely. Because of the short time without my car I prefer his service to that of the body shop Geico suggests which takes forever. When I got my car back, it was completely detailed and looked amazing. The last time I took my car in Ray had fixed a small issue I had with my trunk and didn't even charge me for it. I recently purchased a new work van had some rear end damage definitely knew to would be a challenge to fix it back to normal. I met with Nicole the office manager she scheduled a meeting with Ray . Ray gave me a quote to get it all fixed up. Great customer service experience..second time taking my car to provision collision. RAY owner and operator of this shop. Ray handled everything for me with the insurance companies to the car rental. They go above and beyond for their customers..and anybody who wants it done right THE FIRST ROUND..PROVISION COLLISION IS THE PLACE TO START. IF THE STARS COULD GO HIGHER they would be defently at 10 STAR CHOICE !!!!!!

I brought my newer car in to replace a damaged bumper, fender, scratch repair and paint job. It only took 2.5 days to complete and looks brand new! I would recommend this place to anyone. Ray was awesome and handled my insurance company and the entire process. Everything went smoothly.

Ray was great. He kept in touch with me and my husband throughout the entire time my car was getting done.
