Got my windshield replaced at a very reasonable cost. Staff was friendly and had cute cats hanging around. Very quick visit too.

I happened across them because my sister got her windshield replaced and I also needed mine done. Great price over big name competitors.. and had my windshield done same day in about a hour and 30 mins!!

Avoid this place at all costs!! The moment you walk in, you’re hit with a smell that’s reminiscent of week-old cat litter—and unfortunately, the customer service matches the odor. I brought my truck in for a windshield replacement, left a deposit, and was told I’d get a call within a few days. That call never came. When I followed up, they told me to drop off my truck and said it would be ready in about three hours. Two hours later, I got a call saying they couldn’t replace the windshield because if they removed the chrome trim around it, they wouldn’t be able to reinstall it. They told me I’d have to get a new (and “expensive,” in their words) part from the dealer. It gets worse—when I returned to pick up my truck, my windshield was now cracked straight down the middle, much worse than when I brought it in. The guy with dark hair admitted their repairman caused the damage but said it “needed to be replaced anyway” and there was nothing they’d do about it. I ended up going to SUPREME Autoglass on State Road in Philly—they replaced it in under an hour, charged less, had a cleaner service area, and were way more professional. Bottom line: stay far away from this place. If you go here after reading this, that one’s on you. You’ve been warned!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions and got to work immediately. I was genuinely impressed by how fast and efficient the entire process was. The team clearly knows what they’re doing and takes pride in it. It’s rare these days to find a business that values both quality and customer experience, but this shop nails it. Quick service, excellent craftsmanship, and a friendly team—what more could you ask for? Oh, and a few in-house cats that are adorable! I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

I just got back from Jack's and I want share a really good, No nonsense, experience. I have a Ford Transit connect, 2010, and last night someone busted my window and stole some tools. My insurance company couldn't get anywhere to make an appointment for me until 3 days from now. No way was I going to unpack my truck and leave it out on the street with no window and more possible theft or damage After spending an hour and a half online and on the phone trying to find someone who could do it today, I found Jack's. Chuck literally ordered the part while I was on the phone and told me I could show up in 2 and 1/2 hours. I did -and got it done today. Price was as quoted on the phone and I didn't have to fill out a zillion forms trying to get my personal information... That means I won't have to suffer through deleting a thousand emails in the next 5 years. Bonus: I left my really nice coffee travel mug there ... And they called me to ask if it was mine. Obviously, I hope there won't be a next time, but if there is, I'll skip the insurance company and just go straight to Jack's.

Very poor customer service. The man answering the phone was rude and unhelpful, and unprofessional both times I called. Looking at the other reviews, this guy has been a regular issue for customers for a while.Trip7 is much kinder and more professional. I would take your business there instead. Don’t bother with these jerks

He never met me or touched my car. But as I was hanging up the phone with him, to find someone else who can help me ASAP, he told me, "good luck" with the same arrogance as the bad guy on the movie Taken, and I was immediately annoyed. He was absolutely hoping I would not find someone, I did, it's fixed. Stop being a hater Sir.

Good work, nice prices, and the staff are down to earth and cool but the wait ?‍? I was there for 2 hours waiting for a passenger side window. Could have been high traffic that day. I would recommend this place for sure.

Great service, everyone's nice, in and out within 1.5 hour as a walk in (anyone who knows anything about walk-ins regarding cars, knows that is phenomenal) Went in with what i thought was a busted window motor, turned out to be a bad master switch. They had a Subaru used for parts on the premises (talk about lucky) and fixed it right up. Definitely recommend! also way way wayyyyy cheaper then going to the dealer that's for sure

I had an excellent experience at Jack's. After having 2 windows smashed out of a Friday afternoon right before a holiday weekend I thought I was going to be in a world of financial hurt. A quote I received for a replacement from a national chain nearly made me cry. Luckily Jack's was recommended to me. Not only were they SIGNIFICANTLY less costly — they also had a quicker turnaround time. They literally had my windows replaced less than a day after returning from the holiday. On a personal note, I very much enjoyed chatting with the staff here. They're a nice bunch of guys and they have the most adorably outgoing shop cats. Apparently this place has been around 50 years, and if they keep on like this I feel the odds are good they'll be around for 50 more!

After finding someone had busted a window on one of my car doors I contacted my insurance company who suggested I pay out of pocket since my deductible was more than the window, they recommended Safelite. I made an appointment with them 3 days out (1st available). Then a few people told me to contact Jack's. So glad I did, after getting a quote that was about half the cost Safelite wanted to charge me, I canceled my appointment with Safelite. Jack's ordered my window on Tuesday and Thursday morning I had it replaced in about 2 hours. Great service, nice and helpful staff at an affordable price. Will definitely recommend them to others. Oh and they are good to animals, specifically cats. Love the office cats, especially Rocky!!

