I would like to sincerely thank Cash For Junk Cars LLC we received a call from the company, they traced the discrepancy in our transaction. The promptness in settling this matter was much appreciated and thoughtful.
I am not sure what these people are doing with this business and quite frankly I don't care. But all we asked for is a receipt and we've been getting the run around for more than 24 hours. They also took a picture of our ID's stating that it was for filing it with the title. They gave us a number to dial to follow up if they did not send the receipt the number goes back to the person that's telling us to call the number. They say they're "Dispatch". I've been promised several times that a receipt will be sent in 30 minutes and haven't received it If you are taking pictures of people's ID's and taking titles you should be providing a receipt. It looks like shady business when you don't... at least to me. If you need a beat up vehicle removed from your property these are the guys. But if you are looking for a legitimate business, these are NOT the guys! UPDATE : The owner Anas reached out to me on Sunday and assured me that office is closed on the weekend and they we would send the receipt first thing Monday morning. As of today I have received the Bill of Sale and all is good and complete. I appreciate Anas reaching out and explaining the office hours and showing integrity for his business.
I called for grandmother and spoke to a man name Jesus, he quoted me $575 for her 2007 (still) workable jeep liberty w/ original parts. Once the person came to pick up her vehicle, he complained about how far she lived far and was also told her SUV was not good (but drove the truck onto the bed). 1st of all you know the location because everyone ask for the address for the vehicle they're picking up ahead of time, right? Well they didn't give her $575 (which was quoted by Jesus) and when she called the company for more info they told her they didn't have any records of her SUV being picked up. They are crooks, I advise not to call this company if you're looking cash in on your junk cars. They just did all this on Thursday 8/23
