Probably the rudest and worst customer service I’ve gotten.

Always has what I need. Very honest and trustworthy. As well as they are very experienced and able to explain things to you

Husband went in told them what he needed, they had it. He was in and out. Stupendous, I did not go in, but the stress I had that day none of it was related to NAPA, SO THANK YOU!!!! For unknowingly bringing a smile to my face. Service had to of been smooth, since my Brazilian husband hadn't came out to get me in order to relay what part he needed. Again, thank you.

Worst service I've experienced in a long time. The woman was ignorant and condescending from the moment I walked in the door. I told my boss to cancel the order and never order from that spot ever again

Dont go in this store unless you want to be accused of stealing a item they dont even sell!?! My husband walked in with a juice and got accused of “robbing” them by jody VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! After spending hundreds of dollars in this store for our business we will not be shopping here anymore! (Cottman store)

Rude staff. There are three auto parts on the same strip. No need to go here. Very rude people. Woman, who works the counter, is on her phone the entire time and barely addresses customers. The guy with the tattoos is not only scary looking, but also abrasive and rude.

It’s a terrible experience. I ordered part on Thursday because of they are offering same day delivery within 5 mile's. I called them on Friday about my parts, guy said your order is here. I asked him reason about not yet deliver, he gave a phone to lady and lady said I am sorry for that I am sending someone right now and you will get your order with in 20 minutes. Today is Saturday 1:45 pm still they didn’t deliver yet. I called them on Saturday morning and guy said you have to pick up from here we don’t do delivery at apartment. I asked him you ordering site doesn’t says that you are not delivering at apartment. Still he said you have to pick up from here. When I said him I will talk with your manager and will complain at your main or corporate office, he said I don’t care do whatever you want. I got a call around 12 pm and guy said I am very sorry for that and I am sending someone right now but no one came till 1:45 pm. It’s a terrible experience. I did order here because they were offering same day delivery but they messed my whole weekend. I will never buy from here.

First time purchasing from this company. I purchased a car battery 🔋 for my vehicle The battery works great 👍🏽 Happy Customer 😊

Really knowledgeable people inside and they do the best they can. Also all the time have the parts you need. Call before you go to reassure part is in stock though.

rude & self important. ignored my questions & was judgemental when I got something wrong after he refused to answer a question

A gentleman in customer service assisted me and before buying the part I tried to show him the type of vehicle, vin and photo to make sure it was the correct part, the gentleman without looking at me in an unkind way replied "that's the one that works for you", I bought it and it turned out that this was not the part that corresponds to the type of vehicle that I had verbally specified, I had to return it and I did not even ask if they had the one that I really need. With employees like that, I only visit that business once and never come back, and I don't refer anyone as a customer either. The only thing I needed and still need is to find the right part for my vehicle, not a person doing his job in a lousy mood. I always showed myself respectful because he is rude but I am not, and we all have personal problems.

Drove 5 miles to get breaks and the front door was locked and the store didn't close for another 20 minutes.. I seen the side door open and asked the counter man if they were closed. He said yes all rude. Wow never going back 🙁

A+ for customer service. But store closing hours are inconsistent. Friday online says 5pm but the door says 6pm, I arrived at 4:50pm the store was closed. Saturday online says 4pm but door says 3pm. The store was promptly open at correct time in the morning.

Knowledgeable and professional staff. Get the parts you need right the first time. Prices are competitive

I always find the best price here on just about anything. They have so many items in stock. The staff are very helpful as well.

I had a nice experience while picking up a part. The salesman at the counter who helped me was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was needed for me to complete the job. Can't wait until the next time I need anything, i know they will be ready to meet my needs.

Pretty helpful. I placed an order online and picked it up. I ordered the wrong part and the associate was very helpful with finding the correct part.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to get parts, especially hard to find ones. And if they don't have it they usually can get that day,make sure you call first thing in the morning. If they don't have it they can usally get it for by the next day.

I don't know much about the actual store. But I absolutely despise the fact that their employees park on the sidewalks around the shop. I and my dog have both almost been hit when the employees decide to pull out. Very rude.

They have the WORST customer service I have ever witness in my life. The guy was very rude. I went here to ask to they carry a specific type of brake and he was very dry and rude. He cut me off mid sentence and seemed very annoyed with me asking ONE question. I left so fast because I was so mad. I don’t normally write comments but I can’t believe how rude that man was it was very upsetting. NEVER GO THERE!

A fantastic place to purchase high quality auto parts and accessories for your car .It would be great if they were open longer on the weekends. However I highly recommend shopping at NAPA Auto Parts and I definitely return.

Very friendly service and very knowledgble staff! Definitely one of the best auto parts shopping experience I've ever had.

I bought the life time warranty tools there but when the tool was broken, they're not happy to exchange at all. Compare it to Sears no question to ask and happy to replace it.

This place it's amazing. Rick one of the best in customer service and finding what you need. I'm a contractor and some times it's hard to find parts for equipment, but this place and Rick never let me down. Always find what I need if they don't have it they guide me to the right place to get what I need
