My dad needed to get rid of his old chevrolet corvette. Itwas actually really hard for him but we finally convinced him. SCAM ALERT I called this place to junk my car and they quoted me $280 and said they would be there in 30 minutes to come pick it up and pay me in cash. When they got there an hour later, they went through this routine, like they were checking for platinum underneath the car. After a three minute inspection, they told me no platinum so they could only give me $150. I told them I was quoted $280 on the phone as is. They said it was a bad quote. So I said I will call someone else. Then they came up to $200. It was cold and I had already wasted an hour of my time - so I just agree, but then told them I was going to contact the BBB. Which is what I did.
