My partner and I love coming here for burgers and dogs. Great hangover or post-flight food! Or any other time tbh. This is one of my favorite places for a no-wait and no-reservation burger in the city. I get a different one every time (or the special) and am always pleased so no specific suggestion. They have something for every palate. Beer selection is usually pretty good with lots of local options and the wine selection was surprisingly good. A couple months ago I would’ve rated the service lower but the last time we went it seemed like they had at least one or two new bartenders who were much more observant. I have also been for brunch with my mom which was delicious!

I called Lucky’s numerous times 20+ minutes before midnight and received nothing but a busy tone, so I assumed they were slammed. I go in (after midnight at this point) and ask to order and realize their kitchen is closed. The woman behind the bar seemed confused, but went over to the phone that seemed like it was off the hook. She put it back on the hook, I call again and it rings. She was not apologetic at all and even suggested another place, with enthusiasm. It seemed like they wanted to avoid late orders and laughed as I exited, while I was obviously frustrated. There were 2 people at the bar, so they were not busy at all. Overall a poor experience. She said I should come back, so we’ll see.

Great neighborhood bar that always has unique beers on tap. The food menu is simple but the hot dog and burger combinations will include something for everyone. The PB&J burger is one of my favorite burgers in the city. Don't be intimidated by the uniqueness of this thing… if you like PB&J and if you like burgers, you will love this beauty of a burger. There's a reason it has won multiple awards.

bun was a little too light and airy for a burger, but was generally good, nice local spot. taters overpriced

This was supposed to be a fried chicken breast and unfortunately it wasn’t. This is my first time having a chicken breast sandwich from this place. This will be my last. The Chicken is rubbery. The crust also came off of the chicken. Burgers are OK, but I don’t recommend the chicken breast sandwich. The food does not taste the same like it used to unfortunately. My husband did not enjoy the tater tots as he did before. I don’t know if they change cooks or change owners. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this place again..

I was really in the mood for sushi but the wait at royal izakaya was an hour and a half, so I reluctantly came here instead because it was down the street and no wait. I wasn’t even in the mood for a burger… but when I tell you this was the best burger I’ve ever had in my life.. I got the pb&bacon /jelly burger (a full 180 from sushi) and it was a spiritual awakening. Also got a side of Mac and cheese which did not disappoint. The weirdest part? I didn’t feel like I was going to die after eating peanut butter, jelly, bacon, and cheese on a burger. I felt rejuvenated, tbh. Amazing experience.

I was so delighted to see that they offer a gluten-free bun for all of their incredible burgers! Everything is fantastic. The only thing that would make the experience perfect is if they were able to offer gluten-free fries and or tater tots, but I won’t complain.Haha thanks yall can’t wait to come back.

Great spot for burgers and hotdogs. High quality meats - natural casing dogs with great flavor, and locally sourced burger meat. The Pickle Monster burger, Last Chance Coney, and Scorpion Dog were all great. Onions strings and Garlic butter tots were great sides and large portions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning and trying more of the menu and brunch.

Perfect experience. Dive bar with great burgers - I had the Pickle Monster and it was great. Onion straws with a nice dipping sauce on the side. Highly recommended.

Extremely well made artisanal burgers. The place is definitely worth the visit if you like burgers with delicious flavors. The fries are also on point! Their in-house sauce is really good and the menu brings a variety of great options for burgers, hot dogs, and breakfast dishes. They also offer drinks like mimosas, Bloody Mary, old fashion and others. I definitely recommend trying the PB & J bacon burger. Initially I was skeptical of it, but I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. Very interesting flavor. Their jelly is made in house. Mixing the jelly with the burger and the peanut butter is definitely a great explosion of flavors. I will definitely visit again. The servers were friendly and helpful! The place is located in Queen Village in Philadelphia, which means parking will not be necessarily easy, but not necessarily impossible.

Delicious burger. Not the best I’ve ever had but probably top 10%. I had the Pickle Monster which was quite good with the right amount of juiciness and the toppings added flavor that the meat lacked. Very impressed with the spread of burgers available here and the fried foods. They do have Impossible Burger if that’s what you need. I highly recommend the burgers, even for delivery where it wont be as fresh - still tasty! However, for me, the experience falls apart with the tater tots. First off, they were delivered without a lid, which is disgusting and an obvious health and safety concern. 100% needs immediate attention. Second, the cheese is on the side in a tiny cup - definitely not enough. I’m sure it’s on the side to prevent sogginess but really all it does is give you 30 cents worth of cheese for which you paid $1.50. And another thing: the cheese wasn’t that tasty anyway! The Old Bay was barely notable and, seriously, have y’all ever heard of salt?? A little would go a long way. (Same thing for the burger meat which needs to be seasoned before it’s cooked.) Overall, if you’re looking for reasonable(-ish) priced burgers and fries, and are vigilant to avoid upcharges, check this spot out. Looks like a cool vibe, I’m excited to check it out in person and give a second chance.

I got the BEC burger and it was very good, but trying the pb & j burger was definitely the most memorable and surprisingly tasty. We also got the main street tots with extra cheese sauce on the side. These tots were perfectly crispy and crunchy and the cheese sauce was divine - I even dipped my burger in it. Overall, very satisfying and I would definitely come back!

