I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE SERVICE AND EXCELLENCE THEY HAVE. I WILL NOT GO TO ANYONE BUT MY GUYS AT AP AUTO. THEY ABSOLUTELY TAKE CARE OF ALLLL THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY HAVE THE BEST MECHANICS AROUND. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!
I like this place for parts and repair services on my car , TiTo is the go to person to set up your service and see that the work is done right . It's a nice group of young guys who know the business well . Hats off to you ,well done !
They aligned a 06 Escape that I had all apart and steering wheel was off to the left. Short wait, in and out and wheel is perfectly straight at a reasonable price!
Terrible customer service – especially disappointing for women customers. I’ve had to replace my brakes and rotors twice in just 5 months. The first time was in December. Within 3 months, the brakes started grinding again. I brought the car back, and they refused to honor the work—charging me again for both parts and labor.
A month later, the grinding returned. I went back yet again, and they still wouldn’t take responsibility. My husband had to step in and argue with them just to get any kind of resolution. In the end, they still charged us labor.
To make matters worse, they told my husband one price over the phone—but when I showed up in person, they tried to charge me $20 more. Completely unprofessional and shady.
It really is a hit or miss with this place…if you don’t know Spanish they will try to get over on you. I spent over 5k in the mechanic shop and they will say they fixed something and I’m starting to noticed almost everything they said they fixed is not I could go on and on. At last I was a very dedacated customer but now I will never go back there or send anyone else not even a full year and I have to replace all 4 motor mounts again! And they don’t be trying to hear you out or nothing.
It’s really hit or miss. They installed a new catalytic converter for me with new O2 censors. They did it wrong because a week later it went out and had to be done over by another shop. More recently I went because my car kept shutting off even after replacing the battery. Check engine light was on. They told me nothing was wrong. Of course it was something wrong. Alternator like I thought but figured I get them to check it out and do the work. Apparently there’s just anybody working there. Yet the tinting person knows what they are doing. Such a joke. And they will respond to give them a call and they will handle things but it’s far from true. Take business elsewhere
First of all, I like the customer service and they have a very nice great food. I like them seafood and I bought some chicken tenders with the OMG yum Yum sauce. It was my first time for me is five star. The food was so delicious.
I had a tune up done by one of the mechanics in this shop, two days later my engine flooded. All I needed was a tune up, nothing was wrong with my car until these guys worked on it. The next mechanic that serviced my vehicle explained that someone had to make this mistake before I even told him I just had work done a couple days prior. I relayed my issue to the shop and they took no responsibility nor tried to help in any form. Not professional and they have anybody in there working on your cars. Just be cautious if you deal with these guys.
I came here to do a break change. It was completed. My car a week later started to make noise. I brought the vichel back to be looked at. They refused would not tell me why . Try to get a oil change. Just for them to still refuse to do service my vichel. Not sure why they refused me. They proceeded to tell me my engine was going without checking my vichel. His name was Bobby
This is the best place to take my car. The mechanic Hamilton is excellent and does a great job. I give it a five stars because he deserves it. I recommend Hamilton 100%. He's very transparent when it comes to issues with your car and price is reasonable.
It’s funny how I had my car for a year until I went to them to replace my starter. 2 days after, my car started overheating and leaking coolant. I took it back twice for that same issue and they can’t figure out what they did purposely or accidentally. The communication is horrible. After getting my car towed in I explained the problem. They never called me back so I went in two days later to find out what was going on only to find out they never looked at it because they forgot what happened and lost my number. I guess they were unprofessional because I’m a female. Take your vehicle elsewhere for major repairs to save time and money.
Dropped off my van for and oil leak and Tito made sure I got the best price. My car was fixed and running smooth. Thanks so much for doing great work and providing excellent customer service.
Excellent service and price. The professional mechanics and auto experts at AP Auto are the best mechanic shop in Philadelphia. If you want a no BS mechanic, go here. I’ve been coming for many years and I’ve never experience the BS that Midas and mechanic shops gave me and my wallet in the past.
Lived in hunting park for years an never knew they were there people are helpful there an they have parts that are cheap an the parts that are pricey. Its always good to have options I definitely recommend them and they do repairs??
I would highly recommend going to this place because number one it's a parts place number to the service department is fabulous the people that run it are so intelligent know what they're doing and do it well I would highly recommend this place

Remember I had a problem with my Harley tail light kept popping out and I was able to stop in there get the bulb I need it for my Harley and I took off never actually pretty cheap very reasonable cheaper than Pep Boys 9 cheaper than AutoZone for a the light bulb I need for my bike yes I would definitely recommend you stop and there seems like a pretty good to stay if it's really nice and very helpful and it seems like he can get probably get some parts done Parts cheaper now get repairs done that a half decent price I've heard from a couple people that went there and said that the mechanic are very knowledgeable and hey why not got to save some money somehow don't you
In my opinion keep in mind I've been going to them for quite some time they do very good work very prompt very professional keep in mind there latino-american but nonetheless excellent work
I find "AP Auto Service"to be a very fair & reliable establishment. Auto parts are extremely fair. & the Mechanics are all extremely professional if you choose to have them do ANY REPAIRS on your vehicle. I highly recommend them for purchasing parts & or repairs.
Hands down, the most trustable shop in the city. I’ve dealt with a bunch of mechanics/auto stores and AP Auto is without a doubt number one in my book. They do just about anything and get it done in a clean, professional, and timely manner while offering prices that are the best I’ve ever gotten. You want new brakes? Rotors? Shocks/Struts? Inspection? Oil change? They do it all! Don’t go to any other place!
