I drove over a nail and they fixed/patched my tire at a reasonable price (less than $30). The only thing that could be improved is the amount of time it took to repair. I was there for about 3 hours, but I was still grateful they were able to handle it on the same day without an appointment! Thank you!

First of all, Addison was amazing. He walked me through everything with patience, kindness, and humor. I learned I missed my annual inspection/emissions from a ticket on my car, so I really appreciated being able to make an appointment for this the same day I called. And they were able to complete another needed repair the very next day. They would have done this the same day but needed to order the part. Great experience overall. Highly recommend!

This location is well run. The technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my vehicle problem accurately. It was the starter, and they replaced. The waiting time was reasonable. Their prices are competitive. I was very satisfied.

This place used to be good. I was recently about to get an inspection here. However I wasn't able to bc they don't accept emails for your registration & insurance. We currently live in a digital age, and if a cop can accept it the auto location should as well. This is a bad business practice.

After a long week of moving my teenager into college, I picked up a nail in my tire the night before I was supposed to drive 800 miles back home to Nashville. It could have been patched but I didn't feel safe to drive so far on a patched tire. Unfortunately, my car has a tire size that most shops do not keep in stock so I was feeling stressed and nervous about how long it might take to get a replacement. I called the shop first thing Saturday morning and, of course, the answer I expected was true. They offered to order it and install on Monday but I was scheduled to work my job at home Sunday morning. I explained my situation and the manager offered to go get the new tire from distribution that morning and told me to bring the car at 1pm. I was unsure if they would actually follow through, as I could tell they were very busy and I'm just a random person from out of state. I was at their mercy and they could have given me the run around or put me at a low priority behind local customers. Not only did they come through but they did so exactly when they said they would. They replaced my tire quickly and took great care with my car as well. Beyond that, all of the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. As I thanked them on the way out and told the owner I appreciated his extra efforts to help me (as well as his patience with me) he said "That's what we do, we help people!" Yes they do. They deserve your business.

I went to the Pepboys on Stenton Ave in Philadelphia, it was the last minute they were about to close within the hour and Addison at the front desk helped me throughout the whole process, he was professional, patient and kind...an absolute pleasure to work with. I used to go to the one on Easton Rd because it's closer to my job but after the great service I received here, this will now be my home shop. Thanks to the workers in front and back who did a great job.

As soon as I came in yo Pep Boys, I was greeted with a smile and “how can I help you” by Walter. Great customer service is hard to find today and especially at an auto repair store, I was impressed. I came in for an oil change and I was out in a little bit over an hour. It was an awesome experience!

Rafael was a great help over the phone prior to my appointment and kept me updated on progress, i called a few times while my car was being serviced to ask more questions and he promptly got answers from technicians for me. When i got there for pick up everyone promptly asked me if I needed assistance and I was in and out. Waiting room was clean and they went above and beyond with their service.

Haven’t been to Pep boys for service for a while. The store has changed my appointment was honored. It was not an all day process. Services i needed were suggested but not forced on me. I have a warranty and was able to use my coupon (the best part). Thank you Pep Boys!

Jeff is an excellent manager, the store is clean and efficient. Great place to bring your car for service.

They forgot to put oil in my car ruined the engine. Had to replace it and they gave me a hard time about it. The replaced it with an old engine. They put grease all in the inside of the car and scraped the tires up. Very unprofessional and lied about everything. Rodney was terrible. Y’all need to do better
