Way over priced!! I went in recently to check out the fabric and yarn, and was surprised by how expensive the prices were for second hand materials. The rolls of fabric were selling by the yard what I’ve been able to get them for by the entire roll at other second hand stores that sell craft supplies. The yarn was even more ridiculous. Found a skein of Lily sugar’n cream priced for $4 (and a partially used one for $3), I could buy a brand new skein for $3.49 on their website right now. Whoever is pricing these needs to actually do some research on what they’re pricing. Also have only two stars for false advertising. They made an Instagram post that their yarn was selling between 25¢ and $25, but a number of the *used* yarns were priced upwards of $30-35. Editing to add: The Lily sugar’n cream yarn is literally on the Yarnspirations website. Full price $3.49. Are you saying that since the specific color you had was not currently in stock it’s ok to up-charge your customers? I’ve added a photo from their website since you were somehow incapable of finding it. Yarn is notoriously overpriced on Amazon, you shouldn’t use it as a reference for your business’ prices. Second edit: Yarnspirations is the manufacturer for the Lily sugar n' cream yarn. They are as legit as you can get ordering directly from the company. They also have a free shipping minimums and multiple free shipping days throughout the year. You shouldn't hike up your prices to include shipping costs, that's disgusting. People can also buy the same yarn at Michael's for a similar price with no shipping just with a different label on it. You can choose to use Amazon prices after you'e been told by someone who buys a lot of yarn and is familiar with the price of it that they 9 times out of 10 also jack up their prices above face value. That doesn't reflect well on you or your company, but so be it. My problem with you is that you're selling a used item for more than face value, thats bad business practice and leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. I will never return because of how you've continually responded to me here and I will tell all my diy and crafty friends to never come too.

I love resource exchange! From someone who loves crafts, sustainability, and thrifting, this really is such a wonderful concept. They have everything you could imagine from stamps, beads, needles, thread, paint, pens, you name it, they have it. Highly recommend checking it out!

The perfect place for treasure hunting crafters. I love checking out the inventory to see what is available, and I never leave empty-handed. The supplies are well organized by category, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Prices were really high. They won't work with you, which is fine, but I have had great experiences at other stores nearby like Jinxed and Four Foot Prune.

I love this place! It’s always an adventure and it sparks my creativity. The stock is always being updated and I simply enjoy browsing. It’s a great place for a leisurely shopping experience. The staff is super nice and helpful.

It’s a vintage thrift store, no clothing.

Some things are okay deals, some things are double retail price. I'm happy it's here but this isn't like the other reuse stores I've been to and is more like an antique store with random craft supplies scattered around

This place makes it easy to get carried away because the ideas that come surrounded by all the supplies to make something cool. The prices vary a lot… some killer deals and some things that aren’t so worth it. Some space could be better utilized. There’s a section of boxed games and a mystery room that you have to be let into… I think that space could be better used to showcase more inventory, but it’s all still really cute. I wish there was more inventory- and that’s not on them. Bring them your unused stuff!

A little something for anyone who crafts/creates. I found yards of fabric for a fraction of retail price. Plenty of notions available, including packs of buttons for dirt cheap. The place is very warm and the staff were very kind, and very enthusiastic about community. I got a full bag of stuff for less than $30. I would absolutely return.

Amazing place to find household and crafting goods, they accept donations of certain items too, be sure to check with them beforehand when donating.

Made a quick stop while in Philly. The place is huge, with lots of art supplies and other goodies. It’s perfect if you enjoy a scavenger hunt ?

A great place to find materials if you are an artist, crafter or maker of any kind. The shop is very well organized. This is a place to get inspired and find a good deal.

I love this place but it is shame the worker with the purple hair followed my Mom closely around the store, making her feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She moved around the store with my mother and had “move things” wherever she stood. Not sure if employees need some type of bias/stereotyping training but this is unacceptable.

If you are looking to get into a crafting hobby, this is your spot. It has plenty of variety in crafting supplies at budget-friendly prices. While it may not having everything you need, it’s a great starting point.

Phenomenal place that just makes sense. If you’re looking for any kind of supplies for any of the arts look here first. The items are used and leftovers but you can find great great deals on almost everything

An absolutely fantastic place! What a gold mind! I was impressed with the quality of service, how organized the space was, the prices, and the selection! I'm almost willing to move back to the United States just so I can go to the store on a daily basis :-) Thank you for all that you do to re-cycle, up-cycle and keep these gems out if the landfill.

Good prices, very well curated selection of used/vintage items

This place is dangerous... for my schedule, because I can get lost in here for hours -- and I still don't think I've seen the entire store! Whether you're an artist, crafter, tailor, sculptor, teacher, home cook, vintage enthusiast, or anything in between, there's something here for anyone. Best of all, taking home a box' worth of goodies won't break the bank. Conveniently located on the #3 bus line, this is a great way to spend a weekend afternoon. Just be warned, you'll never want to leave!

I have been a fan of RE for several years and look forward to shopping freely after the pandemic threat is gone. If you buy new art supplies, textiles, household products, building supplies, furniture, miscellany, from a retail establishment at full price, PLEASE CHECK OUT THE RESOURCE EXCHANGE AND DO SO REGULARLY for budget friendly quality products. Your wallet will be happy without sacrificing quality. You and the landfills will be happy and lean.

This place is awesome!! Their at a new location now, but the same great staff and vibe. The exchange gets most of their stuff from film shoots or theatrical productions. Almost any thing that an artist or crafts person would need or want can be had from here. But this is not an actual art store. It's much, much more than that. Just to mention only a few things, carpets, tiles, hardware, wood, paint, housewares. This is the first shop that I have ever described as a must see, better yet, The Resource Exchange is simply a must go. There are too many things to remember, so make it an adventure and take a friend with you, make an afternoon of it. Last but not least, by any means, the prices are amazingly reasonable,so go, find out for yourself.

Awesome place, they have stuff from the cast of the movie Creed. It's really good stuff at excellent prices and very nice. I went in & bought a lot of stuff. Had my eye on the desk called the secretary, looked perfect for only 300, but sadly i don't have the $. Still the price is right.

Lots of fun stuff, and a good weekend stop for the random "must have" or "I've been looking for...!"

I LOVE this store! They are EXTREMELY well organized and have a very well curated selection of art supplies, craft supplies, vintage items, home decor items, sewing supplies, knick knacks, home repair supplies, etc. I am very passionate about recycling and reusing, so I deeply respect and admire this place, but also that the selection is great, worth the price and very professionally maintained. I regularly donate high quality art supplies and will go out of my way to donate to this establishment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to donate supplies OR anyone looking for a really unique shopping experience.

I love this store! I've gotten so many great materials from fabric to drift wood and art supplies among the many other treasures in this store. Everything is well organized and priced fantastically well. The employees are so helpful and friendly.

Just moved to the town last month and stumbled on this place by accident. This place has it all though, and the people that work there are really friendly. It's a well curated warehouse of cool stuff for you to show some real style in your home. Picked up a brand new light, a shell, some bowls, a burlap sack and clay bird feeder for the new home and feeling good about it. Highly recommend this place!

This place had a little of everything at great prices. I came in for decorative paper and they had a good selection of 12"x12" specialty paper for 10 cents each. They also had a great selection of fabrics and yarns and even postcards that I couldn't help perusing for ten minutes. Be careful in this store. Before I knew it, I had spent $25, but I am very happy with everything it got me.
