Stay away from this place! They are thief’s!they lie to you til they get your car and then they disappear! I have to take them the court and I will! Stay away from the trouble not worth it!

My daughter 21 was in a car accident coming from work alone when someone ate the light leaving her in an area by herself with the Man that caused the accident these tow truck company came right away and was there with her until I arrived which I truly appreciate it cause it was like 6am anyway they truly helped her with the car and everything else nice guys all of them as a parent I appreciate that they came through with no problem

Yeah so don’t come to this shop. Got into an accident and the cops send this tow/auto company. At first, very friendly and professional. He said he could work to get save me as much money as possible but he couldn’t guarantee anything. Me being a person who like second opinions, called another shop recommended to me by a friend. They had a better bang for my buck so I wanted to have my car transferred. At first the tow and storage was free because he thought I was going to let him fix my car. Now he’s saying he is owed money yet when my insurance tries to call to rectify, he doesn’t answer, so he is HOLDING MY CAR AGAINST MY WILL. DoNOT come here. They are manipulative, conniving, and money hungry.

Although my insurance totalled out my car, these guys were super nice and professional when towing and dealing with my truck back in June. I got so lucky that one of their tow truck drivers happened to see my accident, he stopped right away to help! I was moving 3+ hours away and in the hospital the day after the accident, and they were very cooperative and patient with arranging with my family to get my things. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Philadelphia area.

Terrible. Currently dealing with police and lawyers Because they stole my car promise to fix it and don't answer the phone!! Theives and crooks.

Never use this place. They are crooks. Just look at the location. They will try and keep your car and never answers The phone. I had to get a ok awwyer to deal with it. You were warned

A good collision company to work with. The tow truck drivers are cool guys and the work they can do on your car is great.

SCAM Worst place to use after an accident. Held my car hostage for a month to collect towing fees from insurance. Then sent the car to his buddies shop. Took 4 months to get car repaired. Went to get car inspected after and my frame was bent. Motor pressed against the subframe. Anyone who actually puts a car on the lift.

After waiting 2 hours for Statewide Road Service to then call and only tell me maybe another 45 minutes, I called my insurance company to cancel the tow and to request a new tow. Direct Auto Towing was contacted and man was this company on point. Not only did they arrive faster than I was told, the tow driver called me. I was not expecting the driver to arrive so fast. When I asked him, he said "I take my job seriously and don't want to waste your time or mine. Other drivers take there good old time and milk the clock. Not me." The bright red tow truck looked brand new both inside and out. No pot belly or scruffy beard with oil soaked clothes, he was clean cut and looked professional. He towed my car over to Helix and I would call them directly for a tow anytime.

If I could give thos company a 0 star review i definitely would. Waited over 3 hrs for a no show. While wearing 1 shoe in center city. (Shoe was destroyed in accident) Absolute garbage company. Avoid at all costs.

The staff was very prompt and professional, my vehicle went thru the claim process smoothly and was returned to me in excellent condition. I would highly recommend!

Never in my life have I dealt with a towing company which I can say is honest, truthful and kind. Didn’t ask for a penny upfront like pushy tow companies do. Help me fill out my claim, calmed me down. Offered me food. Customer service means something here

Very helpful was my birthday yesterday and my car was hit while it was parked and they were great to me and I'm sitting in there office and they are still helping me if your ever In an accident or need to.be towed call direct auto they are awesome and very kind and great at their job

Do not let them tow your car, you will not get it back. They will lie to you about the price, and then charge some random astronomical administrative fee on top of towing if you want it back.

I typically don't go out of my way to write reviews, but Direct was so extremely helpful in a time of need that I felt I had to. I'm from NYC and was visiting Philadelphia and got into a car accident with my Mercedes and Direct took care of everything. My car was delivered back to my home in New York less than 2 weeks later. They made sure I was taken care of in that time period and made everything so easy for me. Thank you Direct!!!!!!! Highly recommend!

These guys are great helped me get my Mercedes to a shop and fix it back to normal if not better. I didn't have t put any money out of pocket and they helped me with a upgraded rental car. No complaints here just don't leave your car there for days and read and ask questions prior to signing your car to any tow company. Thanks guy

I got into a car accident in Philadelphia while out on a Friday night. These guys where first on the scene even before the cops. It made me a little nervous but I let them tow my car. The next day Frank called to help with everything including finding a body shop. My car looked better than new!

These guys are truly amazing! These guys came to the rescue when I got in to a wreck. Frank help me setup the claim with my insurance company and got me in a rental the same day. Will do business again!!

these guy rock. i have liability insurance on my car and they fought for me to get into a rental the next day and took care of my whole claim for me. Blaze AND Kevin bought my kids drinks at the accident scene and the gentleman working in the office frank was a huge help. these guys are complete professionals nothing like those other wreck chasers out there who just tow your car and don't care what happen to you.

These people are the lowest of low. They charged my son $650 for a couple of miles. They stored it less than 48 hours. When they picked it up they lied to us both. These are the kind of people that make me think all of humanity is in the crapper!!! Thanks guys for your lying, cheating and money hungry thieving. Jerks!

They are extortionist... They said they would tow my mothers car to her mechanic but instead took the car to their lot and when she called and asked where her car was they said she owed them $700. She told them her car wasnt worth that much they told her to bring them $300 and the title to the car. When she asked to speak to a supervisor the woman said there where no supervisors and that she was the only person that she would be dealing with. They prey on people that have just been in an accident steal their car and extort money from them to get their car back. I wish i could give them no stars but one star is the lowest option.

Total rip-off operation. They claimed to be an AAA shop when they showed up before the AAA truck being sent by my call to AAA. They are NOT an authorized AAA business. Their cards say "Towing and Collision Repair" and "Certified with All Insurance Companies," neither of which is true. They are only a towing operation and don't have a body shop but want to send your car to Hammer Collision (check their reviews on Google). When we decided not to use them or their "services," it cost over a thousand dollars to get the car out of their tow lot. A one star rating only because that is the lowest you can give.