Uh yeah another five star review from yours truly. So let’s start with the Doc Holiday. Simply one of the best chicken sandwiches on the planet. Yes. And then you can pair it with some sweet tots. Which I did. I know! It was amaze. Still thinking about it two days lates. Go get one. You never know what’s gonna happen these days. Three days later I went for another and got the PB&J burger, also amaze. Highly recommend!

I’m on the hunt to find the best smash burger in Philly, and this place came HIGHLY recommended. I decided to go with the classic burger, because the other ones I’ve tried were also just a burger and toppings and I wanted to keep it fair. It was lackluster, and I was disappointed because my expectations were high! It didn’t have a lot of flavor, nothing about it stuck out to me or was memorable. The fries were also crinkle cut which I’m not a fan of, I prefer battered fries. Espresso martini had the right amount of creaminess, they did add cinnamon to the top which I would do without next time. A lot of people said I need to go back and try a specialty burger, so I would come back and give it a second chance!

Loved this place. Fave place we ate on our short Philly visit. Got the pickle burger & a bbq one(?). Both tasty. Pcikle was our fave that we shared. The habanero mayo was soooo good with the fries.

Lucky's is one of our favorite spots. The burgers are interesting and always delicious, and the fries make me ravenous for even more (spring for the jalapeno cheese fries, they're the best). Their seasonal cocktails are fun and mixed to perfection. And if I don't feel like a burger, their hot dogs are also a good bet, because their relish is crazy good.

Amazing experience! I don’t usually write reviews, but I had no choice after the burgers we had! The place is welcoming and the staff is on top of the game! We will be comigo back!

I'm a burger lover, and this burger was super disappointing. It was my second time, and just like the first, it was a bad experience. The food isn't bad, but the burgers are definitely overrated. Nothing special.

Vibes are super chill and low key. I got the brunch Sunday night, the Alabama Sunrise (bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit with sausage gravy over top) and was by far the best and savory. My date got the Breakfast Chicken Sammy which did NOT disappoint and we shared the breakfast tots. i will 100% be coming back for more brunch. Manayunk location is also a wonderful spot.

Best burger I’ve had in a long time. (Boy Bleu & onion rings) Atmosphere is friendly. Dined in alone & felt very comfortable and cozy. Multiple people checked in on me to make sure everything was good. Overall beautiful place, very impressed. Also has 2 restrooms for my IBS peeps !! 10/10✨

I really enjoyed this spot! Came on a Monday night, plenty of seating. Service was quick! The pickle beer was different and tasted like a PB&J lol. Get the onion strings! Great appetizer for the table. Staff is kind and the kitchen makes a great burger in a quick amount of time.

I’ve had the privilege of coming here twice now. I love Luckys. They are open late serving food which is perfect for me as I’ve came to Philadelphia for concerts twice and nothings really open late but Lucky’s. The service is always amazing. The establishment has really cool vibes. I bought a t-shirt from Lucky’s Last Chance that reads “be nice or leave”, which I get a lot of compliments when I wear it. The last time I came to Lucky’s I did not see that shirt though. Definitely a different experience from your typical bar establishment. Lots of food/drink options. Bartenders are accommodating and tried to make my drink even though it’s not listed. The first time I came here the food was great but I had a bite of the peanut butter and jelly burger and I regretted not ordering it myself. I’ve been craving it so much I tried to find other places that sell a peanut butter and jelly burger and I can’t. I even tried to re-create it, and it just wasn’t the same. Luckys last chance is a hidden gem in the wall. Don’t sleep on it. I thoroughly enjoy that they serve tater tots too because I prefer them over french fries any day, but most establishments only have french fries.

Just some AMAZING eats in Philly! Their Cubano Grilled Cheese Burger is UNTOUCHABLE!!! Their other burgers are great too! Also, the whole waitstaff was just so cool, hip (who says that anymore) and friendly!!! They have a pretty great beer list, and outdoor seating too!!! Love this place!!! (#SorryNotSorry for all of the “!”; you can see I’m VERY excited about this place!!!

Sometimes you have a experience that just makes you happy. Now I’ve been here a handful of times in the past and was quite surprised with their meals, but nothing like what I had for breakfast. I had ordered their pumpkin French toast, apple pancakes and their Tots with sausage,bacon and a spicy sauce. It was absolutely delightful! The staff is nice every time I’ve gone there. The place doesn’t tolerate distractions (aka A$$holes). And granted I’m not one for bars, it’s different enough that they feel like the Bar portion of the business and the Diner portion don’t clash and make for a unsatisfying atmosphere. I don’t usually give 5 star ratings because you have to really do a lot Right, but I can’t deny this business how much they do right.

Very tasty and creative burgers that you won't find any where else. They got delicious combinations of flavors that are very original. They also got tots and fries. We got the garlic and butter on the tots and the old bay cheese on the fries. If you're a beer drinker, they also got a full menu of unique brews. Oh and the interior has great decorations of old band posters. Def would go back.

You might spend more time choosing what burger to get then you will eating it. The options are AMAZING. And the service is awesome. Quick, courteous, and friendly. Well price menu as well. Try the Main Street tots! Tater tots covered in a tangy cheese sauce, they are to die for! I’d give this place 6 stars if I could.
