BEST BOAT REPAIR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! Exceptional communication.....every detail of what was done is documented, they checked in with me before proceeding to let me know what they found, and they were able to stay within my budget. In addition, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! This is obviously a very well-run business.

Unfortunately my experience was quite unpleasant, the first days I went to this place the ladies who work there treated me very well and with a lot of knowledge. Sadly when it comes to the mechanics of the boat, they like to guess and charge too much without resolving the mechanical problem you went with. After a new antenna that I bought from them went missing, the boat was extremely dirty, the seats were stained, they charged me $1,200.00 and dared to tell me I don't know what your boat has. I took my boat to Laurel Harbor Marina, in New Jersey, these guys 24hrs after I left the boat with them, they called me with the diagnosti and the price. Price was extremely cheap and since then I haven't had a problem with the boat.

I purchased exactly what I needed for my boat motor. Employees were very knowledgeable. Would go back for all my outboard motor parts.

A little over a year ago I was looking for a small outboard motor for a small boat. I was looking on Amazon and found one brand new 6.5hp for about $900. Philadelphia Boat Supply had a used... later model but better brand 9.9hp for $1200. I was really worried by it being such a late model.... being used, I needed something I could count on. It was a hard choice....It came down to " THE LOCAL GUYS...... or...... AMAZON " I took the chance with "Philadelphia Boat Supply".... spent the extra money and got the used outboard motor. When I went to the store to ask about the motor, I was told that it was a good motor, they seviced it and it was good to go. I wanted to wait a year to give a true review. and I must say... taking the chance with "Philadelphia Boat Supply" was one of the best decisions i've made in Years. I Love the Motor So much. It was very well taken care of and im so thankful to have it. I've had such a wonderful experience with those guys. One day I ran into a couple guys from the store at the dock this spring and they remembered me, and that was cool. Anything Boating...... im going to Philadelphia Boat Supply First. I purchased a new Suzuki 115 and couldn’t be happier with the buying experience. I had gotten multiple quotes from other dealers and all of them said that they’re 6 months to a year out on a motor. Philadelphia boat supply estimated 3-6 weeks and got the motor in less than 3 weeks. The instal was fast and very professional and it’s obvious that there is a great group of guys working there. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new motor or service.

I could write a book about these folks!! I was looking for a trailer and ended up with a boat. The price was too good to pass up! The boat had been sitting for a year and had a few issues but they went above and beyond to make sure it ran properly. The part I like the most is that they take you and the boat out on the water so you can see and feel how it runs. I even got some newbie lessons on the water in the process .

We were getting ready to use the boat for a holiday weekend and had a problem with the prop. Even though they were closed, the owner came out and helped us fix our issue and gave us a used part for free as well as great advice for other issues. The owner is an all-around great guy. Update review; I had a backyard mechanic fix my outboard Been a yr or so Runs like a champ. Thank you Philadelphia Boat Supply You saved me tons of $$$$ by not takin some time to just look at it. Took 10 minutes to find out where it was leaking (gasket for exhaust) New gasket and carb rebuild for 300$ AMEN Philadelphia Boat Supply didn't even look at it Had it for 2 weeks! To say "Just buy a new one" I guess your to good for us poor folk! Original review; I'm sure they're great people and do great work usually I guess they've been very busy they said that they work on the small outboards only when it rains it'll take a couple weeks call back a week two weeks later they assume it was a carburetor so go ahead and do it a week later when they started to do it they said it's leaking water in the casing it's not worth it to fix buy a new one

This place is absolutely the best. I'm from Annapolis, MD where there are a ton of marine supply shops, but PBS is on the top of my list for boating supplies. Great inventory of in-stock parts, and those not in stock are quickly available. There's also an area in store where you can find that odd used part for your boat. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and respectful. Top notch all the way around.

Terrible customer service in the Pontoon boat sales department. I have been trying for two months to get a price for a purchase. I have spoken on the phone to both AL and Albert (Sr. and Jr.) multiple times. I have emailed repeatedly. They are nice people, but they just don't follow through with anything. I suspect if they actually did, sales would grow exponentially. I just ordered two pontoon boats from another dealer, much further away, at $60K each yesterday. That's $120K in sales you guys left on the table. How many people do you do this to a year? I'd be embarrassed if this were representing my brand and I will be communicating this with Bentley. I understand supply constraints and delays, but another dealer was able to get me pricing and purchase agreement within 24 hours, it's been 2x months. How can you trust a dealer like this to service you after the purchase? No communication and no follow through. They just don't care. Maybe they are that well off or that busy that they can just let sales go like this. I wonder if they applied for EIDL / PPP loans due to sales being impacted by the pandemic. You have to show that revenue is down to get that free money..

these guys are the best. they're friendly helpful and full of knowledge. if they don't have it they'll get it or tell you where to get it. the parts counter guys are just the best in the area, hands down. i'm used to cringing and holding on to my wallet when i go to get marine parts but these guys are well in line with online pricing. there's been only one time they couldn't fill and order for a hard to find, back logged discontinued part but still managed to tell me how to get it.

I needed a part and Al spent 30-40 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what I needed to repair my Mercury outboard motor. He not only spent the time to help me find what I needed but shared that he thought I would get a better price online. He’s honest and looking for your trust and to have you as a long term customer. I was really impressed by him. Thank you Al. I am sure that I’ll be in the store for something soon.

They were very helpful had some of the parts I needed for my Honda outboard but ordered parts they didn't have. They came in a couple days. Very good service. Differently will be using them again.

They helped me find the right parts and supplies I needed to fix and winterize my boat. When I left the store I had my boat with me a got a flat. I was in a hurry and didn't have a tire. Not only was I able to buy one. They helped me change it fast to get me on my way. Everyone was so nice, helpful and professional at this store. This store cares about there customers and they will now have my business 100% of the time for my boat needs.

In my first review I was a newbie. Since then this place has come through for me many times over. I store my boat there and have done so since 2016. All the staff is helpful and really seem to care about my issues, whatever they may be. Big and lil Al have always been there, even my time were tough. Thanks guys.

My mother and father recently just purchased a boat from this place and went on and on about how amazing the customer service was. Great place, greeted by a big friendly dog & the staff are just as nice. Pretty use to the not so friendly people of other boat supplies so it was A nice change to have people willing to walk you through things especially when you don’t know exactly what you need or what you want. It’s my go to place when I’m on sure of what I need. Multiple times I have ordered things from the internet to find they’re not Right & the guy Al bailed me out with the right part. For somethings you just can’t beat a brick and mortar place especially with the Internet and their vague description of products and compatibility

Neat store to browse through all kinds of things to look at. People there were real nice answer all my questions. Was able to get the parts i needed to fix my boat trailer back to new again. Will be back.

Purchased my boat there; it took a while, but they made sure that any of my concerns were addressed, and that I was completely satisfied - and the mechanics personalities are awesome! They will talk you through anything!

This is a great Store that is local to Me. I have a 42' aftcabin cruiser in a Marina in Croydon so needless to say that I and frequently shopping for parts and/or accessories for my boat. The great thing about philadelphia boat is that there is also a service shop where mechanics are available to help with information. Sometimes instructions in manuals are a little confusing so it's really helpful to be able to have a mechanic help you out with what you're trying to find or what part and tools you will need. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. This store definitely one of my go to's

Staff are awesome and very down to earth. Everything I need they always have in stock. I wonder if they have mechanics cause I need my boat serviced due to overheating. I prefer here cause they seem helpful and know what they are talking about even when I don't lol