Went to take my car in for a windshield replacement and had no issues with my car besides the crack in the windshield. They took over four hours to repair it and THEN when it was done my turn signal would not turn off so they broke my turn signal, when I brought it back in for them to fix they claimed they did nothing wrong and were rude and would not fix the problem or do anything about it, DO NOT GO HERE THEY’LL BREAK YOUR MECHANICS IN YOUR CAR!!!!!

Living in philly eventually you're window is going to get shattered or windshield is going to get cracked depending on what part of the city you commute in. This place did a good job but a couple months later windshield molding came off on one side causing it to flap going highway speeds. Brought the car back and the receipt they did their best to fix it and they did it for free. Prices are reasonable and don't be shy greeting the cats in there lol

Its troubling enough when you walk out to your car on a saturday morning to find that someone broke your car window! I called around for prices and found Jacks had the best and they could install same day.i headed on down and there was a bit of a wait (which was expected seeing how crowded they were). Overall great customer service. Added Bonus: shops cats! ??

Best prices out of 50 states. Great work. Amazing customer service had me out in know time and back on the road! Highly recommend to anyone if you are in the area.

I was told to be there at noon to be out by 1. Got there at noon and they said it was a special order so come back tomorrow at 10 to be out by 11. Got there at 10 and was told that they had to order it again and it was nothing I could do but come back a third time when I don’t even live by the shop. I’m forced to drive back and forth because I had to pay up front for a special order. The people in there are not human and couldn’t care less. I wouldn’t spend money again here just off of character alone

Recommended by my father, my right rear window was shattered from someone attempting to break in it. I have a 2020 BMW X4, Saflite told me they couldn’t repair my car until Tuesday of next week, I called multiple shops for them all to say the same thing and quoted even more money. I called Jack’s around 9:30a and Adam took his time calling multiple suppliers looking for the part and privacy window that my car came with and told me to come right on in. I arrived at the shop by 12:57p and the front desk receptionist called the supplier shop that was closing at 1pm and made sure they sent over the part. I was expecting my car to be done the next day and at 4:55p today I was called that my car was finished. Adam made sure my car was pulled in the front locked up and the worker who helped with my car was outside waiting for me to pull up after their closing time. My window looks just like the others, the tint matches perfectly. I am very pleased plus Jack’s was $150 cheaper than safelite!

I called jacks auto glass I have a 1999 grand Marquis and it is my daily commuter vehicle for work my side driver side vent window was shattered. Jack said give me a few hours I will have the glass. This vehicle is 25 yrs old jack handled it flawlessly it took a day but very satisfied with the repairs.Jacks has been in business 50 plus years great service and great prices I wouldn't let anyone else touch my vehicle for any of glass repairs. There reputation speaks for itself.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place for a cheap windshield replacement. $250 for a front windshield replacement, dropped off in the morning on a Saturday and it was ready by end of day. Guys running the place were super friendly.

I had a great experience at Jack's. I had gotten a quote somewhere else for around $500 but a friend told me about Jack's and it was only $325 to replace the front windshield of my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid. I messaged them on their website and they responded promptly with a quote, a scheduled a time to come in, dropped my car off, and came back a few hours later. Also, they have a really cool cat so I'm about that. Would highly recommend.

Save your time and money. They ordered the wrong style windshield. I couldn't wait another week...so I let them install what they had. So instead of them taking their time getting my inspections stickers off/or cutting the old windshield around them. They ruined the stickers by ripping them. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me...I had to find out on my own. They would not at least attempt to compensate for the damage stickers. Instead they argued me down about how it's the law to have your stickers replaced. Long story short...spend the extra money and go to a place that takes pride in their work and respects their customers time and money.

What an incredibly pleasant experience. I called and asked for a quote to install two windows in my car. Didn't need to make an appointment, so walked in. Was greeted immediately, told them I was going to wait & had a seat. The staff was very nice. Had a great time with the very friendly office cats. Wound up having to leave and came back next day to pick it up. We withing was done, they cleaned the broken glass up out of the car and my bill was exactly my quote. I know some people are complaining about the cats, but in my book, it shows the staff has compassion for animals. They are well taken care of and it didn't bother me at all that they were there. I commend the staff for helping the cats. Jack's will get my business & I will send everyone I know their way. Definitely a pleasant interaction all the way. Thank you guys! You are great! ??

I have cheap on my windshield. Went there and I’m surprised after they done with it. To me seems the job not done. The open bussines for long time they should know better how take care the customers.so i went back inside and spoke with the guy on front desk… thats the best we can do.. they can’t do 100% job done but they will charge customers 100% must pay. Hope the owner can see it. And address their worker how to handle well customers services.

They have good prices on car windows glass + installation. I Payd $135 all.

I had a good experience at Jack's. I called a day in advanced and needed my windshield replaced. They told me they could have the windshield replaced the same day but I wanted to come in first thing in the morning. The price was reasonable and it took roughly 2 hours to remove my old windshield, clean up the area and apply the new windshield. Im happy with the service and the quality. The kept me in the loop every step. It's a bit old and dirty waiting area wise but the techs know what they're doing and that's what matters to me. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to come here.
